The studies were car-ried out at the All-Russian Research Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking named after Ya.I. Potapenko, Novocherkassk, Rostov re-gion. On the root-own vineyards of the Per-venets Magaracha variety tolerant to phyllox-era, the following load rates were studied: 30; 35; 40; 45 shoots per bush. For two years of research, the maximum yield was obtained in plantations with a load of 45 shoots per plant: in 2019 - 23.2; in 2020 - 14.7 t / ha with the mass concentration of sugars in berry juice 183 and 170 g / dm3, respectively. The variety was breeded by joint effords of breeder- experimenter Kraynov V.N. and ARRIV&W – Branch of Federal State Budget Scientific Institution «FRARC» as a result of interbreeding of varie-ties Talisman and Kishmish luchistyy. The vari-ety was handed over to the State Test in 2013. It received patent No. 7680 dated 04.02.2015 and was included in the State Register of Breeding Achievements admitted for use in 2015. The variety is of early maturation of table use. The duration of the production period for 5 studied years was 115 days with the amount of active temperatures to full maturity of berries 2673°С. The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness, the percentage of breaking buds varies from 49 to 100 %. With a total amount of minus temperature 519 0C and the absolute minimum temperature of minus 24,6 оC, bud break was 58,5 %. 90-100% of shoots were fruitbearing, fertility ratio 0.6. On a sin-gle-plane trellis, with a planting scheme of 3 m × 1.5 m, the yield from a bush was 5,5 kg or more. Ampelographic description of the variety: flower is complete, clusters of medium density, cylindrical & conical with 1-2 wings, weigh 544 g. The comb is long, the crest is green, herba-ceous. The berry is dark red-purple, widely el-liptical with a pruina coating, weighing about 7.3 g, the parameters of the berry are 24,3 × 21,0 mm. The pulp is meaty. It has moderate sugar accumulation and moderate acidity. The variety has high resistance to mildew and oidi-um. The variety is pointed out as a donor of mildew resistance. It is used for fresh consump-tion. When developing new agricultural practices and technological solutions for the cultivation of grapes, it is necessary to assess the econom-ic efficiency of the proposed innovative ap-proaches. The cultivation of such grape varie-ties is becoming important and relevant, which, with high productivity and the use of differen-tiated care technology, require minimal costs when servicing the bushes and harvesting. In-creasing labor productivity in the viticulture industry is the most important condition for the intensive development of production. One of these conditions today is the formation of a bush according to the technology element, the shape of a bush AZOS-1, which allows to re-duce the cost of care and harvesting of grapes. These varieties were used to make natural table wine samples according to the classical technology. The research was carried out in the laboratory of winemaking technology in micro-wine production. The mass of one batch of grapes was 5–10 kg. The main physical and chemical indicators of grapes, as well as giu-co-acidometric index and an indicator of technical maturity, were determined. In the prepared wine samples, the main chemical pa-rameters were determined, and an organolep-tic assessment was performed. As a control variety, Krasnostop zolotovsky was taken, which is included in the State register of vari-eties approved for use in the Russian Federa-tion. Potapenko (Novocherkassk, Ros-tov region) in 2019. Mobilization, conserva-tion, replenishment and study of plant bio-diversity, identification of new and assess-ment of stocks of used species, is gaining theoretical, scientific and practical signifi-cance, and is currently relevant. Most of the native and sparsely distributed grapevine varieties are now preserved only through col-lections. The process of grape selection is closely related to the need to preserve and replenish collections, since this is the main base for large-scale ampelographic and ge-netic selection works, which are currently effective and very effective in science and production and thus practically significant for the Russian grape-growing industry. Cur-rently, the preserved gene pool of grapevines in the collection includes 870 varieties, the collection is supplemented with 5 new grape varieties (Suholimanskij belyj, Traminer be-lyj, Granatovyj, Dostojnyj, Mriya). It was found that the meteoro-logical conditions of 2019 contributed to the depressive development of mildew and the epiphytotic development of oidium. The limit-ing factor for the development of mildew was the increased temperature in June, with maxi-mum values of 37.20C with low air humidity and a small amount of precipitation. Under the conditions of the ampelographic collec-tion, mildew sypmtoms were detected only on plants of unstable varieties: Dimackun, Neizvestnyj donskoj, Puhlyakovskij chernyj, Tavrosi, Cimladar, Cimlyanskij Sergienko, Cimlyanskij chernyj, Shampanchik – 2, Sham-panchik cimlyanskij. The meteorological con-ditions in July - moderate air temperature and high humidity in July, as well as the presence of foci of infection in the ampelocollections were favorable for oidium and contributed to the epiphytotic development of the pathogen, the first signs of which were detected in the phase of the beginning of berry growth. Dur-ing the growing season, despite the protective treatments against powdery mildew, the de-gree of pathogen infestation reached the max-imum values in 88% of the studied varieties. To develop chemotherapy, the introduction of salicylic acid, the antibiotic Cefotaxim and the growth regulator Melafen was studied. The slow development of the meristem dur-ing the first 43–55 days of cultivation was observed. The studied drugs slightly stimu-lated this process. Melafen's positive influ-ence was marked. Different reactions of the studied varieties to the conditions of cultiva-tion in vitro both at the stage of introduction and at the subsequent stage of micro-propagation have been revealed. The Karmakode variety has shown a high adap-tive capability to in vitro conditions and no response to the drugs used. 363 shoots were formed. In the variants with salicylic acid (0.77 mg/l) and Cefotaxim (100 mg/l), there was a suppression of regenerative ability. In the variety Ilya on the nutrient medium with Melafen, the cut of shoots increased com-pared to control by 2.6 times. When re-entering the culture of variety Preobragenie better micropropagation was marked. 73 shoots were cut. The predominant effect of apical meristems in comparison with chemo-therapy has been revealed. The article discusses and analyzes the factors contributing to the spread of this disease on grapevine plantations. This process is facilitated by plants-reserves of phyto-plasm, leafhoppers-carriers and changes in climatic conditions. As a result of the stud-ies carried out, plants reserves of phyto-plasma Bois noir were identified: Convol-vulus arvensis L., Fallópia convólvulus L., Chenopodium bonus-henricus L., Rosa L., Ulmus L. Long-term studies have shown that the destruction of weeds on the plan-tation leads to the removal of infection res-ervoir plants and the larvae of the leafhop-per-vector feeding on weeds on the roots. Исследование посвящено изучению одного из факторов замедляющих ростовые процессы для продолжительного беспересадочного культивирования – увеличение плотности питательной среды. Этот фактор малоизучен и перспективен для рассмотрения. Исследование проводилось на трех сортах (Фиолетовый ранний, Махроватчик, Цимлянский черный), изучались шесть концентрации агар-агара (6, 8, 10, 12, 13 и 15 г/л). Показано, что увеличение содержания агар-агара в питательной среде сдерживает рост корневой системы и растений винограда. Снижение скорости ростовых процессов отмечено на всех изучаемых сортах, однако интенсивность замедления различна. Исследование подтвердило, что плотность питательной среды является одним из факторов, влияющих на скорость ростовых процессов, требует дальнейшего изучения и может использоваться в технологии создания и хранения коллекции генофонда винограда in vitro. Summary. The article deals with the development and improvement of techniques and methods of creating and storing of a collection of gene pool of vine in vitro. The study is devoted to the study of one of the factors, slowing down the growth processes for long-term uninterrupted cultivation – increasing the density of the nutrient medium. This factor is not widespread studied and promising for consideration. The study was conducted on three varieties (Fioletoviy Ranniy, Mohravatchik, Tsimlyansky Cherniy). Six concentrations of agar-agar were studied: 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15 gr/l. It is shown that the increase of agar-agar in the nutrient medium inhibits the growth of root system and vine plants. A decrease in the rate of growth processes was observed in all studied varieties, but the rate of deceleration is different.
