An adaptive sliding mode controller is designed Based on the theory of sliding mode control. The controller input is defined as the weighted combination of yaw rate and sideslip angle errors, and the desired front wheel angle is calculated as the output. But, the results of practices have shown that the existing mining right evaluation method still has room for further improvement. Starting from basic principles, the paper analyses the shortcomings of discount cash flow method, comparable sales method and option valuation method, believing that, in the calculation method using the discount cash flow method, the advance deduction of the amount contributed for annual net cash flow or return on investment will cause the under valuation of mining right prices and greatly increase the uncertainty and complexity of the relevant administrative work of the mining industry, in the option evaluation method, the treatment method of directly using the validity term of mining right as the term of option overlooks the periodic characteristics of mining right implementation and is in obvious deviation from the reality of mining development. The paper then suggests ideas for improvement, i.e., in the utilization of the discount cash flow method, the safeguarding of the reasonable interests of mining investors should be incorporated into the setting of discount rate, while in the utilization of option evaluation method, the validity term of option should be the term after deduction of the basic cycle necessary for mining and development of the resources in the tenement from the validity term of mining right. This paper proposes a prediction model for state of charge of batteries Based on least squares support vector machine. It was with battery terminal voltage, temperature, electric current as inputs, state of charge as output. After gaining data samples through experiment platform, least squares support vector machine was established, and state of charge can be predicted by the model. The paper especially focuses on the mechanism of the public opinion risk evolution in Chinese state-owned enterprise. It thereby intends to draw principles from the analysis of the factors, causality relations and control methods. The System Dynamic Theory is applied to analyze the system of public opinion risk development for Chinese state-owned enterprise. Firstly, the paper briefly describes the background and studies the status of public opinion risks. Then it defines the boundary of the research and kicks off from the system causality analysis of the public opinion risk evolution of state-owned enterprise in China. The System Dynamic Model is constructed to simulate the interaction mechanism and the evolution rules of Chinese state-owned enterprise public opinion risk. The similarity computation method, which is the key in personalized recommender, like cosine theorem or pearson correlation coefficient, does not consider the distinguish degree of the items. In this paper, we will propose weight Based similarity algorithm, called IR-IUF++, which updates pearson correlation coefficient. Based on the theory of passive control, an adaptive synchronization scheme of improved ILES systems is contrived firstly in this paper. With the scheme, projective synchronization with only one controller and parameter identification can be achieved simultaneously. The algorithm adopts a new global ranking method to favor convergence and an improved crowding distance to maintain diversity, new elitist selection strategy Based on fitness evaluation is also designed to guide the search towards a representative approximation of the Pareto-optimal front. In order to validate the proposed algorithm, we perform a comparative study where three state-of-the-art representative approaches are considered. In such a study, a well-known scalable test problem is adopted as well as six different problem sizes, ranging from 3 to 8 objectives.
