Zelenova","doi":"10.31040/2222-8349-2023-0-4-10-16","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31040/2222-8349-2023-0-4-10-16","url":null,"abstract":"A quasi-stationary model for the formation of a clay filter during well drilling in depth intervals with permeable rocks is proposed, on the basis of which the physical parameters of the media, reservoir and well are established, which determine the dependence of its radial dimensions on time. It is assumed that the filtration pressure fields are described by stationary piezoconductivity equations. The dependence of pressure, mudcake thickness, radius of the zone of pressure disturbances in the permeable rock during drilling and other parameters on time is parametric. Such a dependence arises from an additional equation that relates the amount of fluid absorbed by the formation and the filtration rate at the inlet to the porous medium. The general formulation of the problem, which includes the stationary piezoconductivity equations for the mudcake and reservoir, boundary conditions, and an additional equation, is non-linear, since the boundaries of the perturbation zone in the reservoir and the mudcake are mobile. An analytical solution of the problem was constructed, on the basis of which studies were carried out on the influence of the physical parameters of the medium, wells, etc. on the process of formation of a clay cake in real conditions. Integrals of motion of a nonlinear problem are found, which represent invariant complexes of parameters that do not change during the formation of a mud cake. The presence of such integrals made it possible to establish the relationship between the solutions of problems presented in radial and linear geometries. It is shown that in the particular case of a thin mud filter, the obtained expressions for the radial geometry coincide with the known ones, when the geometric factor of the drilling fluid filtrate corresponds to a flat flow. New possibilities for estimating the physical parameters of reservoirs based on caliper logging have been identified. The solution of this problem is especially important for horizontal wells, in which the intervals of clay cake have a significant length, and its formation occurs under conditions of a wide range of reservoir properties of the formation. The considered problem is of practical importance, since the zone of penetration of the drilling fluid filtrate into the formation has a screening effect on the use of geophysical methods to determine the saturation of the formations. The obtained solutions can be used both to improve the interpretation of geophysical methods and the development of drilling technology.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"126 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139011704","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The population migration forms the settlement system, has a significant impact on the social and economic development of the regions, it is a reflection of the high level of their differentiation on various features, leads to a change in balance both between macroregions and between the types of settlements. The problem of migration outflow in recent years has become characteristic not only for the Northern and Far Eastern regions of the country, but also for other subjects, including the Republic of Bashkortostan. In such conditions, the need to solve it is facing the authorities at all levels of management. At the same time, these issues are not directly reflected in national projects. Moreover, many indicators used in the strategic development documents of the federal level today, in fact, cannot be applicable to the purposes of predicting migration processes due to the lack of a sufficient retrospective base. Taking into account the impossibility of direct impact on the migratory behavior of the population, priority is given to creating favorable conditions. With such a formulation of the task, not financial and economic indicators of development, and the living conditions of people and, first of all, access to social infrastructure facilities are published. In this aspect, its development becomes a competitive control tool for human capital. However, as the study showed, the effectiveness of the implementation of similar activities is significantly varied in a particular region. For a quantitative assessment of the influence of the factors under consideration, the migration processes were asked to form the appropriate economic and mathematical model. The article briefly considers the prerequisites and features of its formation. According to the results of the study, the regression equation was obtained and dispersion analysis was carried out. The results of the assessment of the model according to the Russian regions confirm its adequacy. The study allows you to more fully assess the impact of the development of social infrastructure on the demographic situation in Russia.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"93 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138983826","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The method is adapted for problems given on finite connected oriented graphs with an arbitrary number of edges and vertices. The non-iterative numerical method is based on simple formulas using information about the spectral charac-teristics of an unperturbed operator and its perturbing operator. Approximation of the perturbed operator by a matrix is not required. As an example, the developed technique is applied to a perturbed spectral problem given on a three-edge graph of the \"star\" type. Treatment with nanomet and chistalan herbicides led to a significant reduction in the number of weeds and a decrease in the threshold of their harmfulness, while herbicides had a pronounced negative effect on the physiological and biochemical processes of wheat plants. The positive effect of the introduction of Pseudomonas protegens DA1.2 bacteria together with herbicides was revealed due to a decrease in the content of MDA, an increase in the content of chlorophylls and nitrogen index, all this led to an increase in yield. According to field experiments, the yield for an average of 3 years was 37.9 c/ha, an increase in wheat productivity of 24.5% or more of the control was observed in variants of joint treatment with bacteria with the herbicides. The studied strain can be recommended for increasing yields and more effective use of herbicides in the conditions of the Urals of the north-western part of the Republic of Bashkortostan.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"265 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138983732","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Borovkov, G.A. Demchenko","doi":"10.31040/2222-8349-2023-0-4-22-30","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31040/2222-8349-2023-0-4-22-30","url":null,"abstract":"Characteristics of the effectiveness of rooting of coniferous crops are the percentage of rooting, the number of roots formed and their length. Callus formation often accompanies the rooting process, but research data on the relationship of this process with the effectiveness of rooting is contradictory. In the conditions of film cuttings equipped with heated substrate, studies were carried out on the relationship between the rooting of cuttings of coniferous crops and callus formation. To stimulate the rooting of semi-lignified cuttings of Juniperus scopulorum S. cultivar Skyrocket, growth powders Chrysatop and Rizapon 1% containing indolyl-3-butyric acid (IBA) in different concentrations were used. In the control treatment without a stimulant, all cuttings formed callus without rooting; when the bases of the cuttings were dusted with Chrysatop containing 0.25% IBA, callus formation decreased by 3.8 times, and the survival rate was 76%. In the variant with Rizapon powder containing 1% IMC, no callus formation was observed at all, the survival rate reached 81.4%. To stimulate the rooting of green cuttings of Juniperus scopulorum S. variety Blue Arrow, aqueous solutions of potassium salt IMC (IMC-K) were used in the concentration range from 0 to 150 mg/l when the bases of the cuttings were soaked for 16 hours. In the concentration range from 0 to 100 mg/l, an increase in survival rate by 1.89 and 3.87 times was observed, respectively, callus formation decreased by 3.38 times. To stimulate the rooting of semi-lignified cuttings of Thuja occidentalis L. variety Smaragd, Juníperus sabina L. species form and green cuttings of Thuja occidentalis L. variety Brabant, Kornevin growth powder containing 0.5% IBA was used. To obtain a concentration gradient, the powder was diluted with talc. Against the background of high survival rate of cuttings of Thuja occidentalis L. of both varieties – 82.85–96.9%, callus formation decreased from 92.9% in the control variant to 6.3% in the variant with pure Kornevin in cuttings of the Smaragd variety and from 71.88% in the control variant to 19.1% in variant Kornevin:talc 1:1 in cuttings of the Brabant variety. When rooting cuttings of Juniperus sabina L. with an increase in the concentration of IBA in the powder from 0 to 0.25% IBA, the survival rate increased from 10.71 to 89.29%, and the formation of callus on the cuttings decreased from 44.59 to 0%. The data obtained indicate that calus formation can serve as a sign of a lack of exogenous auxin in the rooting stimulator and, accordingly, an increase in the auxin content, all other things being equal, within the effective range is one of the ways to increase the percentage of survival of cuttings of coniferous crops.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"40 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139011752","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, at high concentrations they become toxic, and a number of metals (Pb, Hg, Cd, etc.) are highly toxic even at low concentrations. Microorganisms are able to resist the toxic effects of HMs due to the presence of various resistance mechanisms that are aimed at converting cations to a less toxic form or oxidation state, which makes them less mobile and bioavailable. The very first reaction of microorganisms to the toxic effects of metals is a change in cell morphology, their agglomeration, which leads to a decrease in the availability of binding sites for toxic metals. The mechanisms used by bacteria can be divided into biochemical and molecular. Bacterial cells have the ability to sorb metal cations with the help of metal-binding functional groups (carboxylic, sulfhydryl, hydroxyl, sulfate, phosphate, and amino groups) of the cell membrane,preventing their penetration into the cell. Bacteria have a variety of efflux systems for HM outflow from cells with the help of carrier proteins belonging to different families, which maintain a low concentration of HM inside the cell, protecting cellular components. Polysaccharides, biosurfactants, inorganic anions (phosphate, carbonate, and sulfide ions) and other metabolic products of microorganisms participate in extracellular detoxification, and gluta- thione, metal-binding proteins, intracellular polyphosphate granules, which bind HM cations into poorly soluble compounds, participate in intracellular sequestration. The reduction of HM ions with the help of enzymes leads to the formation of their less toxic forms. The genes responsible for bacterial resistance to toxic metals are localized on chromosomes or plasmids and can be transferred to closely related bacterial species, which plays an important role in the spread of HM resistance in nature. Microorganisms also demonstrate indirect mechanisms of HM tolerance aimed at maintaining cell integrity by protecting them from oxidative stress.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"40 18","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139011840","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
