Therefore, a good product should meet the user’s functional needs while satisfying the user’s emotional experience in the process of use. Ancient poems are always the best way to express the emotions of Chinese people, and the context behind them is their essence, a fusion of people’s inner emotions. To enhance users’ emotional experience of luminaire products as well as the market competitiveness of Chinese luminaire products, this study tries to apply the mood of ancient poems to luminaire design. This study uses hierarchical analysis to prioritize the design indicators of lamps and lanterns to guide the direction of subsequent product design practice. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to prefer design solutions and an optimal product solution that best meets the market demand is obtained. Enhance the emotional experience value and traditional cultural connotation of the lighting products to meet the deep-seated consumer needs. However, what has been investigated little in the literature is whether business environment moderates the relationship between manufacturing flexibility and innovation speed. As such, this paper aims at investigating this area. The cross-sectional survey method was utilized in the present study. By launching a mail questionnaire, data were collected from 180 manufacturing plants in the Thai automotive industry. According to the hierarchical moderated regression analysis, it was found that environmental dynamism positively moderates the relationship between modification flexibility and innovation speed such that the higher is dynamism, the stronger is the relationship between modification flexibility and innovation speed, but the same cannot be applied to other hypotheses. By contributing to innovation management research, this paper offers theoretical insight that supports the notion that manufacturing flexibility and innovation speed are cumulative capabilities, especially in a dynamic environment. This paper proposes a CDF for R&D bridge managers (BMs) who bridge R&D organizations in different countries. A CDF assists with designing professional development programs. The proposed framework is based on relevant literature and empirical studies. It defines competencies that would most likely help BMs enhance research collaboration in global R&D projects. This is similar to how the project manager competency development framework impacts the performance of a project manager. A workshop method is proposed as a competency development method for BMs. This paper presents the first R&D bridge manager competency development framework (BMCDF) for BMs who facilitate research collaboration in global R&D projects. The recent years have been called an uncertain era, ambidexterity, which balances exploitation, which is the maintenance and expansion of existing businesses, and exploration, which is the creation of new businesses, is important. Thus, it is necessary to elucidate the mechanism of resource allocation in ambidexterity. However, it is difficult to simply distinguish the activities in a company as either exploitation or exploration. In addition, resource allocation is greatly affected by external factors. In this paper, a model that represents the transition of corporate performance is constructed by considering these factors. This model expresses markets and business regions by the exploitation and exploration matrix and corporate performance by the transition of knowledge in each region based on a resource allocation ratio. A resource allocation mechanism using the model is proposed in this paper. However, there has been little research into the individual contributions of each of the ability, motivation, and opportunity (AMO) dimensions of HPHRPs to organizational performance, and no attempt to investigate the impact of all three dimensions in a single study. This study, therefore, aims at tackling this gap in the literature and investigating how each dimension of HPHRPs is applied in a Thai public hospital in response to the pandemic. According to in-depth interviews with three executives of the hospital involved in responses to the pandemic and secondary sources, it is found that all AMO dimensions cooperatively help the hospital respond to the challenges caused by the pandemic. Each dimension leads to unique results that, in turn, enhance common organizational performance (i.e., increased employee satisfaction). As a single case study using research methodology was utilized in this study, a longitudinal or experimental study is recommended in order to strengthen the causal inferences. Overall, there are 44 sample companies who are members and non-members of this network within the SET listed food and beverages industry. The data used are secondary data obtained from the firms’ reports and are analyzed through statistical t-test. The results have shown that with this network’s existence, it has notably enhanced their members’ CSR disclosures with respect to the internationally accepted standard especially in the aspect of environmental. Compared to the non-member companies, this network’s members have statistically more CSR disclosures.
