Design of Random Test for TRNG with VLSI

Abstract

This paper will randomness test theory applied to true random number generator (TRNG), the design of a TRNG online random detection module. This module can not only real-time detect randomness of sequence but also sent alarm information according to detection results. Simulations show that the module has better real-time detection and alarm function.
