The rapid development of technology, public relations and social problems lead to the fact that young people today face many challenges and choices. In such conditions, the formation of value orientations that will help young people navigate in life and make important decisions becomes especially important. An analysis of existing federal projects on the formation of value orientations of young people allows us to determine which methods and approaches are currently used to help young people understand complex issues and make the right choice. This makes it possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing projects, as well as to determine which requirements and expectations of young people are not taken into account. Also, the analysis of existing federal projects on the formation of value orientations of young people can become the basis for the development of new projects and programs that will be focused on the current needs of young people and aimed at solving existing problems. In addition, such an analysis can help in assessing the effectiveness of existing projects and identifying areas that require additional support. This article analyzes federal projects aimed at the formation of value orientations among young people. The purpose of the study is to identify the main characteristics of existing projects. The authors review and systematize existing federal projects, analyze their goals, methods, and audience. In the course of the study, the authors identify the strengths and weaknesses of the projects, identify key problems and recommendations for their improvement. The study has practical significance for the development and implementation of more effective strategies for the formation of value orientations among young people at the federal level. {"title":"ENERGY POTENTIAL AND FEATURES OF GRAIN DUST BIODEGRADATION DURING ITS PROCESSING INTO BIOGAS","authors":"I.V. The amount of grain dust can reach 26% by weight of the raw material. Due to the ability to ignite spontaneously, it is classified as a hazard class 3, and if it enters the human body, it can cause harm to health, therefore, grain processing enterprises take measures to reduce the concentration of grain dust in the air. On the other hand, the dust generated during grain processing is, due to its chemical composition, a valua- ble raw material, the loss of which is undesirable. The world literature describes such methods for processing aspiration grain dust as hydrolysis and the preparation of nutrient media for microorganisms, briquetting and combustion, use in composting, as well as conversion into biogas. The purpose of this work is to study the features of processing aspiration grain dusts of various agricultural crops into biogas and determine their energy potential and biodegradability. As a result of our laboratory studies, it was established that the specific biogas and methane yield from soybean grain dust was 186.37±58.89 – 230.30±21.90 and 95.54±36.95 – 122.17±15.39 ml/g VS respectively; from barley grain dust – 165.06±9.37 – 191.41±5.65 and 86.45±6.37 – 100.18±6.65 ml/g VS respectively. The concentration of methane in biogas in different variants ranged from 46.75±7.14 to 52.75±1.60%. When recycling 1 ton of these grain dusts at a biogas station, you can get from 278.70 to 382.25 kW of electrical energy and from 285.50 to 391.57 kW of thermal energy. The degree of decomposition of organic matter of substrates in our study is generally low – from 5.61±0.08 to 5.91±0.37%. Thus, it has been established that the grain dusts studied in this work can be considered as a promising cosubstrats for existing or planned biogas stations. It was found that a redox interaction occurs between the components of the system, leading to the formation of divalent europium ion. The reaction proceeds spontaneously, quickly, almost during the time of mixing the solutions. A wide band in the region of 320–400 nm with a maximum at 350 nm was detected in the absorption spectrum of the reaction products; while a wide structureless 350–450 nm emission band with a maximum at 380 nm, characteristic of the Eu 2+ ion, was observed in the photoluminescence (PL) spectrum. An increase in the optical density and PL intensity in these regions is accompanied by a decrease in the absorption and PL intensity of Eu3+ ion in the longer wavelength region of the spectrum. A possible scheme of chemical processes in the Eu3+ /N3- – DMSO system has been proposed, including: 1) replacement of the Cl- ion by an azide ion in the Eu3+ coordination sphere; 2) electron transfer from N3- to Eu 3+, leading to the reduction of the latter to the divalent state. The prerequisite for the occurrence of this stage of the reaction is the low electron affinity (–2.68 eV) of the azide radical intermediate compared to the relatively high redox potential of the Eu3+ /Eu2+ pair (–0.36 eV); 3) complexation of the resulting Eu 2+ ion with N3- ligand, which is accompanied by an increase in the optical density of the solution at a maximum of 350 nm. The possibility of this stage of the reaction has been confirmed experimentally: an in crease in the concentration of the chloride ion in the reaction mixture, as a competing ligand with N3- , leads to a decrease in the optical density of the solution. The use of complexes of natural compounds, characterized by a wide variety, and antibiotics can make it possible to obtain antimicrobial agents of a diverse chemical structure and mechanism of action, and ensure the emergence of new effective medicines.There is a large amount of evidence that biologically active substances (BAS) of plant extracts can improve the work of some antimicrobials, their effect is: the ability to disrupt the structure of the bacterial plasma membrane, causing the formation of pores and leakage of internal contents; changes in electric charge and polarity; increased permeability, change in fluidity and other phenomena responsible for antibacterial activity. Synthesis of antibacterial compounds based on chemical modification of antimicrobial agents by natural complexes is one of the promising methods in the fight against antibiotic resistance. In this work, the synergistic effect of biologically active substances (BAS) of medicinal plants in relation to antimicrobial agents, ceftazidime and fosfomycin was investigated using computer chemistry methods. The variаnt of the effect of BAS on both the antibiotic and penicillin-binding proteins or beta-lactamases as part of a complex with an antibiotic was evaluated, as a result of which protein inhibition, its conformational rearrangement, or a decrease in the required minimum concentration of the antibiotic could occur. Ceftazidime and fosfomycin were chosen as the studied antibacterial drugs. The ligands were 8 molecules (BAS) with antimicrobial properties, such as: allicin, gallic acid, dihydroquercitin, rutin, atropine, tannin, thymol and saponin. 2 proteins from the RCSB Protein Data Bank database belonging to two different classes of enzymes were selected as binding models. At the first stage, the molecules of the studied substances were optimized in a small approximation HF/3-21+G and the thermodynamic problem was calculated. The second stage was a configuration search, after which molecular docking took place, binding of the studied substances (ligands) with protein molecules in the AutoDock 4.2.6 program. When constructing a mathematical model, classical laws and equations were used. The law of conservation of the mass of a liquid is written for the case of the absence of sources of mass. The equation of motion is written for the case of non-stationary fluid filtration.This equation takes into account the effect of the volume friction force. The system of equations is closed using the equation of state of a liquid in a porous medium. For the boundary x equal to zero, the condition for the presence of a source of harmonic pressure waves is written, i.e. the pressure at this boundary varies according to the cosine law. Three cases are considered for the right boundary: a) the porous medium is semi-infinite, i.e. its length is much greater than the characteristic depthof penetration of acoustic waves; b) the porous medium has a finite width equal to l and the boundary at is imper- meable x l ; c) the porous medium has a finite width equal to l and the boundary at is highly permeable x l . The solution of the system of equations is sought in the form of traveling waves. Analytical solutions for pressure and filtration rate are obtained. The complex wave number is found. The volumetric heat source in a porous medium was obtained taking into account the volumetric friction force in the relative motion of the phases (liquid relative to the skeleton). It is believed that dissipation of the energy of the acoustic field occurs due to friction. The power of the dissipated energy of the acoustic field per unit volume of the porous medium is equal to the power of the bulk friction force, i.e. the product of the friction force and the true velocity of the fluid. To solve the temperature problem, the heat conduction equation with a volumetric heat source is written. When calculating the temperature of a porous medium, the average heat influx per unit volume of the porous medium over the oscillation period is used. Analytical formulas are obtained for calculating the average value of the power of the acoustic pressure forces over the oscillation period for all boundary conditions considered in the work. A numerical study of the resulting system of equations is carried out. The dependences of the acoustic field power on the circular frequency are constructed for the values of the parameters of the acoustic field, liquid, and porous medium. It is shown that as the permeability of the porous medium decreases by an order of magnitude, the power of the acoustic field also decreases by an order of magnitude. In order to improve and maintain their health, activity, support, and in the absence of decent living conditions, older people can stay in stationary or semi-residential institutions that provide a full range of social services, and can also receive home care, remaining in their usual home conditions. . However, due to their difficult financial situation, many elderly citizens are not always able to pay for social services. Also, the lack of places in specialized institutions, limited funding, overcrowding of nursing homes and boarding schools necessitates the search for alternative and innovative forms of social services for the elderly and disabled. As a special and effective form of life arrangement for the elderly and disabled, their placement in a foster family is considered, by providing family support and creating full-fledged social and living conditions. The foster or substitute family model has been developed in a number of European countries and the USA. The introduction in Russia of an alternative model of a foster family for the elderly and disabled will help solve their pressing problems, as well as provide them with constant care and concern. A foster family for an elderly person is a good opportunity in the future to abandon the activities of nursing homes, in many of which the elderly live out their lives, in the truest sense of the word. This technology provides an elderly person with the necessary care and living conditions, leisure activities, psychological support, and additional material support for a foster family. The development of the institution of a foster family for the elderly as an innovative form of their life arrangement will significantly improve the quality of life of older citizens, change their “social well-being”, save them from the problem of loneliness, and strengthen the connection between generations. Using atomic force microscopy, it was found that polymer films have an internal structure, and the structural elements have the shape of spheroids. The properties of the polymer and the nature of the observed images made it possible to use a model of brittle polymer fracture to describe the results. A model of the formation of interface layers at the interface between the elements of the supramolecular structure and between sequentially deposited polymer layers is proposed.
