The authors describe the educational model that will be tested - through the proposed application - on the selected sample of upper primary school students. The paper describes basic functional features of the application. The aim of the integration of the model will be to verify its contribution and influence on students' adoption of habits for the building of the personal learning environment and on the development of the key learning competence.
