However, in some elementary schools, including SDN 3 Cikoneng, students' interest in reading tends to be lacking or declining. Especially in the era of rapid development of information and communication technology, utilizing information and communication technology is one of the solutions to increase students' reading interest by implementing a digital library. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a digital library at SDN 3 Cikoneng as a means to increase student interest in reading. This digital library can be accessed easily and quickly to various learning resources in digital form. The system is designed and developed with the Waterfall model with stages including Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance. The results of this study indicate that the digital library has begun to increase student interest in reading at SD Negeri 3 Cikoneng, because it is undeniable that now students use cellphones more than their books. Through the digital library, it will be easier for students to read material books anytime and anywhere. 摘要
阅读兴趣是小学阶段学生智力和学业发展的一个重要方面。然而,在一些小学,包括 SDN 3 Cikoneng 小学,学生的阅读兴趣往往不足或下降。特别是在信息和通信技术飞速发展的时代,利用信息和通信技术实施数字图书馆是提高学生阅读兴趣的解决方案之一。本研究的目的是在西科能 SDN 3 学校设计并实施数字图书馆,以此提高学生的阅读兴趣。该数字图书馆可以方便快捷地获取各种数字形式的学习资源。该系统的设计和开发采用瀑布模型,包括需求分析、系统设计、实施、测试和维护等阶段。研究结果表明,数字图书馆已开始提高西科能第三中学学生的阅读兴趣,因为不可否认的是,现在学生使用手机比使用书本更多。通过数字图书馆,学生可以更方便地随时随地阅读教材书籍。因此,希望数字图书馆的使用能更有效、更高效地提高学生的阅读兴趣。
