The voltage characteristics of the samples in various frequency ranges were measured. The general view of the amplitude-frequency characteristics graphs for all film thicknesses is well described by the theoretical model of the sequential RC circuit. On all graphs, you can notice the presence of a cutoff frequency, which can be interpreted as the beginning of the RC filter. However, there are also significant deviations from the theoretical characteristics. It is established that with a polymer layer thickness of 80 nm in the frequency range At 10-40 Hz, an abnormal decrease in impedance is observed, corresponding to an increase in current at the volt-ampere characteristics. The resulting charge instability is considered as a consequence of the volume-charge polarization, which, in turn, is due to the specifics of polymer-polymer interfaces that arise during the formation of the supramolecular structure of the polymer. The results of the work are interpreted within the framework of the resistive switching model, which assumes that in the case of submicron polymer films used in the metalpolymer-metal system, resistive switching is possible as a result of the sequential transformation of the energy electronic subsystem of the polymer film under the action of charge injection from the electrodes.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125189998","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Quince is also a relative of pears, they have the same diseases and pests, so preventive treatments need to be carried out several times a season. Quince is not only planted next to a pear, it is also used as a rootstock for growing dwarf pear varieties. But the pear is more difficult to root without special plant growth regulators than the quince. Pear culture is very difficult to reproduce without specialized plant growth stimulants. Currently, there are a lot of different preparations for rooting various fruit and berry crops. Growth stimulants strengthen the root system of plants, accelerate the flowering process, promote earlier formation of fruits, increasing their size. Clonal rootstocks are plants obtained by vegetative propagation from green or lignified cuttings. The article presents the results of research on the use of various plant growth stimulants, with the help of which clonal rootstocks of pears and quinces were rooted and further studied. As substances stimulating the processes of root formation, an aqueous solution was used: indolyl butyric acid (BCI) - 50 mg/l for 24 hours, epin-extra - 1.0 mg/l for 24 hours, succinic acid - 200 mg/l for 24 hours. Water was used as a control. It was found that the greatest rooting result of green cuttings treated with β-indolyl-3-butyric acid was characterized by Northern quince (66.7%), also pear forms PG 12 (k) (57.6%), PG 2 (58.4%), PG 17-16 (59.3%). When processing varieties, forms of pear and quince with succinic acid, Northern quince (60.0%) and pear forms PG 17-16 (58.7%), PG 12 (k) (55.7%), PG 2 (56.7%) had the greatest rooting result. When using epin-extra, the greatest rooting results were: Northern quince (55.0%), pear forms PG 12 (k), PG 2, PG 17-16, (50.0%, 52.3% and 54.0%, respectively). Without treatment with plant growth stimulants, the best result was observed in Northern quince (51.7%). When treated with plant growth stimulants with β-indolyl-3-butyric acid, succinic acid, epin-extra and without the use of plant growth stimulants, Northern quince had the highest plant height, the diameter of the conditional root neck, the number of roots, and the length of the roots.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128511557","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is a point of view that all inertial frames of reference are equal and the choice between them is determined solely by the convenience of calculations. The aim of the work is to determine the absolute inertial frame of reference for the relative unaccelerated motion of an arbitrary number of inert objects in three-dimensional Euclidean space and to establish its difference from relative frames of reference. For the same inert objects moving relative to each other, different coordinate systems give completely different total kinetic energies of objects. In this sense, it is not possible to recognize them as equal in rights. Obviously, none of these coordinate systems can be considered as absolute. An absolute coordinate system should be considered such a system, the choice of which completely excludes arbitrariness. This requirement is satisfied by a system in which the total kinetic energy of inert objects is minimal. The absolute coordinate system coincides with the center of mass of inert objects and with the epicenter of their hypothetical repulsion from the state (also hypothetical) of mutual immobility. After a hypothetical repulsion, the velocities of inert objects relative to the center of mass acquire the same values as in the absolute coordinate system. Along with a wide variety of reference systems in the mutual motion of unaccelerated inertial objects, including those associated with these objects (these reference systems can be considered relative), there is one absolute reference system associated with the center of mass of the considered inertial objects. The considered repulsions of inert objects are calculated and may have nothing to do with reality. The number of inert objects in determining the absolute coordinate system is not limited by anything. It can be either two objects or a star system.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"282 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123308054","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A special part in the structure of convictions was occupied by crimes against the person: murder, rape, bodily harm. The proportion of those convicted of premeditated murder in 1966 was 1.7%, in 1971 - 1.9% of the total number of those convicted. In 1976, for especially grave crimes - premeditated murders, the death penalty was applied to 10 people. About a third of those convicted were convicted of hooliganism, which has become a common deviant behavior. In the years under review, more than a quarter of the total number of convicts were convicted for acquisitive crimes, in particular for theft of state and personal property. Increased the criminogenic potential of society and parasitism, at the time of the crime, more than 1/10 of the convicted did not work or study. Active alcoholization of the country led to an increase in crime and criminal record: over half of the crimes were committed by drunk people. Certain social and class differences were observed in the structure of the convicts: more than half of them were workers, collective farmers and employees occupied approximately 1/6 and 1/10 of the convicts. Pensioners and housewives committed crimes, their share in these years amounted to about 2.5% of those convicted. Over a third of the convicts had only primary education. In 1966-1971 the scale of recidivism among persons with outstanding convictions (previously convicted, serving sentences) increased by 3.6 times; in 1976, persons with previous convictions made up more than a third of all convicts, which called into question the effectiveness of the penitentiary system.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133826825","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The advantages of such electronic devices are particularly noticeable in the development of flexible electronic devices. However, one of the intractable problems of organic devices is the low mobility of charge carriers, often not exceeding 10-3 cm2/Vs. Obviously, this significantly limits the scope of their application. In this paper, a new approach to the formation of a transport layer in an organic field-effect transistor is proposed. This approach is based on the use of anomalous transport properties occurring along the interface of two dielectrics. Along such a boundary, a layer of quasi-two-dimensional electron gas with abnormally large values of conductivity and mobility of charge carriers can occur. In this regard, polymer heterostructures representing a field-effect transistor with a transport layer made in the form of an interface between two films of an unconjugated (dielectric) polymer, polydiphenylene phthalide, were investigated in this work. Along such a boundary, a layer of quasi-two-dimensional electron gas with abnormally large values of conductivity and mobility of charge carriers can occur. In this regard, polymer heterostructures representing a field-effect transistor with a transport layer made in the form of an interface between two films of an unconjugated (dielectric) polymer, polydiphenylene phthalide, were investigated in this work. The paper describes the technology of creating a multielectrode device. Polymer films were made by centrifugation from a polymer solution in cyclohexanone. The metal electrodes were manufactured by thermal deposition in vacuum. Measurements of the electrophysical characteristics of an organic field-effect transistor have been carried out. It is established that the main charge carrier along the interface are electrons. Estimates of the mobility of charge carriers were carried out using two different techniques. At zero potential at the gate, an injection model of currents limited by a volumetric charge was used. In the presence of a potential on the gate, the mobility assessment was made within the framework of the field effect model. Comparison of the obtained estimates showed satisfactory agreement of the mobility values. From this fact, it was concluded that it is possible to use an injection model to estimate the mobility of charge carriers when they move along the polymer/polymer interface.","PeriodicalId":220280,"journal":{"name":"Izvestia Ufimskogo Nauchnogo Tsentra RAN","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128625169","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
