Basically Philosophy is classified into mainly 3 categories Asthika, sNasthika and Asthikanasthika, on the base of their faith on God, believe in Veda and Punarjanma. The main aim of philosophy is to attain Moksha, which means getting liberation from pain or Dukha. How Universe is originated? What are the fundamental elements causes an origin of this Universe? Is mentioned in every Philosophy. The same way answer for these questions is explained in the science called ecology, Chemistry and Physics. Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta is the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Indonesian Ministry of Health. according to Decree of the Minister of Health Number: 756 / Minister of Health / SK / VI / 2007, Regarding the Decree of 15 (fifteen) Hospitals (UPT) Technical Implementation Units of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia which use the Financial Management Pattern Public Service Agency (PPK BLU). The procurement consolidation alliance needs to be carried out at Prof. Orthopedic Hospital. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta because it has several benefits, including: Reducing the number of procurement activities, Efficient time and resources in the procurement process, Increasing the bargaining position of users as buyers, reducing procurement risks, growing and developing local industries / local providers and increasing economies of scale (economies of scale). The principle is efficiency in management without reducing the quality of goods / services required. Thus, consolidation of procurement packages can be carried out as long as they provide more value from a technical, financial and benefit perspective compared to procurement done individually. Purpose: To determine strategies for increasing financial efficiency at Prof. Orthopedic Hospital. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta through a consolidation alliance in the procurement of goods and services for vertical hospitals in Joglo Semar . Methods: This study is a mix methods research, which is a research step by combining two forms of research approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative. The quantitative approach is used to analyze the price of goods before the consolidation alliance with the price of goods after the consolidation alliance for the procurement of goods and services, as well as to determine the increase in financial efficiency in hospitals through the consolidation alliance for the procurement of goods and services at Se Joglo Semar Vertical Hospital. Meanwhile, a qualitative approach is to dig deeper regarding the strengths, weaknesses, suggestions and improvements regarding the consolidation alliance for the procurement of hospital goods and services. This analysis is carried out as a form of Univariate analysis. This descriptive analysis is a data processing that starts from the tabulation process into easy to understand and interpret data. Descriptive analysis with data presentation such as the form of frequency distribution tables and histograms. This is to determine the difference in the unit price between before the consolidation alliance is carried out in the procurement of goods and services and after the consolidation alliance is carried out. The analysis was carried out by using the Hypothesis T-test with the condition that the data were normally distributed. Pork can be found by analyzing the fat. Meat contains fat whose biochemical profile differs between animal species. Based on this principle, we could determine authenticity of given meat by comparing its fat profile. This study aims to develop a thin layer chromatography (TLC) technique to detect pork and determine the chromatographic difference of beef and pork fat. The study revealed that TLC method can be performed to detect pork. TLC was carried out using the hexane-chloroform-methanol (7: 2.5: 1, volume ratio) solvent system. Using this method there were differences in the number of spots and the Rf value between beef and pork fat. Overall, TLC is a method that has the potential to be used as an inexpensive and simple tool for the detection of pork.","PeriodicalId":228982,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Bio Innovation","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129078533","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is used in the treatment of allergic conditions, and prophylactic management of asthma. The objective of this study was to prepare KF as suppository as an attempt to increase the bioavailability by avoiding the hepatic first pass metabolism. twelve formulas were prepared (ten conventional and two hollow) using fusion method and by using different bases such as polyethylene glycols of different (grades and ratios) and semisynthetic glyceride (SSG) as fatty base. The prepared suppositories were evaluated for physical properties such as weight variation, content uniformity softening time, melting time and hardness. Invitro release profiles were also evaluated .The effect of the type of the base, the grade and ratio of PEGs mixture where evaluated. The effect of temperature and time of storage on the physical properties and the release profile of the suppository were studied. All of the prepared suppositories had acceptable physical properties and the maximum release of ketotifen (100%, 99%) was found from the F1 of PEGs 400:4000 (70:30) and F5 of PEGs 400:6000(70:30), respectively as a conventional suppositories. The release of drug from fatty based suppositories (SSG) was (51%). It enhanced by adding non-ionic surfactant (tween80) to reach 75%. The hollow suppositories F11 and F12 have faster release profile than the conventional one .Formulas F1 and F5 as conventional type suppositories and F11 as hollow type suppository were considered the good and suitable formulas because they exhibited a good physical properties with higher drug release. However, F1 was selected as the best one because it had excellent physical properties with highest % of KF release.","PeriodicalId":228982,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Bio Innovation","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124789921","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
