During the years of his work as director of Institute of Organic Chemistry of the USC RAS (now the Ufa Institute of Chemistry of the Ufa Federal Research Center, Russian Academy of Sciences), new scientific directions were opened that are relevant and continue to this day. Research using sugars and anhydrous sugars, in particular, levoglucosane in the synthesis of prostaglandins and other bioactive structures, originates in the laboratory for the synthesis of low molecular weight bioregulators under the direction of prof. M.S. Miftakhov. After the creation of the laboratory for the synthesis of secondary metabolites (now the laboratory of pharmacophore cyclic systems) under the guidance of prof. Valeev F.A. Since the 90 s to the present, scientific research has been successfully conducted on the use of levoglucosenone and its derivatives in the synthesis of natural biologically active compounds and their analogues. Levoglucosenone attracted the attention of researches due to its availability and reactive, chiral structure. Its solubility in all organic solvents, and even in water, makes it a unique starting compound for organic synthesis. When describing the chemical behavior of levoglucosenone, it is important to note that many of its transformations proceed in a nontrivial manner and lead to unexpected products, which makes levoglucosenone an even more interesting object for study. Moreover, it turned out that the chemical transformations of its derivatives, in particular the Michael adducts of levoglucosenone and cycloalkanones, turned out to be even more unpredictable. This article is devoted to consideration of aspects of these transformations. Thus, it was found that two keto groups in the Michael adduct of levoglucosenone and cyclohexanone are not equivalent, the keto group of the carbohydrate fragment is more reactive. At the same time, when searching for the possibility of implementing intramolecular aldol condensation, it was unexpectedly found that the keto group of the carbohydrate fragment remains inert. Intramolecular carbocyclization could only be carried out in the Michael adduct of levoglucosenone and cyclododecanone. Based on the Michael adduct of levoglucosenone and cyclohexanone, a ten-membered lactone annelated with a carbohydrate fragment was synthesized. The problem of introducing substituents into the lactone cycle and modifying the carbohydrate part of the resulting lactone has been solved. On the basis of this adduct, an analog of the natural lactone, foracantholide, was synthesized. All results presented in the article include research conducted in our laboratory from 2014 to the present day.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":" 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141363728","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the bioremediation of such areas, oil-degrading microorganisms are needed that are resistant to additional pollutants, as well as a set of useful properties that increase the efficiency of cleaning and restoring disturbed soils. In this work, three isolates were isolated that actively grew in a liquid medium containing oil. As a result of sequencing the nucleotide sequence of the 16S rRNA gene, it was reliably established that all strains belong to the species Acinetobacter calcoaceticus . The bacteria showed a high oil-oxidizing ability (89.7-97.0%), which was assessed by the degree of destruction of the aliphatic fraction, including in the presence of herbicides based on 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (Octapon extra), imazethapyr (Tapir) and tribenuron-methyl ( Special forces) (degree of biodestruction 40.4-54.1%). Microorganisms used aromatic hydrocarbons (including polycyclic ones) as a carbon source. They demonstrated high cell surface hydrophobicity (78-85%) with respect to hexadecane and exhibited emulsifying activity of more than 50%. The bacteria were tolerant to the herbicides Tapir and Spetsnaz in amounts up to 1% volume (mass). The herbicide Octapon extra was more toxic to bacteria - the growth of all strains occurred at its concentration in the medium not higher than 0.5% volume. Microorganisms showed resistance to sodium chloride in an amount of 3.0-5.0% and lead ions (1.00-1.25 g/l). They produced the enzyme lipase and were capable of fixing atmospheric nitrogen and dissolving inorganic phosphate (including in the presence of oil or herbicides). The studied Acinetobacter spp. stimulated the growth of barley (aboveground and underground parts), especially the A. calcoaceticus strain P32 (elongation of shoots and roots by 15.3 and 49.5%, respectively). The data obtained indicate that all three strains have certain prospects for use in the purification of complexly contaminated soils.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"109 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141361531","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Environmental protection is a scientifically significant problem. The study of environmental development issues is of theoretical and practical importance, since ecology is associated with many areas of human life. We do not pretend to an extensive analysis of the presented research topic and will consider the main factors influencing the state of ecology in the republic. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to consider the main environmental problems of Bashkiria that have arisen as a result of the actions of industrial enterprises and measures to protect it. Chronological framework of the study: the 1980s. To solve the presented goal, the following tasks were set: analysis of the sanitary condition of air and water basins in Bashkiria and actions to eliminate the consequences of the release of industrial waste into the atmosphere, the aquatic environment, assessment of the degree of environmental impact on the quality of human life and its consequences. The published - periodical press (newspaper \"Soviet Bashkiria\") and unpublished (archival documents) sources were used in the work. Methods of analysis and historicism were used to solve the tasks set. The results of the study allow us to conclude about the deterioration of the environmental situation in the republic during the period under review. Despite the attention of the republic's leadership to environmental problems: the introduction of wastewater treatment processes, air, etc., it was not possible to significantly solve the issues of environmental well-being of the population. There was an increase in the number of diseases, including children's. Against the background of the ongoing transformations in society, the number of public associations grew, the first of which was the movement for ecology. Nevertheless, it would be wrong to unambiguously assess the current situation, a lot of attention was paid to nature protection, it was possible to solve the issues of reducing harmful emissions, but the environmental background continued to cause concern.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"110 45","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141361078","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Mazhara","doi":"10.31040/2222-8349-2024-0-2-82-87","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31040/2222-8349-2024-0-2-82-87","url":null,"abstract":"The article offers the author's description of the stages of the pre-investment phase of mega-project financing of the economy. The launch of this process was preceded by a thirty-year transformation of the socio-economic system of the Russian Federation. During these transformations, the previously functioning organizational and economic mechanism was deactivated. Its viability until the start of the special military operation was due to the ongoing policy of Reaganomics, closely related to the principles of the Washington Consensus. Determining a new vector of economic development, the Government of the Russian Federation selected 11 technological sovereignty projects for the first time in December 2023. Among them are port infrastructure projects, shipbuilding, energy, mechanical engineering, infrastructure projects, and instrument engineering. By designating banks as subjects of financing megaprojects, the state thereby promotes the development of economic relations using such a financial instrument as a state guarantee. To make a decision on their participation in large-scale investment projects, authorized government bodies organize the calculation of all performance indicators, incl. budgetary, financial, economic, social. If we are talking about projects that have passed the examination and are significant for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, its initiators determine the structure of financing. When participating in projects of commercial banks, according to established practice, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation may offer a state guarantee of the federal budget as security. In this case, issues of the effectiveness of a particular project fade into the background. Reason: if negative results are obtained from the implementation of the investment project, the commercial bank will write off from the treasury account all existing debt on loans issued to the megaproject operator. But in this case, the amount of debt on the loan will be lost from the federal budget. To prevent this from happening, it is important to maintain a balance of interests of all participants in the megaproject. The role of the state remains two-pronged. When identifying “positive” and “negative” aspects of state activity, the gradation assumes the presence of the following structure: a) the “negative” aspect was determined by the acceleration of economic growth and was the basis of structural transformation; b) the “positive” aspect was that set of socio-political circumstances that determine growth from the fundamentally possible potential to the real.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":" 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141365058","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Goat milk products are especially relevant in baby food due to their unique properties. The reduced casein content in the fractional composition of proteins makes the products hypoallergenic, and the predominance of casein contributes to the rapid formation of a fine clot in the child's stomach. A high naive degree of fat dispersion facilitates and improves its assimilation, and also contributes to the assimilation of a large amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids that ensure the normal development and formation of the child's body. In addition, goat's milk contains a large amount of vitamins: A, C, B, PP, as well as trace elements: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, cobalt. Providing children with high-quality balanced food is an important state task, the fulfillment of which is the key to the health of the nation. Since most regions of Russia are iodine deficient, they need the trace element iodine for life, which is why it is necessary to adjust the mineral composition of goat's milk. For the animals themselves, this is also relevant for the treatment and prevention of iodine deficiency. The influence of an energy-metabolic preparation based on iodine and succinic acid on the quality indicators of milk and milk productivity of lactating goats is considered. Literature data indicate an increase in the therapeutic effect when succinic acid is added to the active substance. In nature, there is a direct relationship between the iodine content in soil, water, plants and in the animal body. With insufficient intake of iodine with feed and water, the productivity, reproductive qualities, and genetic potential of animals decrease. Therefore, an urgent problem is to find ways to replenish iodine deficiency in the body of farm animals. In this regard, studies were conducted on the quality of milk of lactating goats of the Nubian meat and dairy breed when they were injected with a new drug \"Iodinol-Yantarny\". The effective effect of this drug on milk quality indicators in dairy goat breeding has been proven.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":" 15","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141363347","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Abiotic stresses have become a serious problem due to their widespread nature and destructive effects on plants. However, plants have developed complex ways to perceive and respond to environmental changes. The mechanisms of plant resistance to hypothermia have been studied for a long time and transcriptional control of expression of genes sensitive to cold has been studied in some detail. To activate protective mechanisms, plants trigger a network of genetic regulators, including changing the expression of a significant part of genes using transcriptional and/or translational regulators. microRNAs can be considered important participants in the response of plants to cold stress. The key to understanding the involvement of microRNAs in plant stress reactions was studies that showed the regulation of their expression under stress. microRNAs are small non-coding RNAs that manifest themselves as important regulatory components in plants. microRNA expression includes transcription of microRNA genes by RNA polymerase II, multistage processing of primary transcripts using the enzyme DICER-LIKE1 (DCL1) and the formation of an effector complex consisting of miRNAs and proteins of the ARGONAUTE (AGO) family. Such complexes interact with complementary RNA targets, suppressing their expression at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. Thus, microRNAs regulate a variety of biological processes, including responses to changes in the environment. Currently, microRNAs are considered as an important tool for regulating the work of genes. Such significant processes in plants as maintaining homeostasis, growth and development, transition from the vegetative to the reproductive phase, signaling and response to various stresses are regulated by microRNAs. The article describes the role of microRNAs in the response of plants to cold stress, analyzes microRNA targets, and discusses the prospects for using microRNAs in the practice of improving plant resistance to external influences.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"6 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141363209","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The known most effective chemical syntheses are presented, as well as the results of our own research, on the basis of which, based on (+)-δ-cadinol, the formal synthesis of eleuthesides was realized, and the synthesis of analogs of sorcrdictyin A and eleutherobin was carried out from the Diels-Alder adduct of levogluclsenone and piperylene. In the course of the research, the features of the chemical behavior of the little-studied sesquiterpene (+)-δ-cadinol, isolated from the resin of the Siberian cedar Pinus sibirica R.Mayer, were revealed, which caused certain difficulties at the initial stage of research when developing a scheme for the synthesis of eleuthesides. Thus, the ozonolytic cleavage of the double bond, regardless of the reaction conditions, was accompanied by α-ketol rearrangement and aldol cyclization. Both problems were solved by protecting the aldehyde group into dimethyl acetal, and the hydroxyl groups by intramolecular oxacyclization into 1,4-epoxide. After the construction of the \"upper\" and \"lower\" side chains, the reverse transition from the 1,4-epoxide to the linear structure was carried out by the action of BF3·Et2O-Ac2O to obtain a diacetate derivative corresponding to the key synthon of the synthesis scheme of Nicolau et al., which completed the formal synthesis of eleuthesides. Based on the analysis of literature data on the properties of N-methylurocanoic acid and its role in sarcodictyins, an assumption was made about the manifestation of cytotoxic properties by more accessible esters of the little-studied N-methylurocanoic acid. In this regard, methods have been developed for obtaining esters of urocanic acid from histidine and glucose and its N-methylation. Then, esters of N-methylurocanoic acid were synthesized with a number of alcohols, including those of natural origin. Using a similar strategy, a scheme was developed for the synthesis of the structural core of an eleutheside analog with a 14-methylcyclohexene ring A starting from the Diels-Alder adduct of levoglucosenone and piperylene. The key step of the scheme is the intramolecular acetylenealdehyde cyclization into a 10-membered carbocycle, which completes the construction of the eleutheside core. Trichloroacetimidate, a glycosylation agent in the synthesis of eleutherobin, was obtained. Synthetic studies have been completed by obtaining analogs of sarcodictin A with a 14-methylcyclohexene ring A and an analog of eleutherobin with a similar ring A and an orthoester arabinose substituent.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":" 22","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141365957","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Linden forests, forming the basis of the entire forest fund of the RB, grow in a wide range of climatic and geographical conditions. This suggests the presence of many linden populations in RB, which, moreover, may differ in nectar quality and productivity. Therefore, studies to identify the genetic polymorphism and population structure of T. cordata in RB using various methods of molecular genetics seem to be relevant. Dried leaves are most suitable for DNA isolation of various plants, but they contain a large amount of PCR inhibitors in linden. Based on this, the purpose was to select and test the optimal method for isolating high-quality total DNA from dry leaves of T. cordata . The quality of the isolated DNA was assessed spectrophotometrically, by agarose gel electrophoresis, and by ISSR-PCR. Of the six DNA extraction methods tested, the most suitable for T. cordata was the method modified by us using CTAB, which differs from the standard approaches by using mercaptoethanol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and ascorbic acid in the extraction buffer, homogenize the leaves in the cold, and partial sampling of the aqueous phase during treatment with chloroform. Using this method, DNA was isolated from 24 samples of T. cordata from different regions of the RB, and ISSR analysis was performed using eight primers.
