Type of research use experiment with One Group Pretest Posttest Only Design that involved eight students. The instruments used in this research were Leg dynamometer, which is aimed to measure the strength of limb muscles. The data was analyzed by using a statistic to examine the normality with lilie for test on the significant level 0, 05α. The results showed tcount was 4.55, and Ttable was 1. 895, it means that tcount >ttable. Based on the statistic data analysis, the mean of the pre-test was 55. 31, and the mean of the post-test was 61. 25. In conclusion, there was the effect of t h e Leg Circuit exercise toward the strength of limbs muscle of SMAN3 woman's volleyball club. Type of this research is descriptive that involved 3 athletes instrument, which used a test of an endurance test with the bleep test, speed test with the test run of 30 meters, the power of the arm muscles by test push up, muscle strength back with back and leg dynamometer. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics (frequency tabulations). The results showed that the overall average of wrestling athletes is medium. Therefore, there is needs to be improved by putting it into an exercise program that is structured and planned to produce a better physical condition again. The data analysis technique used the Sports Development Index (SDI) parameter using the formula: 1⁄4 ( HR Index ) + 1⁄4 ( Physical Fitness index ). Based on the results of the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: 1) The sports human resource index of Indragiri Hilir Regency is 0.047 in the low category, 2) The physical fitness index of Indragiri Hilir Regency is 0.203 in the low category and 3) source management sports development based on human power in terms of the sports development index of Indragiri Regency, which is 0.063, is in a low category. This type of research is research and development using the development model of Borg and Gall that involved 60 students. Model development is carried out through three stages of testing namely, expert validation, effectiveness testing, and practicality testing. The results of this study were 1) validation was obtained on average by 76%, meaning that the game-based basic motion learning model developed was in the valid category, 2) practicality was obtained at 90.67%, meaning that the product developed was very practical to be used in basic motion learning, 3) the effectiveness was carried out using an experimental design (t-test with a significant level α = 0.05), small scale test results before using the model obtained student learning outcomes 71.41 and after using the model an increase in learning outcomes to 82.20. this shows that there is a difference between the acquisition of student learning outcomes before using the model and after using the learning model, so it can be concluded that the model is effectively used in Physical Education and Sports in Class IV Elementary School. The instruments of this study are the form of questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data collection is done by giving work questionnaires to students and the student filling out the questionnaires. The results of the study show that students are desire, pleasure, seriousness, and discipline. So, it can be concluded that the student interest in taking part in the Healthy Indonesian Gymnastics is good. The instrument used to obtain data on student hand-eye coordination is the MABC 2 subtest, namely catching and aiming, and the ability of object control is obtained through the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2). The results showed that there was the influence of hand-eye coordination and gender on the ability of the control object. The results of this study indicate that the level of development of object control abilities possessed by kindergarten students in the city of Pariaman is influenced by hand-eye coordination and gender. The population in this study were all students in Early Childhood Education aged 5 to 6 years in Padang Pariaman Regency. A random sampling technique chooses the sample with the total sample is 42 children. The instrument used to obtain data on the Body Mass Index of children aged 5 to 6 years is to perform anthropometric tests measuring height and weight. In contrast, the locomotor ability of the child is obtained by using the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2). Based on the results of the research conducted, there is the influence of Body Mass Index on the level of development of children’s locomotors abilities with a value of r count 0.426> r table 0.304 and a significant value (Sig) of 0.005 is smaller than the probability of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that their Body Mass Index influences the level development of locomotors abilities possessed by the children from age 5 to 6 years old in Padang Pariaman Regency.
