The relevance of the stated topic of scientific research is due to the increase in the proportion of older people in society. Advances in healthcare, an increase in the level and quality of life, an increase in life expectancy, and a decrease in the birth rate have led to a significant increase in the proportion of elderly people in the structure of society. With the help of comparative, sociological and statistical methods, the current position of older people in society, their main problems, standard of living and well-being were analyzed. It has been determined that elderly citizens, as a specific socio-demographic group, are characterized by their psychological characteristics, the presence of certain problems, different levels of health, education and a wide variety of interests. The main problems, as a rule, inherent in this category of the population are singled out: deterioration in health, mental and emotional state, loneliness, low standard of living and well-being. The level and quality of life of the older generation is also important in shaping their physical well-being and mental state. According to the Natixis study, the Russian Federation ranks 38th out of 44, which is one of the last in the ranking of the well-being of older people. Therefore, one of the most important problems in the life of Russian pensioners is the low level of material support. For most older people, pensions are the main source of income. The size of state pensions is insufficient to pay for the growing costs of medicines, food, housing and communal services. Good health is a priority in a person's life, but in old age, health deteriorates significantly, which leads to the emergence of medical and social problems. According to statistics, as a result of examination, each aged person has from 3 to 8 chronic diseases, as well as the presence of such body disorders that lead to disability. (Globulariaceae) in the National Park \"Bashkiria\" (Bashkortostan of Republic). The species is included in the Red Books of Russian Federation and Bashkortostan of Republic . G. punctata is a European species; in the South Urals, it has the easternmost fragment of its range. The features of biology and ontogenetic structure of the species have been studied. An assessment of the current state of two cоenopopulations located on the territory of the National Park is given. It was revealed that the CP Balatau is numerous (2-3 thousand individuals) and denser (10,3 ind./m2); the CP Tallytau is small (150-300 individuals), with a lower density (4.7 ind./m2). The study of the morphometric parameters of plants showed that qualitative traits are leading in the CP Tallytau, and quantitative traits are leading in the CP Balatau. All characters have a normal degree of variability (8.7-42.6%). According to the \"delta-omega\" classification, both CPs are young (CP Balatau - ∆ = 0.17, ω = 0.44; CP Tallytau - ∆ = 0.28, ω = 0.58). The recovery index in both CPUs is above one, the aging index is low. The ontogenetic spectrum of both CPs is left-sided, with a maximum on virginal individuals. The condition of the studied populations of G. punctata is stable and satisfactory. Since plants are closely related to the microorganisms living in their rhizosphere, the selection of beneficial bacteria and their use in crop production, including in adverse soil and climatic conditions, are considered a promising area of research. The purpose of this work was to study the role of a strain - a representative of the genus Burkholderia in stimulating plant growth and mitigating drought stress in Setaria italica . The bacterial strain B. vietnamiensis 8CH fixes atmospheric nitrogen, synthesizes indoleacetic acid (474.8 ng/ml) in rich nutrient media, mobilizes phosphates, and demonstrates antagonism against phytopathogenic fungi. At the same time, the effect of bacteria of the genus Burkholderia on the drought resistance of foxtail millet was studied for the first time. The taxonomic affiliation of the strain was clarified by determining the nucleotide sequence of the 16S RNA gene. Foxtail millet was grown in laboratory in pots under artificial lighting. Soil moisture was maintained at 60% of the total moisture capacity as standard and 20% to simulate drought. Protein was measured by Bradford, malondialdehyde - by reaction with thiobarbituric acid, peroxidase activity by the rate of oxidation of guaiacol. At 20% soil moisture, the treatment of foxtail millet with the B. vietnamiensis led to an increase of the shoots’ mass by 83%, and roots’ mass by 160%. The improvement of the foxtail millet plants’ status after the bacterial treatmenent was confirmed by a decrease in the concentration of the oxidative stress marker - malondialdehyde in the leaves to the control level. During study, at least two mechanisms of the anti-stress effect of bacteria in soil moisture deficiency were identified: activation of antioxidant enzymes and improvement of the water balance in plants. The development of biotechnical innovations adequate to the current state of nature requires a multi-vector approach and, first of all, a constructive analysis of foreign experience in the biotechnical arrangement of national natural territories. These studies are an effective methodological contribution for implementation in specially protected natural areas (protected areas) Of Russia. A biologically cost-effective example of this symbiotic process is the biotechnical experience of the state nature reserve of federal significance \"Kirzinsky\" (Novosibirsk region, Barabinsky, Chanovsky districts). Here, in a scientific format, the most productive biotechnical systems in such important countries as England, the USA, Poland, etc. were studied, which demonstrated the progressive dynamics of conservation and increase in the number of wild ungulates. Taking into account the application of some foreign biotechnical techniques, the reserve has developed and implemented its own integrated concept for the conservation of Siberian roe deer (Capreolus pygargus) in winter. This biotechnical innovation has led to a qualitative biological result. Kuzeev are his field diaries. They are the result of many years of expedition research by the scientist and cover the period from 1952 to 1982. They contain information concerning ethnogenesis, ethnic history, tribal structure, land use system, customary law, history of settlements, toponymy of Bashkirs. A lot of interesting and valuable things can also be learned in them about Bashkir economic occupations and crafts, settlements, dwellings, decorative and applied arts, historical legends, legends. Field diaries also show that their content directly depended on the scientific tasks that the researcher set for himself. In 1953-1955, as well as in 1965-1974, R.G. Kuzeev collected materials on the history of settlement, tribal composition, remnants of the patriarchal-tribal way of life, tribal signs, customary law, land use system, land relations and social organization of Bashkirs. In 1956-1961, together with colleagues from Leningrad and Ufa, he joined in the collection and generalization of materials on the decorative and applied art of Bashkirs. In 1975-1982, the scientist focused his attention on a systematic and large-scale study of Bashkir tamgas - tribal signs. This publication tells about how the scientist, since the 50s of the twentieth century, nurtured this idea and implemented it during expedition research in the 70-80-ies of the twentieth century. Although R.G. Kuzeev did not have time to complete the monograph on this topic to the end, he made a significant contribution to the collection, accumulation and scientific interpretation of the phenomenon of Bashkir tamgas, and also drew attention to their inexhaustible source value. More than 100 geobotanical descriptions of lawns were performed in all areas of the settlement zone of the city. The conducted research showed that vegetation of lawns of Ufa quite poor and includes only 4 associations - LeontodontoPoetum pratensis, Inulo britannicae-Trifolietum repentis, Poo pratensis-Plantaginetum majoris, Lolietum perennis which are carried to the union of Cynosurion cristati of the class Molinio-Arrhenatheretea. The vegetation of rolled and seeded lawns does not differ significantly. It is noted that the most represented species of the three families are Asteraceae ( Achillea millefolium, Taraxacum officinale , etc.), Poaceae ( Poa pratensis, Festuca rubra, etc.) and Fabaceae ( Amoria repens, Medicago lupulina etс.). As part of the studied lawns, we identified foreign ( Lactuca serriola, Berteroa incana , etc.) and aggressive invasive ( Erigeron annuus, Hordeum jubatum, Solidago canadensis ) plant species. The study involves the study of statistical data based on indicators characterizing the employment of medical personnel with higher education in the period 2010-2019. According to the results of statistical analysis, the provision of doctors in Russia decreased by 2.8% from 50.1 people for 10 000 people population up to 48.7. The same trends can be traced when analyzing the indicator in the Volga Federal District from 1. people for 10 000 people population up to 46.7 in 2019. The study of the provision of doctors by specialty in the Republic of Bashkortostan was carried out in accordance with the methodology developed by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. As a result, a serious shortage of personnel was revealed for such specialists as surgeons, therapists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, etc., as well as a structural imbalance of personnel among phthisiatricians, traumatologists, orthopedists and endocrinologists. To solve the problem of a shortage and imbalance of personnel in the health care system, it is first of all necessary to change the approach not only to the methodology for calculating the need for doctors, but also to understanding the role and place of a doctor in modern society. The issues of regulation and training of medical personnel should not depend solely on market mechanisms, commercial demand for certain specialties. The provision of the population with medical personnel is a national task, therefore there is a need to create a mechanism under which students of those medical specialties will be trained on a budgetary basis, the need for which is dictated by the interests of the population in providing high-quality medical care and the capabilities of the public health system itself as a whole. The objects of study were H. citrina Baroni, H. dumortieri E. Morren, H. fulva (L.) L., H. lilioasphodelus L., H. middendorffii Trautv. et C. A. Mey., H. minor Mill. The experiments were carried out during the growing seasons of 2020-2021 on the basis of the laboratory for the introduction and selection of flowering plants. In the course of the experiments, the seasonal dynamics of such indicators of the water regime as total water content, water retention capacity and water deficiency in leaves of Hemerocallis were determined. The analysis of the parameters of the water regime is based on the method of artificial wilting and the method of saturation of plant samples. The data obtained were processed using standard statistical methods using Microsoft Excel 2003. As a result of the research, based on the average values of water holding capacity, total water content and water deficit, we developed a scale for changing the parameters of the water regime of leaves for a comparative assessment of the drought resistance of Hemerocallis, which makes it possible to differentiate daylily taxa into groups with varying degrees of drought tolerance (high, medium and low). Thus, H. citrina and H. fulva were assigned to the group with a high degree of drought tolerance; H. dumortieri, H. lilioasphodelus, H. middendorffii, H. minor were assigned to the group with an average degree of drought tolerance. Under the same soilclimatic and agrotechnical conditions, the range of indicators of the total water content of Hemerocallis was 68.8-83.6%, water-holding capacity - 19.8-65.1, water deficit - 2.2-13.62%.
