摘要

激光具有精度高、可实现非接触式测量、对电磁干扰不敏感等优点,目前许多测量系统都采用激光技术作为辅助测量手段。而激光光斑中心的精确定位是保证测量精度的关键问题。本文将平均背景模型法与棒中心曲线拟合亚像素定位算法相结合,对激光光斑中心进行亚像素定位。首先采用平均背景模型法提取激光光斑,然后采用质心曲线拟合亚像素定位算法计算激光光斑中心亚像素坐标。仿真结果表明,定位精度可达0.1像素。
