During this, the malevolent effect of using non-biodegradable sanitary products is either impetuously ignored or is not known by all. The research paper calls attention to the same while analyzing the data collected and proposing alternatives to provide raised heath index and reduced pollution levels. The intent of the research is to map who all intend to switch to moderately lower polluting options, who aren't aware of it playing a role in befouling, or what is restricting them from switching. Scrutinizing all the aspects of products available in retail along with mentioning factors like cost, efficacy, and impact while evaluating underlying reasons responsible for women choosing unhygienic or polluting options.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115496841","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the much such legislation is the Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Bill which was tabled & passed in 2020. The Bill has been controverted on two counts; namely the unclear legality of the domicile reservation that it creates and the implementation of that reservation to the private sector. The paper aims to highlight the premise of domicile reservation and the extent of its precarious constitutionality. Next it would explore discourse of rationality through-the-lens-of reasonable differentia to see whether the reservation provided holds any merit to its object & purpose. Lastly, it would showcase the implications of such a policy on the Nation’s wheel of economy and argue a defense as to why such policies are not in tandem with the interests of the country.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"197 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115118299","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

He truly was a master poet of his time and gained wide popularity for his works in Persian, Urdu and English languages. If Orient had Allama Iqbal West had John Milton. Milton achieved great success very early in his life time. Although Milton is a poet of much earlier period i.e., 17th Century his life and works are compared and contrasted with that of Iqbal. Iqbal is said to have sought inspiration from Milton’s Paradise Lost in writing his Shikwa. Both the poets are qualified enough in their fields to earn the title 'Poet Prophet'. A major point of similarity between both the poets is their mysticism, both of them have tried to discuss about the spiritual aspects of being in their works notwithstanding the fact that they immensely differ in language and style. Milton on one hand employs a complex writing technique in writing his poems Iqbal’s poems are slightly easy to comprehend. Besides they are culturally very different, we find references to Greek mythology in works of Milton whereas Iqbal’s works cite Islamic History. This paper seeks to analyze, compare and contrast two of the greatest epics in the history of Language and Literature called “Paradise lost” and “Shikwa” along with their sequels Paradise regained and Jawab-e-Shikwa.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130593465","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Considering the need to investigate how a family's economic condition can influence the lives of children and compel them to work as a domestic worker, this study was conducted to understand the schooling experience of female domestic workers mainly comprising of - the perception towards education, challenges faced in meeting the daily learning outcomes in school and the coping mechanism adapted to deal with the challenges. In this context, a qualitative inquiry was used to generate data primarily through in-depth interviews. Data were then analyzed, and interpreted with Sen’s capability approach. The findings revealed that the existence of family poverty with limited income has been the major constraint to fulfill the daily learning objective for the children working as domestic workers. Despite of considering attaining school as the biggest freedom experienced, the capability of these children to derive the functioning of desirable learning outcome is hindered as they are constantly juggling between household chores and studies.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"84 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131234803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After exploring the status of World War II in the different debates that surround the concept of the ‘postmodernism’, the most obvious point is that even while the conflict was still underway, the second World War was identified as a crisis of modernity and also the loss of psyche. Since 1945, the scattering for survival and the killing process is often repeated. People started to hide their identity for survival after the second world war. After modernism the people started to problematize the problems. This novel The English Patient has the flavours of the interesting story line and suspicious past with some actual historical events. The novel also has the fragments of narratives, lives etc. Linda Hutcheon the postmodern theorist talks about the postmodern aspects like historiographic metafiction, self-reflective and intertextuality. This novel has the genre of Historiographic metafiction. The postmodern writings emphasis the earnestness of the historical records and they also allow us to think differently about the historical events. It relies heavily on parody of historical characters. This paper also studies about the most silenced character the English patient, so it comes under the positive postmodernism. In the postmodern aspect the researcher intends to find what made them to lose their identity, culture and why the characters suffered both physically and mentally. So, the post-world war period brings the changes in the San Girolamo villa of Italy which tells the most impactful story of the characters. According to the postmodernism it depends on the race, class, gender, and ethnicity what we consider as the proper knowledge.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"129 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132751515","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The gap of knowledge between academic communities, policymakers, and the common public must be narrowed down. With the advent of new technologies, vaccine development and bioproduction are witnessing a new revolution. This review article highlights the critical aspects of vaccine design, development, and approval. The various categories of vaccines have been discussed, highlighting the significant benefits and risks of each type. The bioproduction processes involved in manufacturing vaccines have been described with case studies for the vaccine against Malaria and Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) infections. The importance of computational tools in vaccine development has been highlighted as artificial intelligence and medical science collaboratively have highly accelerated the complete process starting from identification of CVV(Candidate vaccine virus) to the approval of a vaccine. The method of vaccine approval in different regions of the world has been elaborated, focusing on the regulatory authorities at the United States, European Union, and India. The article ends with the mention of milestones and insight into how humankind has joined hands to combat the COVID-19 global pandemic.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129090044","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ashish","doi":"10.55031/mshare.2021.40.cd.8","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.55031/mshare.2021.40.cd.8","url":null,"abstract":"The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) worldwide pandemic disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). This virus transmission occurs from person to person through air in the form of droplets through cough or sneezes. SARS-CoV-2 can survive on different surfaces and time of survival depends on a many of factors like surface type, temperature, relative humidity and type of viral strain. Presently, there is neither a cure nor a vaccine for COVID-19 and that’s what makes the spread of disease so terrifying. Surfactant based sanitization become a primitive measure to stop the spreading of COVID-19. We propose that biosurfactant based therapy and its action against COVID-19 through use of a biosurfactant-based handwashes, gargle or mouthwash, nasal and eye drops can act against SARS-CoV-2 by damaging viral spike glycoproteins (peplomers) due to its amphiphilic nature and micelle formation by biosurfactant corona virus gets entrapped inside the micelle and so washed out from the surface. This hypothesis reveals the role of biosurfactant against corona virus and Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) caused by SARS-CoV-2. Biosurfactant can be administered in the form of aerosol to the patients through oral route which will directly reach into infected part of lungs, thereby, dissolving the enveloped virus capsid and also increase in the alveolar surface area. Amphiphilic nature biosurfactant entraps and block the hydrophobic spike protein of corona virus molecule by forming micelle around the spike protein which results in S1 & S2 subunits not allowed to attach to lungs membrane and breaking the corona virus membrane, hence, dissociation of spike protein from membrane will occur. The biosurfactant administered into the lungs against COVID-19 will also reduce the surface tension and thus the collapsing pressure. Thereby, result an increase in the alveolar surface area which enables normal functioning of lungs. This research on relevant animal model, carefully designed and characterized to be a crucial step for testing hypothesis at the organism level, will prove to be essential for the validation of human data.","PeriodicalId":233824,"journal":{"name":"MINDSHARE: International Journal of Research and Development","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128849590","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The phrase “subaltern urbanisation”, at one level, is probably, best seen as a literary device to focus attention on our space of enquiry, to extend the likelihood of discursive engagement, arguably in the tradition of another such phrase, viz, “global city”. This paper deals with the expertise of ladies and women living in slum communities in cities and domestic violence on these women particularly in Aligarh city. This study makes the project work all totally different from alternative as because the woman and girls share their personal struggles and experiences which they long faced, and still facing once they migrated from their native places to the slums of Aligarh, this shows the loopholes within the urban growth. However, this article is concerned with the limits of and alternatives of subaltern urbanism. Here, this analysis talks about the methodology of the work, realities behind the migration of woman and also the harsh realities they face in urban areas slums, which incident of violence against women and what attract women to the cities.” This report based on the research work which shows that how the women are subaltern in their families and the society simultaneously.
