High-speed analog circuits-an overview

Abstract

Progress in the design and fabrication of high-speed analog integrated circuits has enabled the cost-effective production of truly high performance boards and systems. This paper traces technology development in the integrated circuit industry, and thereby places some of the currently available devices in the development context.
