The study followed the quasi- experimental approach based on two groups (control and experimental) using two tests (before and after), The tool was represented in the CORT (1) program to teach thinking and an achievement test in a prescribed unit. The study sample consisted of 80 female students in the first secondary school at Ahmed Bashir Al- Abadi School who were chosen intentionally. The sample was divided into two equal groups: an experimental group of 40 students who studied the unit in the light of the CORT (1) program.), a female control group of 40 students who studied the prescribed unit in the traditional way; The researchers used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results showed the following: There are statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05≥α) between the mean scores of the students of the two groups; The experimental group got a total average of (28.28 out of 30), in contrast to the control group, and got an overall mean of (24.30); In the post- measurement of the achievement test in the chemistry course, the difference is in favor of the experimental. There are no statistically significant differences at (0.05≥α) between the mean scores of the experimental group in both the post- measurement and follow- up of the achievement test, which indicates their retention of the material. The study followed an interpretive methodology in term of collecting relevant verses, depending on the essence of the reasons according to the interpreters’ sayings, and explaining its practical effects on eliminating the wretchedness. An interpretive and inductive methodology was used. The study has been divided and organized into an introduction and two chapters. The introduction includes the study's importance, reasons for its selection and its objectives. The first chapter undertakes the essence of wretchedness and its writing in the Divine-protected tablet. The second chapter presents the deterrent reasons from being in wretchedness. The study was concluded with the most important results I have reached including that the Holy Quran mentioned seven reasons to prevent from being in wretchedness including (prayer, parents’ obedience, monotheism of worship, God fear, following the revelation, God- consciousness, Quran recitation and behaving according to its teachings). Also the keeping away from being in wretchedness is one of the greatest wishes of human being and these reasons alters one another to eliminate the wretchedness in the Abodes and they are diversified, words, actions, and beliefs to make its role easy. The field of digital media and the development of the digital environment in the Maghreb countries, and the study was based methodologically on three stages: the first on the reality of electronic journalism in the world and the development that accompanied it, the second on electronic journalism in the Arab Maghreb: the factors of emergence and the challenge of survival. e-commerce in the Maghreb countries and ways to provide the appropriate conditions for its success. It was applied to the study sample on (20) respondents from financial managers, heads of accounting departments, directors of internal control, and workers in accounting and internal control departments in the Yemeni endowments. The study population consisted of financial managers, heads of accounting departments, directors of internal control, and workers in the accounting and internal control departments in the Yemeni endowments. In the General Court of Sana'a. The results of the study concluded that the application of the components of institutional governance (disclosure, transparency, accountability, responsibility, justice, independence, laws and regulations) collectively and individually in the quality of the internal audit in the Yemeni endowments (a total average of (3.48out of 5) with an impact degree (medium) and at the level of Dimensions: After transparency, it got an average of 3.7661, then after the issue an average of (3.44), third after responsibility (3.41), fourth after justice (3.48), fifth after independence (2.97), and finally after laws and regulations (3.56) (disclosure, transparency, accountability, responsibility, and justice, independence, laws and regulations), while the internal control quality axis got an overall average of 3.707 (out of 5), i.e. with total quality (high). With regard to the sub- dimensions: the eligibility dimension got the highest average (3.70), then the objectivity dimension with an average of (3.71) and thirdly after the quality of work with an average of (3.70). Then suggesting priorities for improvements to bridge the gap in the institutional performance of the school in light of the results of self-assessment. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. It also relied on a mixed design research, which provides an opportunity to use both quantitative and qualitative methods to collect and analyze data. The researchers used two tools; The first was a list of quality standards and indicators developed by the General Administration for Quality and School Accreditation at Yemeni Ministry of Education for the year 2019. The second tool was data collection models prepared by the two researchers, and (26) of respondents participated in the self-evaluation process (13) from inside the school, and (13) respondents from outside it, and some interviews were conducted to identify the level of institutional performance according to quality standards. The results of the self-assessment showed that the overall institutional performance level of Umm Al-Muminin Aisha School in Amran Governorate, Yemen obtained a performance rate of (50.9%) and an average rating of (medium). from general education schools; It prevents the provision of high quality education that meets the aspirations that society expects from its educational system. At the level of standards and indicators, the results revealed many strengths and weaknesses in the institutional performance of the school, and on the basis this, the researchers presented a set of recommendations to enhance strengths and overcome weaknesses and shortcomings, in addition to a number of suggestions for future studies on similar topics in order to ensure the improvement of the quality of performance in this school and all public education schools in the rest of Yemeni governorates. The two researchers used the descriptive analytical/inductive approach based on depicting and highlighting the current situation and status of the problem of the study from all its aspects, In this study, the researchers focused on searching for the legal texts that govern and regulate each of the two responsibilities: contractual liability and the harmful act (torts), which required the researchers to analyze the relevant legal texts and refer to the jurisprudence and judicial opinions that dealt with this issue by analysis, in an attempt to derive solutions to the problem of overlapping contractual liability and the harmful act (torts), The research consists of two topics; The first dealt with the nature of combining the two systems of civil liability, while the second dealt with: the issue of the combining of two ways of compensation, and as a result of this study, the researchers reached a set of results represented that, despite the absence of the legislation that addresses this issue, but it contradicts the rules and legal principles Well- established, and with other legal Articles, and from here the most likely opinion of legal jurisprudence goes to the inadmissibility of combining the two civil liability systems, and the inadmissibility of combining compensation and the amount of insurance in the case of insurance on money and things in Jordanian law, and the permissibility of combining compensation and the amount of insurance in the state of insurance for persons, the inadmissibility of combining (Al Diya /blood money) and the amount of compensation, and the permissibility of combining compensation with the amount of social security. Based on the results, the researchers presented a number of recommendations and proposals to the legislative authority in Jordan, represented by the need for the Jordanian legislator to introduce legal articles within the Jordanian civil law that regulate and address the issue of combining the two civil liability systems explicitly, and also that the Jordanian legislator unifies provisions between the case of insurance on money and things and insurance on persons, eliminating the existing distinction between them; by amending the text of Article (926) of the Jordanian Civil Code so that it is consistent with Article (948) of the same law. In many of his stories, Al-Jahiz paints for the reader a clear picture of a widespread Persian group in his society, representing a wide class in the Abbasid society, political life provided it with an opportunity to practice its national cultures, customs and traditions, which made it a mini picture of the Persian nation in its homeland. It used the descriptive analytical approach using the data published in the financial reports for the period from 2011 – 2019. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that Saudi Islamic banks face the problem of bad debts, and that these debts exist in the corporate sector and investors rather than the individual sector. These banks bear large allocations to cover bad debts compared with their traditional banks. For instance, the coverage ratio of non- performing funds in Al Rajhi Bank reached up to 303%, followed by Bank Albilad with 260%, followed by Al- Jazira Bank with 150%, and finally Bank Alinma in coverage rate of 125%. The results also show that Islamic banks adhere to the decisions of their Sharia bodies in dealing with non- performing debts. They allow rescheduling of indebtedness without an increase in debt or profit. They also operate with the procedure of placing and accelerating, provided that the payment is before the specified term. There is no precondition in the contract stipulating this issue They do not work with the penalty clause due to the debtor’s delay in paying the remaining instalments, whether due to Insolvency, or due to procrastination, and they can finance customers who have indebtedness to other parties. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended Islamic banks to reduce the financing ratios using the debit forms, in favor of the partnership forms that give a bank the right to participate in managing and, supervision. Such procedures can protection it from the delay or evasion of the other party.
