Regionally a total of 19 European countries experienced the highest dollar loss -more than $ 4.9 billion -with an average piracy rate of 61 percent. While dollar losses in 11 countries in the Middle East, Africa, and India were more than $666 million, this region had the highest average piracy rate -85 percent. Emerging technologies are driving the bandwidth requirements such as interactive television and uninterrupted conference calling. ATM is allowing for the increased bandwidth to become possible. Since ATM is a switching technology, the uninterrupted transfer of data, video and voice can be transferred and pieced back together without gaps introduced into the streams. Over time, current data formats will be converted to the ATM format initially starting with the backbone of the WANs, and soon implemented within the LANs. The LAN movement will require the lOMbps Ether-Net conversion to the 155Mbps ATM of the WANs which this paper demonstrates in the form of a Brouter. The paper defines the problems, discusses alternatives, defines problems and advantages of integrating this Logistics Support Analysis Record technology, and moves toward defining a preferred solution. In just a few short years, one technology has revolutionized this process StereoLithography. StereoLithography is a process which quickly produces accurate three-dimensional parts without machining, cutting, or tooling. The StereoLithography process directs a computer-controlled laser beam to draw cross sections of an object on the surface of a vat of liquid plastic. The plastic hardens only where touched by the laser, forming one cross-sectional layer. The cross section is lowered by an elevator into the vat and the process is repeated, each layer adhering to the last, until a three-dimensional part is formed.
