The paper also analyses the tensions between the traditional and classical notions of knowledge production and the new emergent epistemologies, how the latter fill in the lacunae in the former and their quest to arrive at a conciliatory picture between them both through the lens of various positions in feminist epistemologies.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"312 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122092375","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On the other hand, the literature of the times was proliferated with social spaces and public gatherings which not just acted as spaces of leisure but had a politics of their own. By developing on this inherent contradiction, this paper studies the impact of the built environment of the party space on the construction of the modernist subject through urban theorist Henry Lefebvre’s idea of the “lived space.” Party here is a reference to any social gathering, a celebratory occasion, and does not have any political affiliation. Through this theoretical framework, the paper identifies space not as a physical structure or a medium but as a milieu formed through human actions and interactions with each other and the surroundings. Moreover, to study the ambience of the modernist party the paper draws inspiration from Virginia Woolf’s idea of “party consciousness” which elucidates the impact of the imping of spatial consciousness of the party through its developments which either “make things much more real or much less real.” Through this understanding, the paper studies Virginia Woolf’s short story collection Mrs Dalloway’s Party (2012) wherein the ideological binaries of race, class, and gender collapse to reveal party as a third space of open-ended possibilities. In a larger context, this study recognizes humans as inherently spatial beings made and re-made continually through socio-political and economic factors. Therefore, the impressive impact of city life which has stirred multiple consciousnesses and has realized the significance of leisure time makes it a relevant study in the present times.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125778854","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Marital rape, a broad term which magnifies the gaping loophole existing in our Indian Criminal Justice system, where it is considered not a crime besides being evil and an injurious act. India is among those 36 countries which had not considered Marital Rape as a criminal offence though it causes severe psychological, gynaecological, and physical health problems to the victims. One of the root causes for this is the unawareness of sex education. This paper highlights how it leads to marital rape and how we can handle it. Time has arrived to let the country know that marriage, which is considered as the bond of birth to birth in our country, is not a licence to commit the ghastly act. We have conducted two surveys one in a government school and the other at a small village. The findings of our surveys are in mentioned in this paper. Further, it is not mandatory that every evil act prevailing in our country needs a Reformer. When we all raise the quality of our mindset towards our women by respecting them and their feelings, then all the women will climb to the topmost rung of the development ladder and will embrace our nation.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"204 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124584851","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Instead of being a tragedy it also deals with the other aspects. It does not only talk about historical background, tragic elements or about its plot and theme but it is the play about the inner conflicts, the inner conflicts of a character. Hamlet is the tragedy about the psychological approach. The present paper deals with the analysis of Hamlet through the ideas of Sigmund Freud or with the help of psychological approach. Psychological approach also known as the psychoanalytic theory or criticism. This approach is very interesting to analyse the psychology and the mind of the character. This approach has a broad scope in the field of the medical as well as in the literature. Literature is considered as a work of human creation so in this sense literature and psychology are interconnected with each other. Freudian exploration of the unconscious altered the interpretation of Hamlet by Shakespeare. This paper is an attempt to critically analyse Hamlet by using this approach. Literature and psychology are interrelated because they play an essential role in our day to day life. Both of them deals with the problems of human life as an individual and also a social being. Hamlet is considered as the psychological play. The basic reason is that it deals with the mind of the protagonist as the critical force in this play. This paper also shows that Hamlet is one of the most complicated character in the history of English literature. The tangled nature of Hamlet’s unconsciousness, his oedipal complex, his hesitation, and his madness.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"282 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123377716","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Before the legal issues are addressed in this paper, it is incumbent to briefly establish the premise, the purpose and the technology involved in the development of artificial intelligence operated vehicles. The communication system and its interaction with the other components of the vehicle are also addressed. The legal issues considered here are limited to the admissibility of autonomous vehicles under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the concerns of erosion of data privacy, the moral dilemma and decision-making ability in moral situations and the nascent context of cyber-hacking. Their imminent introduction in the near future requires an immediate stabilization of legal principles and provisions to suit vulnerabilities and strengths of such an advanced technology and the shortcomings of the present legislation highlighted.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115635444","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Reinforcing each other, Sacred Myths and Social Realities work hand in hand to consolidate the cultural consciousness and identity and social behaviour of a community, which requires a careful, comprehensive, thematic and comparative scrutiny because of its immense anthropological, sociological and philosophical value. Keeping in mind the centrality of Creation Myths, myths codifying sacrificial rituals in a society and myths concerning nature and geographical locations in shaping the Social Realities and the way of living of communities, the paper aims to classify and critically analyze the relationship between Sacred Myths in relation to Creation, Sacrifices and Nature and Geographical Locations and Social Realities with eclectic exemplars across the world. In fact, the interconnectedness among these three distinct branches of Sacred Myths serve to show how entrenched they are in the social corporeity of Cultures across geographical boundaries, either individually or in conjunction to each other. Conceptually crafted, this paper concerns itself with only the social function and social value of the Sacred Myths concerning Creation, Sacrifices and Nature and Geographical Locations in influencing the Realities of the Society across generations, steering clear of debates regarding whether these Myths are historically true or false, whether the Sacred Myths of one region or culture are superior to that of the others, etc. The methodology used for the discussion is an Omnicomparativist approach, i.e., a method of studying that randomly selects isolated data samples from varied populations across the globe, veritably suited to the objective of the paper. Trying to understand Sacred Myths by considering the complex human position and agency in life itself, this paper favours and follows a multiversal approach in studying the specificities of cultures and religion of the populations studied, grouping them into thematic sections instead of the commonly pursued archetypal and stereotypical classification.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"112 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125031236","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Facial Index of the two communities was calculated using the Morphological Facial Height and Width of Face. Therefore it was seen that the Facial Index of Muslim males and females was Euryprosopic (82.60%) and Leptoprosopic (87.17%) respectively that means that the males of Muslim community were having broad face type whereas Muslim females were having long face type. On the other hand the Baniya community males and females were Leptoprosopic (90.97%) and Mesoprosopic (81.60%) respectively that means the males were having long face and the females were having round face. Thus the two communities gender is distinguishable on the basis of their facial phenotype. The significant correlation was seen between the Muslim males and females Morphological Facial Length, Physiognomic Facial Length and Width of Face at 0.01 level and Baniya males and females Physiognomic Facial Length, Morphological Facial Length and Width of face also showed significant correlation at 0.05 level.
