TOOLKIT FOR MONITORING AND FORECASTING SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT OF TERRITORIAL SYSTEMS USING GEOINFORMATION MODELING TECHNOLOGIES

Modern world globalization processes lead to an increase in the speed of economic transformation, which causes changes in all spheres of society. Under these conditions, it becomes obvious that the transformation of the regional economy should be carried out taking into account the spatial aspects of development. An important condition for achieving this goal is the formation of an effective monitoring system, which makes it possible, among other things, to monitor the impact of ongoing large-scale projects and state programs on the development of the socio-economic and demographic sphere of the territories, to synchronize the management of these processes in the interests of public authorities. This article discusses the methodological and practical aspects of developing such monitoring tools based on a geographic information system (GIS), which was tested as part of the task of analyzing the migration attractiveness of municipalities in the region (on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan).
