Most of the existing photovoltaic prediction is Based on the solar radiation. However, it's difficult to implement in China due to insufficient solar radiation station available and poor forecasting performance. In addition, indirect forecasting cannot consider the factors related with PV system. A novel power forecasting model using historical power is proposed to solve the problems. Furthermore, in order to adapt sudden weather changes, the future weather type was recognized by using self-organizing feature map(SOM). Then, PV power generation in each weather type could be forecasted from its corresponding forecast network and the over fitting issue of single network model could be addressed. Wavelet neural network is combined with wavelet analysis and neural network. It is compatible with the good time-frequency property and good fault tolerant ability of neural network. Wavelet neural network can optimize the forecasting model. As to part priority clustering algorithm, firstly, delete the data of first category from the data set after finding out the original data set, then repeat this step. The algorithm is put forward Based on efficiency and the simulation results show good results if less requirement for accuracy of data is made. This algorithm contains three major sections, which are moving target detection, shadows suppression and traffic volume count. Firstly, with an improved background initialization method, the paper detects the moving target by using the single Gaussian model. Then, a computational method of Shadows suppression is presented in the RGB feature space. Finally, the traffic volume is counted in the virtual areas of lanes. Two experiments are performed on the algorithm. The results show that the algorithm can detect vehicle quickly and have a higher recognition rate. In particular, our study has scrutinized the rank of SP in terms of traffic volume distribution, flow number distribution, and subscriber number distribution, fitted with a distribution model named power law distribution. Furthermore, we characterize the correlations among the traffic volume, flow number and subscriber number. As distributed parallel processing system have been recently developed due to the cloud computing platform and the cluster file system, they could be usefully applied to analyzing big traffic data. In the decision making layer, the recognition results can be obtained by fusing gender estimates in different modals. A Multimodal gender recognition Based on Bayesian hierarchical model is experimented on the fingerprint and face image database.
