Teknologi digital memberikan kemudahan bagi manusia untuk berkomunikasi dan mengakses informasi dengan cepat. Tetapi perkembangan teknologi digital juga memiliki tantangan yang harus dihadapi. Putri (2023) dalam situs resmi Direktorat Jenderal Penyelenggaraan Pos dan Informatika, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia, menyebutkan bahwa untuk menghadapi tantangan perkembangan teknologi digital, masyarakat perlu beradaptasi dan meningkatkan kapasitas diri, sehingga dapat memanfaatkan teknologi secara positif. Untuk beradaptasi dibutuhkan kesadaran, pengembangan keterampilan dan literasi digital, serta partisipasi aktif masing – masing individu dalam masyarakat digital (Putri, 2023). Adaptasi dan peningkatan kapasitas diri diawali dengan kesadaran diri. Scheier, dan Buss (1975, seperti dikutip dalam Scheier, et al., 1979) mendefinisikan kesadaran diri sebagai keadaan yang mana perhatian diarahkan pada diri sendiri. Kesadaran dan perhatian adalah kapasitas utama dalam kesejahteraan manusia. Brown dan Ryan (2003) menambahkan bahwa kesadaran adalah “radar” yang terus memantau lingkungan dalam dan luar individu.Carden et al. (2022) menyatakan bahwa kesadaran diri penting untuk munculnya perilaku positif, kepuasan, dan kinerja yang baik dari individu. Kesadaran diri membawa banyak manfaat psikologis, termasuk peningkatan pengaturan diri, lebih banyak perhatian terhadap kebutuhan orang lain, dan berkurangnya stres dan kecemasan (Donald dkk. 2019, Hali dkk. 2021, Hülsheger dkk. 2021, Rasheed dkk.2019). Ketika manusia menjadi lebih sadar diri, mereka menjadi lebih tangguh dan lebih baik, mereka mampu mempersiapkan diri menghadapi situasi sulit dan meningkatkan perasaan efikasi diri; mampu menganalisis situasi yang tidak pasti dan penuh tekanan; mengidentifikasi kemungkinan solusi; berimprovisasi; menjaga ketenangan; dan siap untuk beradaptasi ketika diperlukan (Chen et al. 2005; Park Park 2019).Baumeister dan Vohs (2003) menyatakan bahwa salah satu fungsi adaptif utama dari kesadaran diri adalah pengaturan diri, yang mencakup mengubah perilaku, menolak godaan, mengubah suasana hati, memilih respons dari berbagai pilihan, dan menyaring informasi yang tidak relevan. Kesadaran diri dapat membantu individu untuk memahami dan mengatur dirinya. On the other hand, the abundance of this information on internet and lack of understanding from adolescence about dynamics of mental health disorders bring negative impact of self diagnose. This research purposes to reveal the picture of self diagnose with adolescence mental health which social media user, the psychological impact, also what role social media do for the phenomenon. Methods of this research are qualitative methods with phenomenology design. Data collected with semi- structured interview with 4 participants (16-17 years old, 50% women) that already did a self diagnose and active on social media. Analysis technique use in this research is thematic research. The results are that all participants are curious about their mental health condition and sense of their mental illness symptoms, so that they search for information about their mental health from social media on the internet. This self-diagnosed behavior appears when they believe what happened to themselves are the same with mental health disorders. This what bring impact on their psychological such as worried, fear, even wakeful. Additionally, utilizing a qualitative approach, the research explores the perspectives of performers and stand-up comedy practitioners on how digital technology affects interactive processes within this community. The findings highlight the need for alignment between the use of technology and the preservation of the essence of stand-up comedy as an art form. Key factors in ensuring the success of the stand-up comedy community in the digital era include building a strong collaborative network from within the community, aligning technology with stand-up comedy, and adapting to technological changes. However, the facts show that most bystanders choose to be passive rather than defend the victim. Nonetheless, passive bystander behavior does not necessarily mean approval of the perpetrator's actions. Some bystanders consider cyberbullying to be an unpleasant thing, so it can generate a sense of empathy for the victim. Unfortunately, a lack of self-efficacy and knowledge regarding how to deal with cyberbullying can inhibit bystanders from defending victims. Therefore, knowledge about constructive defending behaviors can help bystanders to defend victims in a good way. This article aims to provide knowledge about constructive defending behavior as an online prosocial behavior. This article explains that prosocial behavior theory is more relevant with constructive defending behavior than aggressive defending behavior. Then, constructive defending behavior can minimize cyberbullying because constructive defending behavior supports bystander emotion regulation, creates social norms related to positive online social interactions, and realizes social capital in the form of social ties. These social ties offer four useful resources, like information on how to deal with cyberbullying, social connectedness of bystanders with other social media users, potential bystander to be influent person who motivates other social media users to take constructive defense actions, and become a reinforcement of identity and a sense of worth to the victim. This tool consists of eight stimuli, each representing interrelated scenarios that follow a specific pattern to address problems. Data analysis results show that the eight stimuli in the Library Game are unidimensionally valid in measuring logical reasoning constructs (n=284, chi-square=30.742, df=21, p-value=0.078, RMSEA=0.040, CFI=0.996, TLI=0.995). Furthermore, the researchers calibrated the items using Item Response Theory (IRT) 1 PL (parameter logistic). The results show that all items fit the established model. The level of item difficulty ranges from easy to moderate (-0.962 to 0.122). Therefore, this test can provide optimal information when administered to a population with an average level of logical reasoning. The digitalization era demands that educational institutions and the parties within them carry out educational transformation by changing the learning paradigm. This is done in response to changing times that require new skills in global society. 21st century learning emphasizes learning that is integrated with technology. Therefore, educators need skills in mastering three fundamental components, namely content, pedagogy, and technology, which can be understood through the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework. This study aims to determine the integration of technology by private middle and high school teachers in Jabodetabek in 21st century learning based on the TPACK component. A total of 138 participant data was obtained by self-report via electronic questionnaire using convenience sampling and analyzed using the descriptive statistical analysis method. The study results show that teachers have adequate knowledge regarding the integration of technology in the education sector because the majority of teachers' scores are in the high category. The Covid-19 pandemic has also increased the integration of technology in the learning process. Using a battery of five sub-tests, LAI can deliver a global trainability quotient (GTQ) indicating how well an individual performs in a training context. This study aims to analyze psychometric properties and norming for LAI. The research data comprised 28,980 subjects from the online test database for employees selection owned by PT Global Talentlytica Indonesia. The research approach used in this study is classical test theory. Psychometric property analysis utilized Cronbach's alpha reliability estimation method and collected validity evidence based on internal structure. The reliability analysis results showed that the five sub-tests had strong reliabilities with Cronbach's alpha values ranging from 0.92 to 0.97. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the measurement model of the Learning Agility Index with CFI 0.988, RMSEA 0.022, and SRMR 0.20. This study involved three informants in an in-depth interview process. Those are farmers from Temanggung Regency (Central Java); SP (57), ER (49), D (42). This study found that school considered as social transformation agent and practical functional institution. Teaching as a school education practice has two aspects, namely informative in the framework of forming skills and formative in the context of forming the personality of students. This current study aims to reveal the formative aspects of teacher-student communication patterns in the context of learning subjects in class based on Lacan's Theory of the Four Discourses. The research participants consisted of teachers and students of grades IV and V as class units who were carrying out Social Sciences lessons in three elementary schools in Yogyakarta. Data were collected through audio recordings of teacher-student communication in class. Data were transcribed and analyzed by four researchers separately, the results were discussed to find emerging themes derived from Lacan's Theory of the Four Discourses. The results showed that three types of Lacanian discourse emerged in teacher-student communication in the three schools studied, namely Discourse of the Master, Discourse of the University, and Discourse of the Analyst. Sejak awal kelahiran Psikologi, pendekatan kualitatif telah eksis sebagai sebuah tradisi berpikir tersendiri, yang misalnya dicomot dari tradisi fenomenologi. Bahkan, dalam karya-karya Wilhelm Wundt (1832-1920) dan William James (1842-1910) – dua tokoh awal Psikologi – kedudukan unsur subjektif dan objektif telah menjadi bagian dalam pembahasan risalah intelektual. Kedua tokoh tidak luput membicarakan makna, budaya, dan identitas yang kerap kali menjadi diskusi serius dalam tradisi kualitatif. Selain itu, apabila dicermati dengan sungguh, psikoanalisis yang dikembangkan Sigmund Freud (1856-1932) memanfaatkan wawancara dan serakan data remeh sebagai dasar dalam memahami psikologi subjek. Namun, mengapa pendekatan kualitatif seolah-olah begitu obskur?Menurut Danziger (1990), keberadaan pendekataan kualitatif sebagai “the excluded” dalam Psikologi dimulai dari penelitian-penelitian yang dianggap menjadi ciri khas Psikologi. Dalam sejarah keilmuan Psikologi sejak 1800an hingga hari ini, terjadi pergeseran dalam cara kerja penelitian yang tadinya dipraktikkan dengan pencatatan lewat observasi kemudian direduksi menjadi respons diri yang bersifat naif. Dalam eksperimen, yang dicatat si peneliti adalah respons perilaku dan bukan mental (mind) manusia. Oleh karena itu, intensi Psikologi untuk menangkap dan mengeksplorasi “mind” berubah menjadi pencatatan respons perilaku. Artinya, penelitian Psikologi cenderung menjadi ilmu mengenai mind terhadap mindless individual (Rogers Willig, 2017).Apa yang ditunjukkan di atas adalah cara manusia untuk menjawab bagaimana dan apa yang bisa diketahui. Dalam tradisi keilmuan, hal demikian diperdebatkan melalui Epistemologi. Cabang Filsafat tersebut upaya untuk menjawab mengenai bagaimana suatu pengetahuan diperoleh. Dalam tradisi Psikologi yang dominan (mainstream psychology), epistemologi yang bekerja adalah positivis (Rogers Willig, 2017; Willig 2008, 2013). Epistemologi positivis dalam keilmuan dapat ditelusur secara historis untuk kemudian akan ditemukan beberapa modelnya, yakni positivisme klasik, positivisme kritis, dan positivisme logis (Rogers Willig, 2017). Secara umum, dalam ketiga model positivisme tersebut, subyektivitas, sejarah, dan masyarakat menjadi tidak relevan untuk menentukan kebenaran pengalaman. Seorang peneliti perlu melakukan isolasi terhadap manusia agar kebenaran dapat diperoleh.
