Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the transformations that the electronic press witnessed in the Arab Maghreb countries. Challenges and bets. As for its importance, it emerges from the fact that it contributes to enriching the academic side by providing a new perspective on the Maghreb media environment. The historical approach was used. To follow up on the activities of electronic journalism in the Arab Maghreb countries and the extent to which they benefit from modern technologies and develop a vision through which we can assess the reality and determine the ways of the future by taking advantage of the scientific literature in the field of research. The field of digital media and the development of the digital environment in the Maghreb countries, and the study was based methodologically on three stages: the first on the reality of electronic journalism in the world and the development that accompanied it, the second on electronic journalism in the Arab Maghreb: the factors of emergence and the challenge of survival. e-commerce in the Maghreb countries and ways to provide the appropriate conditions for its success. As for the conclusion of the research, it came to the conclusion that the majority of countries in the Arab Maghreb were not prepared to receive this new type of media, which is difficult to monitor, or submit to the gatekeeper, as was the case with traditional media. Which made the media scene shrouded in a lot of ambiguity and needs to reconsider its foundations and electronic controls, and based on this result; The researcher recommended a set of recommendations and proposals to activate electronic journalism in the Arab Maghreb countries and ensure its quality. Keywords: Electronic Journalism, Maghreb Countries, Bets and Challenges الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء التحولات التي شهدتها الصحافة الإلكترونية بدول المغرب العربي؛ تحديات ورهانات، أما أهميتها فتبرز من أنها تساهم في إثراء الجانب الأكاديمي بتقديم منظور جديد للبيئة الإعلامية المغاربية، وتم استخدام المنهج التاريخي؛ لمتابعة أنشطة الصحافة الإلكترونية بدول المغرب العربي ومدى استفادتها من التقنيات الحديثة ووضع رؤية نستطيع من خلالها تقييم الواقع وتحديد طرق المستقبل عن طريق الاستفادة من الأدبيات العلمية في مجال البحث أما عينة الدراسة فتمثلت في عدد من الصحف الإلكترونية بكل دولة من دول المغرب العربي وتم استعراض تجربتها في مجال الإعلام الرقمي وتطور البيئة الرقمية بالدول المغاربية، وارتكزت الدراسة من الناحية المنهجية على ثلاث مراحل: الأولى عن واقع الصحافة الإلكترونية في العالم والتطور الذي رافقه، الثاني الصحافة الإلكترونية بالمغرب العربي عوامل الظهور وتحدى البقاء أما المحور الأخير تم التطرق إلى أبرز التحديات التي تعترض سبيل الصحافة الإلكترونية بدول المغاربية وسبل توفير الظروف المناسبة لنجاحها، أما خاتمة البحث فقد توصلت إلى نتيجة مفادها أن غالبية الدول بالمغرب العربي لم تكن مهيأة لاستقبال هذا النوع الجديد للإعلام، الذي يصعب مراقبته، أو خضوعه لحارس البوابة مثلما كان عليه الحال بالإعلام التقليدي، وثانيا: الفراغ القانوني الذي وجدت عليه الصحافة الإلكترونية أثر سلبا عليها وهو ما جعل المشهد الإعلامي يكتنفه الكثير من الغموض ويحتاج إلى إعادة النظر في أسسه وضوابطه الإلكترونية، واستنادا إلى هذه النتيجة قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات لتفعيل الصحافة الإلكترونية بدول المغرب العربي وضمان جودتها ومواكبتها لمستجدات الصحافة العالمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصحافة الإلكترونية، دول المغرب العربي، الرهانات والتحديات.
