Although nowadays there exist many examples how to build them it is still advantageous to create new solutions that are universal, more flexible and comfortable to use. This paper describes the design of a new application developed for the purpose of virtual laboratories. It is based on the Microsoft .NET technology and Matlab/Simulink platform. In comparison with older versions the new one uses new progressive methods of .NET technology and REST architecture for communication. This allows simplification of its construction, easy modification according to new requirements as well as a simple creation of client applications. Moreover the designed application is integrated with Moodle e-learning system environment that enables comfortable access for its registered users. The new virtual laboratory application facilities will be demonstrated on several dynamical systems. The architecture of the designed solution consists of three main components: server, Moodle and browser (Fig. 1). The server includes Matlab COM Automation server that enables to run the Matlab application and exchange data with it using COM technology. Further the server communicates with Moodle using ASP.NET Web API framework. The server is written in C# programming language. Moodle (in the role of a client) communicates with the server using GET and POST methods and it also communicates with a browser as a backend using JSON objects. Moodle uses PHP scripts to generate dynamical Web pages. Finally the browser interprets the Web pages consisting of HTML code and asynchronous JavaSript language with JQuery library. Some of them are typical for all crisis situations, some of them denote the one singular form of crisis only. One common trait of crisis situations is shortage of time and information which places high demands on managers and decision-makers. Contemporary opinions about the solution of crisis situation concur that those crises produce new dimensions in the organization scene. Demands for people readiness at particular positions and for decision-making process are rising. Therefore the demands on crisis and security managers are rising too, proportionally with the complication of the situation. First part of article includes definition of traits, qualities and skills, which are necessary for effective solution of problems in different fields of security, as well as results of surveys between graduates and employers evaluating their expertise and competencies, as well as contemporary requirements of practice. The aim of the integration of the model will be to verify its contribution and influence on students' adoption of habits for the building of the personal learning environment and on the development of the key learning competence. The aim of the paper is to summarize the field of Educational data mining, analyze the behavior of students in e-course Computer data analysis and to present a few cases of a similar analysis of the behavior of students. The results of the analysis may have potential for future use in optimizing the e-course. Analysis results were obtained using extracted association rules from the e-course. This electronic course is designed to use linear and branched teaching programs. Target group research were students of Computer Science, which was reflected in the results. It is not necessary to have special knowledge of IT to work in e-course. The course was created using LMS Moodle, which records the behaviour of users to the database. We used specific types of data, which indicate user traffic on every single page of the course. We used the log file containing records with the behavior of 69 students in e-course. Session identification is for the distribution of accesses of all users of e-course to separated sessions. Students are identified by their login ID. Therefore, we can separate the users who share a computer. Students who have used e-course Computer data analysis, were successful in the final test. By analyzing we can improve e-course. This recently published application can run locally, or through the Internet as a virtual laboratory. The newly developed options extend the disturbance observer based one-tank control by a disturbance feedforward requiring introduction of disturbance reference model. The distinctive features of mobile devices that cannot be found on classical wired computers (portability, touchscreen, and various input sensors) add a new dimension to learning activities that can be supported, both because of the personal and portable nature of the devices themselves, and because of the kinds of interactions they can support with other learners and the environment.
