The Centen-nial Seedless variety is cultivated in a covering and grafted culture on a SO4 rootstock, drip irrigation. Climate is moderately continental, the soils are low-humus, leached powerful cherno-zems. The assessment of the physiological state of Centennial Seedless grape plants was carried out according to the variants of differentiated load by shoots and bunches (high, medium and low) according to the following parameters: quantum yield of photosynthesis, chlorophyll a and b content, carotenoids, relative water con-tent in leaves, water content in leaves and elec-trolyte leakage. In the studied summer months, the average air temperature was +24.3 °C, which is 0.4 °C above the climatic norm, the maximum temperatures rose to +35 °C. The total precipita-tion was 132 mm higher than normal due to heavy rains in some decades. The physiological and biochemical parameters of the leaves of the Centennial Seedless grape variety during the summer period were within the normal range – the quantum yield was above 0.7, the relative water content in the leaves was above 85 %, the water content was above 70 % except in Au-gust, the amount of chlorophylls a and b was above 1 except for the variant with the average load in July, the electrolyte leakage varied from 7.3 % to 17.3 %. In August, during the period of the greatest temperature stress for the leaves, the variant with a high load of bushes with shoots and bunches proved to be the best.","PeriodicalId":232100,"journal":{"name":"Russian Vine","volume":"20 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139298885","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Digitalization in the monitoring system of vineyards includes diverse tasks − taking into account agrobiologi-cal and phenological accounting of variety sample grape and plantations during field stud-ies of vineyards, collecting spatial data on soil sampling, and conducting an inventory. Each case requires its own digital tools, with a dif-ferent set of fields and functions for collecting, analyzing and visualizing data. Their develop-ment and implementation in the research work of AZESV&W allows employees to significant-ly optimize their work, increase the accuracy of data in variety studies, soil studies of vineyard lands and a number of other areas of scientific viticulture. The key effect of using the digital technology of agricultural accounting is to ob-tain the results of calculating agrobiological ac-counting and the yield of various grape varie-ties in real time, grouping data in the form of a single information array based on automated codification of varieties. An automated system of agrobiological and phenological accounting of grape varieties made it possible to solve a number of research and organizational tasks in the field using a smartphone and the Internet.","PeriodicalId":232100,"journal":{"name":"Russian Vine","volume":"78 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139297887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The func-tional dependence of the parameters of agro-biotechnological features on the developed agrotechnical techniques has been established. The optimal values for vine and eye number, plant productivity indicators, crop quality, labor productivity and economic efficiency were ob-served when using the long-arm training we proposed with a different combination of struc-tural elements, the method of vine pruning and the load rate of bushes. To conform the re-quirements of industrial technologies two 150−200 cm long arms are formed in bush structure with 2−4 branches on each arm. The principal requirement in the method is the for-mation of strict Z-shaped bend at the base of the arms which ensures the bushes after releas-ing from trellis, their strict orientation along the row and high-quality mechanized winter cover-ing of bushes by vinehandlers. In spring, after opening the bushes, the fruit vines grow at a height of 70−120 cm. (on the first and second levels of tree-leveled trellis). Vine is pruned at the length of 6−12 eyes, the load is 80−90 thousand shoots per hectare, with a bush plant-ing scheme 3×1.5−2.0 m. Such parameters of agricultural practices increase the productivity of plantings by 20−25 % with high technologi-cal conditions, and a reduction in labor expend-itures costs by 15−20 man-days per hectare.","PeriodicalId":232100,"journal":{"name":"Russian Vine","volume":"23 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139296561","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research was carried out on the basis of Nizhnekundryuchensk department of experi-mental field of Potapenko Institute on native Don variety Krasnostop Zolotovsky. The pur-pose of the work was to study the feasibility of using hydrogel at the stage of planting vegeta-tive healthy grape plants in the open ground in sandy soils. At the same time, the effectiveness of its use at different stages of plant prepara-tion was evaluated – the superabsorbent was added directly when planting the basic parent vine plantation in open ground and the afteref-fect of the introduced absorbent was noted at the stage of adaptation of in vitro plants to non-sterile conditions. As a result, it was noted that the hydrogel added at the adaptation stage contributes to better survival and preservation of plants during the first two years of growing in the open ground. The addition of hydrogel directly during planting in the open ground en-sures better plant development during further operation of the parent vine plantation.","PeriodicalId":232100,"journal":{"name":"Russian Vine","volume":"18 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139296763","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
