Abstract

In order to study the influence of continuous high-frequency voltage pulse to insulation life of inverters, to get electrical life information of insulating material about new recipes and new techniques as quickly as possible under condition that the insulation failure mechanisms should not be changed, one power supply for insulation aging test device using the cascaded method is designed. The main performance parameters of the high voltage pulse are bipolar voltage pulse, peak-to-peak voltage 0~8kV, frequency range 1kHz~20kHz, duty circle 50%, rising time less than 400ns, the each unit of high-isolation DC power voltage range 0~500V and the over-current and over-voltage protection functions.
