The article contains several steps for the improvement of knowledge control methods which are designed to help the teachers to increase the objectiveness of their own assessments and judgments as well as to help the pupils to obtain the skill of making conscious decisions and to learn to obtain self-evaluation and self-refection. These methods are aimed at the improvement of the level of the studied material as well as the quality of its acquisition. It is mentioned that the appropriate choice of the methods may improve the situation concerning the knowledge acquisition under the circumstances of general secondary school where a teacher is not able to refuse the traditional methods of education and to shift to a completely new experimental practice. However, under the mentioned circumstances there is a possibility to make changes in the teaching process in order to improve it. The article offers the version of an individual approach which implies the usage of an «intermediate» variant based on the division of the class on groups according to the pupils’ ability to acquire new material. The article contains the key stages of the realization of the practice in question such as everyday control, oral questioning, pedagogical control, tests etc. The description of the practice is based on the practical experience of the implementation of such a personally-based approach under the conditions of the class-lesson’s system applied in the secondary school. The organization of knowledge control in practice showed its success.","PeriodicalId":233416,"journal":{"name":"Moscow University Pedagogical Education Bulletin","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130982814","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relevance of the problem consists in the following: today teachers face with the lack of information sources on the school experimental physics competitions. The article suggests a possible way to solve the problem - the organization of advanced training courses for physics teachers that include specially developed video materials. The choice of distance learning is grounded. The structural principles and the objectives supposed to be achieved through the developed post graduate courses for teachers are described. The main selection criterion used for choosing the experimental tasks to be included into the courses is clarity. The tasks are rich with bright ideas. In some cases the new training tasks are originally created for certain courses. Each individual lesson is devoted to cover a certain group of techniques and methods of solving tasks. The presented material is structured in a special way that allows the trainee to be able to understand the methodology of solving tasks given as examples. The article describes the required characteristics that the experimental setup should possess, and which steps the experiments include, along with the purpose and methods of image/svg+xml94 measurements. The feedback allows students to contact the teachers in order to be able to keep up with the coverage of every particular topic and regulate this process.","PeriodicalId":233416,"journal":{"name":"Moscow University Pedagogical Education Bulletin","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114858805","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The directions refected at the level of the federal law on education, national doctrines and projects, federal target programs, letters of the Ministry of Education, and professional standards are considered. The change of the ‘knowledge' paradigm to the ‘competence' one is accompanied by the increasing use of digital technologies in all aspects of life, including education. Technological progress has led to computerization, and further informatization of education. The ubiquitous spread of the Internet, directed by the Federal target program «Electronic Russia» (2002-2010) and the National project «Education», should have expanded the boundaries through the implementation of e-learning and distance learning technologies, promote democratization and accessibility of education, make the educational space more open. However, the monitoring has revealed problems with the overall strategy of e-education, the availability of the learning environment, and the availability of educational and methodological support. One of the possible ways to solve the problem is to appeal to open education and the implementation of massive open online courses, which are now designed by the leading Russian universities. A change of requirements for the participants of the educational process, an increase in students' autonomy, a tendency of forming an individual learning path, the use of project and group techniques based on digital technologies are seen. These measures should contribute to the competitiveness of the Russian higher education in the world.","PeriodicalId":233416,"journal":{"name":"Moscow University Pedagogical Education Bulletin","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121366107","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study involved 658 employees of kindergartens from 74 Russian regions. The results show that the majority of the respondents are satisfed with the way the Federal State Educational Standard of preschool education (FSES PE) is implemented. At the same time, in comparison with other regions, teachers from Moscow show statistically higher levels of satisfaction (p <0.01, χ² criterion); younger teachers (under 30 years) and more mature teachers (over 50 years) (p <0.01, χ² criterion) compared with middle aged teachers. The overwhelming majority (83.4%) of respondents indicated signifcant changes in kindergarten: the greatest of them are associated with changes in parent's attitude to kindergarten (85.6% of respondents), in educational technologies (75.7% of respondents), and in the organization of educational environment (70.3% of respondents). Moreover, the respondents from Moscow signifcantly more often (p <0.05, χ² criterion) talk about changes in parent's attitude to kindergarten and in teacher's relationship with children. There has been also found the connection with the work experience in kindergartens - the longer the respondents work in kindergarten, the more often they say that both the parent's attitude and the teacher's relationship with children have changed (p <0.05, χ²criterion). The article also presents data on the areas of changes in educational programs that are considered to be signifcant to respondents. The possible reasons for various attitudes of different groups of teachers to changes and the possible consequences in terms of a more informed acceptance and implementation of the FSES PE are discussed.","PeriodicalId":233416,"journal":{"name":"Moscow University Pedagogical Education Bulletin","volume":"116 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126005140","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It takes into consideration the new requirements for the modernization of the education system in China. The solution to this problem is to develop the independence and creativity of the student’s personality on the basis of the humanistic paradigm of education and the concept of lifelong learning. Currently, the main purpose of Chinese school students is to obtain high marks and scores in «gaokao» (analogue of the Russian unifed state exam). However, social surveys show that Chinese children rarely use the knowledge gained at school in everyday life. They feel lack of creative initiative, it is easier for them to perform their training tasks than to offer their own solutions. These are the consequences of the traditional system of education used in Chinese schools, called «Shiben». The main role in the educational process within this system belongs to the teacher. In the innovative training system «Shengben», proposed in the article, the curriculum is focused on the learning child, which is an important resource, the main subject and the end point in the educational process. In accordance with the system «Shengben», the main component of educational success is providing children with more freedom of choice and autonomy. The teacher gives students the opportunity to be active, to learn to ask questions and solve them, to gain new knowledge and to fnd different ways image/svg+xml128 to apply them. This approach creates a completely new way of thinking in children. Such kind of training makes the personal potential of students most evident. Students themselves become «masters of the process of obtaining knowledge.» As a result, children have a desire for self-education and self-development. Study under this model formes the fexibility of thinking, the ability to analyze and make decisions, critical thinking skills, creativity, develops emotional intelligence and the ability to interact with other people, that is, formes the key skills that one needs in the modern world. The result of our study is the theoretical and methodological justifcation of the training system by the method of «Shengben». It has received an international application, is constantly developing and improving.","PeriodicalId":233416,"journal":{"name":"Moscow University Pedagogical Education Bulletin","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122127802","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
