The article presents theoretical and methodological foundations of students professional self-determination formation within the educational cluster named «school-university-enterprise», including approaches, conditions, means, and methods required for development of the necessary professional self-determination components. Basic and substantial characteristics of the professional self-determination development process have been grounded in accordance with theoretical and practical views of modern science. The article draws attention to the stages of professional self-determination development in accordance with the periods required for students to develop its components. The present work continues a series of publications devoted to the discussion of axiological and cultural context of the new pedagogical reality characterized by the destruction of the traditional ethical core of professional pedagogical culture, which no longer provides social consolidation within children’s groups, cultural protest manifestations of which take a form of a social behavior program with the freedom of self-expression as the priority. The authors believe that the dramatic space of modern school culture limits the social freedom of a child by «permitted» models of behavior focused on the past as on a standard (A. Y. Flier). As a result, it leads to communication barriers’ density increase that enforces the axiological resistance to teacher’s cultural influence that is becoming a norm of social communication, violating the constructive functioning of adequate pedagogical means of social practices of the positioned «creative interaction» and cultural orders. There is a special relevance of the axiological confrontation within the anthropocentric Absolutes crisis that affects the teacher personality as a subject of pedagogical activity, the archaic system of which gives a negative social, educational and cultural effect, and requires building a new axiological hierarchy of its components. In today’s anomalous situation, changing the meaning of collective ideas about the properness, the authoritarian model of school interaction and the «adult» dictatorship of teacher’s values have lost its effectiveness. The hidden mechanisms of resistance to the «values of childhood» destroy the former image/svg+xml43 hierarchical supervision over the «right choice of values», exacerbating the culture interaction issue. Taking into account the prevailing of the «post-culture» subject-object relations that formed the basis of social interaction in the educational space, the authors are convinced that the childhood values represent the basis not only for the functioning but also for the development of pedagogical culture as a «real cultural work on meanings production and translating them into knowledge production» (O. The strategic goals of education development require new implementation tools. The project activity plays a special role in this process; however, it is often formal and chaotic. There is a need to create effective project management systems in education and to improve the management and teaching staff competencies. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to understand whether the conditions for training systems formation for project management personnel are created. The study made it possible to determine the key constraining factor for the effective implementation of project management in education - the lack of unifed training methodology basics, and also clear bias of training programs towards one of its «project» component. The study uses the methods of theoretical research, these are: comparison, synthesis, methods of grouping and classifcation. We also used the method of data collection through the analysis of regional institutions of education development websites information. With the help of words and sounds romances and songs richly express people’s thoughts and feeling. Song is a special language of mankind, one of the most important genres in the art of music. The art of vocal music is of great interest and it does not depend on age. In particular, the age level of children who start learning music becomes lower. The high importance of the continuing education has resulted into the creation of additional requirements for educational institutions and education quality of singing teachers. The academic experience shows that voice instructors not only teach music and vocal skills but also conduct researches within the educational and developmental psychology.The purpose of the article is to analyze the process of teaching young students vocal music as a stimulating and teaching method including creation of effective training programs in the area of vocal music. The approaches that can allow to defne the adaptation success criteria of pedagogical high schools graduates are highlighted. There are also presented the indicators of teachers’ adaptation success to their professional activity in the preschool educational organizations. The existing organizational methods for teachers’ adaptation psychological support to the professional activity and its methodological problems are considered, and a solution method of psychological support problems, based on the usage of adaptation potential of personality concept is offered. There was conducted a comparative analyses of the professional activity adaptation features. The carried out analyses involved tutors who had participated in the generalized model of multilevel adaptation support system and teachers of preschool organizations whose adaptation had spontaneous character. This has justifed the implementation of an innovative multi-level adaptation support system model: the experiment helped the tutors to form internal determinants of professional development through the relationship of internal motives and adaptation as a whole. The article describes the results of the multi-level adaptation support system model practical implementation and thus created a psychological basis for professional development willingness and provided an improved way of the objective assessment of the teachers’ successful adaptation to the profession: the actualization and mobilization of adaptive potential within the professional refexive environment, which allows to understand and determine the development strategy of professional prospects, to form an adequate level of the teaching profession self-image, and to organize one’s professional activity which would be focused on the knowledge of personal constructs and self-development. The question of classical mathematical olympiads is well described in literature, but non-standard forms of intellectual competitions in mathematics, which include open olympiads, are practically not considered.The article provides a historical overview of the open olympiads appearance and development, describes the characteristics that make it possible to classify the olympiad to an open type, justifies the use of open olympiads as a means of mathematical enlightenment for students, discusses the competition period of the olympiad and the approaches to the choice of themes for the open organized olympiad.The paper provides a comparative analysis of open and traditional mathematical competitions according to different criteria. The goals and objectives of both types of olympiads as well as the requirements that are put forward to the formulation of tasks for open olympiads are described. Special attention is paid to the issue of preserving the health of schoolchildren participating in the olympiad, the interdisciplinary nature of the tasks, and possible informative blocks of open mathematical olympiads are described.The article describes the organizing experience of an open competition dedicated to N. I. Lobachevsky, gives examples of original authors’ assignments, describes a mechanism for checking students’ works, describes the possible difficulties that are missing when testing regular olympiads, but occurring in open type olympiad works. The first «National standards for the quality of professional training of bachelor students in multidisciplinary universities of the classical type» (2018) create the framework and give practical recommendations to ensure the quality of Chinese young professionals’ training in accordance with international standards of professional training and strategic plans for China’s economic advancement, expressed in the Chinese leader XI Jinping’s project to create an international transport corridor «one belt - one road». The article evaluates the organization of student training according to the model - «specialization + foreign (Russian) language» at the Guangdong University of foreign languages and foreign trade. An example of its implementation in modern universities is given. The priority areas for further improvement of the method are highlighted. The key feature of the proposed approach is that students learn to develop self-organization and self-development skills insitu; within the process of work on their real issues. The educational module«Life Navigation» contains the following educational units: developing students’ skills in formulating vital goals that meet the criteria and indicators of the SMART test, building a personal program of self-development, identification and prevention of potential obstacles, creating a plan to achieve vital goals, coordinate actions with other people, who may influence their plans, to adjust their daily routine according to their goals and plans. The teacher’s aim in this case should familiarize students with algorithms for solving such problems and help to apply them effectively. High results in this work are achieved by means of coaching and tutoring techniques used by teachers. An important feature of the educational module «Life navigation», developed by the authors, is the process of regular setting of specific goals by students for the period between classroom sessions. As part of a study group work this should include subsequent analysis of what has been successfully implemented, why they may not have succeeded with their plans, and what should be done in order to improve their efficiency. An important part of the described approach is the students’ intensive group work. The relevance of the article is caused by the annual statistics of the state exams results confirming quite low level of pupils’ knowledge which prevents from achieving the main school purpose of preparing graduates being able to become the high-level up-to- date specialists. In this situation the problem of realization of differentiated education in general classes of secondary school seems to be important. The research mentioned in the article shows that the quality of teacher’s work is more important than the number of pupils in the class. It is noted that the appropriate choice of teaching methodology can improve the pupils’ knowledge under the conditions of limited resources of municipal general school. The term «differentiated education» means personally oriented approach which is based on the knowledge of each pupil’s personality and takes into consideration his or her individual features. The necessity of such approach is caused by the individual differences between pupils. The aim of the described methodology is to educate each of pupils according to the maximum level of his or her opportunities. The article suggests the option of individual education which provides the use of «intermediate» variant based on the division of pupils in the class in groups according to their abilities of learning new information. The realization of the proposed personally-oriented approach does not contradict to the main goal of the general education, which is to make every pupil learn the basic knowledge and skills of every subject and does not demand the school for additional resources. The article describes key stages of the realization of the proposed methodology such as the explanation of new information, the current theme tasks solving, daily monitoring and control.
