Nurturing The ISO/CCI Partnership To Success

Abstract

The initial appeal of the partnership to STAT, Inc. was primarily a financial one. A young, start-up company, STAT was behind its competition in assessing and implementing a quality system because of the lack of operational history. STAT, through the partnership, hoped to benefit from the years of experience of the other partners through acquisition of programs and policies developed to solve problems in the other organizations. It also hoped to ignite a unique approach to problem solving within the Electronics Manufacturing community by emphasizing cooperation and sharing of resources.
