For this reason, this paper proposes the error compensation control strategy Based on multiple offline iteration. The proposed strategy applies the H1 estimator method to identify the system frequency response function (FRF) and then combines the identified FRF, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and inverse Fast Fourier Transform (IFFT) technique to correct the input sine swept signal to implement the sine swept test. The error of the expected output signal and the experiment output signal is calculated and corrected using FFT, IFFT and FRF to compensate the input signal. The updated input signal is used to implement the sine swept test again and so on, until the output signal meets the accuracy requirement. The procedure of the proposed control strategy is programmed using the software MATLAB/Simulink and then compiled to a real-time PC with Microsoft Visual Studio.NET for implementation. The main performance parameters of the high voltage pulse are bipolar voltage pulse, peak-to-peak voltage 0~8kV, frequency range 1kHz~20kHz, duty circle 50%, rising time less than 400ns, the each unit of high-isolation DC power voltage range 0~500V and the over-current and over-voltage protection functions. However, as PF is used in nonlinear systems, a large number of particles are necessary to maintain high tracking accuracy and more computational burden are inevitably. Then, a new method of Rao-Blackwellised Particle (RBPF), in which Rao-Blackwell theorem is used to improve the performance of PF, is proposed in the paper. Firstly, nonlinear part and linear part of the maneuvering target tracking model are separated Based on Bayes principle. Then, the estimation of the linear part is dealed with by Kalman Filter (KF) and that of the nonlinear part by PF. Yet precise location of laser spot center is a key issue of ensuring the measurement accuracy. This paper combined the average background model method with the curve fitting sub-pixel positioning algorithm of bar center to do the sub-pixel localization of laser spot center. First, the average background model method is used to extract the laser spot, and then the curve fitting sub-pixel positioning algorithm of barycenter is employed to calculate the sub-pixel coordinates of laser spot center. This paper focused on improving the performance of vehicle detection system with single camera and proposed a HOG feature and SVM Based method for forward vehicle detection. The shadow underneath vehicle is the most important feature, so it can be utilized to detect vehicle at daytime. The shadow was segmented accurately by using histogram analysis method. The initial candidates were generated by combining horizontal and vertical edge feature of shadow, and these initial candidates were further verified by using a vehicle classifier Based on the histogram of gradient and support vector machine. A kind of hybrid clustering algorithm (ASAKM) is proposed in this paper, which takes the advantages of both kinds of clustering algorithms. Furthermore, the idea of simulated annealing is also adopted in this paper, to implement the global optimal solution while the partitioning methods usually only reach the local optimal minimum.
