One of its roles is to facilitate services in the field of work safety, organize monitoring efforts for workers and the community, as well as medical laboratory services and environmental testing laboratories. The aim of this research is to determine the role of the East Java Province Manpower and Transmigration Service in carrying out in-depth occupational safety and health supervision of entrepreneurs/companies in the workplace environment. The research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. In this research, the data sources used to complete the writing are primary data sources and secondary data sources. So the data analysis in this research is based on 3 (three) Government roles in monitoring occupational safety and health namely Regulator, Dynamisator, Facilitator. Responding to this problem, the Surabaya City Government initiated a Family Learning Center (Puspaga) program which was inaugurated in 2017. One of the areas that held the Puspaga program was RW 3 Banyu Urip Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya City. This study aims to reveal the principles of good governance contained in the implementation of Puspaga program policies in RW 3. Policy implementation analysis uses Edward III's policy implementation model which consists of four aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research uses qualitative approaches and descriptive methods in the elaboration of research data. Research data collection techniques were carried out on secondary data in the form of literature studies, and on primary data using in-depth observation methods and closed interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model. Ibrahin Adjie No. 16, Indihiang, Tasikmalaya City. Currently, Banija Jatu Company is faced with an increasing number of complaints over the past five years. Meanwhile, the performance measurement that is owned only pays attention to the financial aspect and is not comprehensive to overcome these problems. Based on this, the company needs to formulate performance measurements that pay attention to financial and non-financial aspects. One of the performance measurement methods is the Balanced Scorecard which pays attention to four perspectives in the company. The design of the performance measurement itself begins by considering the internal and external conditions of the company through the SWOT method to formulate a strategy based on the company's vision and mission. From the strategy is derived into strategic goals which are then formulated Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Each level of importance is weighted on each indicator using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The perspective that has the greatest weight is the customer perspective with a percentage of 48.4%. The government's effort to overcome this population problem is by publishing Child Identity Cards (KIA). KIA is organized by the Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) in districts/cities throughout Indonesia with the aim of providing population identity to children in Indonesia. Apart from that, the implementation of KIA aims to protect and fulfill children's constitutional rights, which is a national program. The aim of the research is to examine the implementation of the KIA policy at the Population and Civil Registration Service and the Residents of Krembangan Utara Subdistrict, Surabaya City, as well as to provide information on the driving and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the policy. The method used in this research is descriptive and qualitative, and data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation methods. Secondary data was also obtained from journals and previous research. The results of this research show that the implementation of the KIA policy at the Population and Civil Registration Service in Krembangan Utara Subdistrict, Surabaya City is quite good, but there are still many advantages and disadvantages in terms of communication and resources, implementation and bureaucratic structure. Second, facilities and cooperation with third parties are supporting factors for implementing KIA at the Population and Civil Registry Service, Krembangan Utara Subdistrict, Surabaya City. At the LPPNPI MATSC Branch, there are deficiencies or obstacles in fulfilling flight safety levels. It can be seen from the number of BOS and BOC. It is known that the number of BOS and BOC occurring at Perum LPPNPI MATSC Branch has increased. The incident that occurred was one of the lack of implementation of Safety Culture towards the optimal implementation of Air Traffic Services, identifying symptoms of accidents that could occur due to human error. This research is included in quantitative research, with a sample size of 40 respondents using probability sampling techniques. Then the data was analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, t tests, F tests and coefficient of determination tests. Surabaya, as the second largest city with a fairly dense population, is the responsibility of the Surabaya City Government to overcome several population administration problems in the City of Surabaya. The Surabaya City Government continues to carry out various innovation programs in efforts to improve the quality of population administration services. Jebol Anduk is a form of innovation program implemented in all sub-districts in the city of Surabaya to answer this problem. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The focus of this research is the implementation of the Jebol Anduk program as an innovation in an effort to improve the quality of services in Kedung Baruk Village, Surabaya City through 4 variables from Edward III's Policy Implementation Theory, namely: 1. Communication, 2. Resources, 3. Bureaucratic Structure, 4. Disposition. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Jebol Anduk (Population Administration Ball Pickup) Program in Kedung Baruk Village, Surabaya City has been carried out well. Given the continued prevalence of private car use, it is important to ascertain the extent to which people use public transport. Intensity of use of public transport. Trans Metro Pasundan is a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) scheme known as Buy The Service (BTS) which was initiated by the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. This research aims to identify factors that influence the intensity of use of Trans Metro Pasundan public transportation. Analysis of the movement characteristics of TMP users was carried out using the cross tabulation analysis method to determine the factors that influence passengers in using Trans Metro Pasundan in Bandung City. This study aims to explain the concepts, strategies, and impacts of community empowerment implementation by explaining how community empowerment is implemented in various contexts of strengthening literacy, focusing on improving the ability to read, write, and understand information in Putat Kidul Village. The research method used in this journal is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews, observations, and document analysis to collect data with community members involved in empowerment programs. The author uses 4 research focuses, namely the provision of resources, opportunities, knowledge and skills.
