BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda. This is based on effectiveness indicators, namely target achievement, adaptability, job satisfaction, and responsibility. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection using interviews with 3 informants to obtain data, followed by data analysis using the Miles & Huberman model. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation of the 'Sibegawan' facial recognition attendance system in improving the work discipline of employees at PT. BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda is good. However, in some elementary schools, including SDN 3 Cikoneng, students' interest in reading tends to be lacking or declining. Especially in the era of rapid development of information and communication technology, utilizing information and communication technology is one of the solutions to increase students' reading interest by implementing a digital library. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a digital library at SDN 3 Cikoneng as a means to increase student interest in reading. This digital library can be accessed easily and quickly to various learning resources in digital form. The system is designed and developed with the Waterfall model with stages including Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance. The results of this study indicate that the digital library has begun to increase student interest in reading at SD Negeri 3 Cikoneng, because it is undeniable that now students use cellphones more than their books. Through the digital library, it will be easier for students to read material books anytime and anywhere. In Bengkulu City, there are 6 types of rice, namely IR 64 Lampung Local Rice (Medium), IR 64 Bengkulu Local Rice (Medium), Manggis Manis Rice (Premium), Kembang Kol Rice (Premium), Termurah Rice (medium), Bulog/Dolog rice. The implementation of linear regression in rice price forecasting in Bengkulu City can help provide an overview of the estimated price of rice in the next 1 year from January to December based on the results of processing time series data on previous rice prices through Linear Regression Method and can help people to minimize losses and maximize profits, especially for the business and economic sectors. As an independent campus media, it is necessary to examine how Bahana Mahasiswa applies the concept of Westerhal objectivity and journalistic ethics to such a sensitive issue. The concept of Westerhal objectivity is divided into two main points, namely factuality and impartiality. Meanwhile, the code of ethics serves as a moral and ethical foundation to ensure that a journalist consistently acts with social responsibility, based on the Journalistic Code of Ethics established by the Press Council and 29 press organizations on March 24, 2006, which consists of 11 articles. The purpose of this study is to examine how the application of Westerhal objectivity and the journalistic code of ethics is carried out in Bahana Mahasiswa's coverage of sexual harassment, with three specific news articles serving as the focus of the research. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the research show that the three news articles adequately consider the points within the concept of Westerhal objectivity, particularly the aspect of factuality. However, in terms of impartiality, the news coverage is found to be inconsistent in achieving neutrality, specifically in avoiding bias and providing a fair space for all parties involved. Regarding the application of the journalistic code of ethics in the news coverage, several articles were found to be violated by Bahana Mahasiswa, namely articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, and 9. Internal audits carried out must be ensured to be effective and efficient. There are several factors that affect the effectiveness of internal audits, namely audit team competence, audit team independence, management support, and internal audit quality. In this study, PT ABC has implemented and implemented an internal audit program in accordance with the provisions of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 in clause 9.2. After analyzing the implementation of the internal audit program, there are still activities that do not meet the requirements, such as activities that have not and / or are not documented. Based on the results of the analysis of the factors that cause ineffective audit programs, the factors that influence the implementation of ineffective internal audit programs are method and man. In making improvement efforts, a guideline or standard is needed that can meet the requirements to achieve the effectiveness of the implementation of the internal audit program on factors that have an impact on the program. To meet the needs of continuos improvement, it is necessary to design an Internal Audit SOP that is tailored to the integrated requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, and ISO 19011: 2018. To increase the effectiveness of the design results, the business process improvement method will be used. The writing is equipped with evidence, facts, and reasons that support to strengthen the arguments or opinions of the editor. This research aims to describe the structure and language feature of editorial texts with the theme of the World Cup in Bola.net media. In addition, this research also aims to describe the recommendations of the research results as teaching materials for editorial texts in grade 12 high school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling technique. In addition, documentation techniques and listening - note taking techniques were also used. The results showed that in 21 editorial texts on the theme of the 2022 World Cup on Bola.net media, all of them have a complete structure. The structure includes issue introduction, argumentation, and reaffirmation or recommendation. In terms of language, there are some texts that still do not fulfill the language feature. The results of the study are recommended as teaching materials for editorial text material for grade 12 high school. Problem statement in this studies revolves around whether brand resonance, brand characteristics and exert a substantial influence on brand loyalty. Conducted as a survey with a quantitativ approach, the primari data were collected through questionn distributed via Google Form. The respondents sampled for this research are individuals who use Scarlett Whitening products in Surakarta. The entire consumer population using Scarlett Whitening products in Surakarta is considered the scope of this study, and the sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling through purposive sampling, with a total of 200 respondents. The hypotheses put forward posit that brand resonance is expected to significantly impact brand loyalty (H1), brand characteristics are anticipated have significant effect on brand loyalty (H2) and brand trust are anticipated have significant effect on brand loyalty(H3). The research findings indicate that both brand resonance, brand characteristics and brand trust indeed have a significant influence on brand loyalty. This research discusses the implementation of the use of the presence application at PT. XYZ aims to find out how disciplined employees are in taking online attendance. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, research involving 5 informants through observation, interviews and documentation, this identifies factors such as lack of employee discipline, misuse of applications so that employee discipline that has been implemented by the company is less effective. Employee work discipline can be seen from employee compliance in complying with applicable regulations, including punctuality and responsibility for their work.
