Los resultados evidenciaron que, en una de las etapas del proceso de elaboración del bollo de yuca, se hace referencia a “rallar la yuca”, el comerciante usó una máquina donde se evidencian dos cuerpos geométricos: la pirámide truncada y el cilindro a los cuales se les halló el área total y el volumen y fueron modelados en un software de geometría. The compounds were extracted using the solid phase microextraction with head space (SPME-HS) technique, and identified by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometer (GC-MS) by comparing the mass spectra of each compound in the Wiley 275L library of mass spectra and the Kovats retention index (IK) ratio. A semi-quantitative method was proposed that included toluene as an internal standard to normalize the degree of recovery between samples and a response factor for each family, calculated using a compound characteristic of that functional group. The results associated with response factors for each family or group of compounds such as alcohols, acids, aldehydes, ketones, esters and pyrazines (2.19, 1.02, 2.84, 0.38, 6.38, 0.88 respectively) were different between families, however, there was no difference between compounds within the same family. The implemented method obtained a DOD and DML of 0.024 µg/kg and 0.037 µg/kg respectively and an accuracy expressed as percentage recovery (of characteristic compounds per family) of 96% on average. According to the precision of the method, the results show that the concentrations have an average coefficient of variation (%CV) of 7.38% assuring repeatability and good precision. Finally, for the analyzed and quantified samples, it was found that the compounds with higher concentration were acetic acid (42.633 mg/kg), 2-phenylethyl acetate (29.44 mg/kg), 2.3-butanediol (345.39 mg/kg), 2-phenylethanol (12.595mg/kg) and 2.3.5.6-tetramethylpyrazine (8.601 mg/kg).","PeriodicalId":20991,"journal":{"name":"Respuestas","volume":"2 Dermatol Sect 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87526084","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

ABSTRACT During underground coal mining operations, greenhouse gas emissions are produced, mainly methane. These emissions originated not only from coal, but also from the subsidence of the surrounding rocks. Until now, emissions from surrounding rocks have been calculated from international tables, but it is proposed that they be calculated from gas measurements on coal-adjacent rocks in coalbed methane exploration in which drillings and canisters desorption systems were used in the provinces of Boyacá and Cundinamarca. The gas contents of the surrounding rocks, and thus the emissions, are less than those found in the coal at the same depth. The areas with the highest gas content values in the surrounding rocks are Samacá and Chinavita with contents between 40 and 50 feet3/ton. These values equate to one-third or a quarter of those obtained from the coalbeds close to such samples. The highest gas content did not correspond to the highest coal rank (Socotá) which would be explained by the intense folding and faulting in that area. The gas contents found in the shales (clays) of the Guaduas formation can also be used as a proxy indicator for older and deeper formations that could have good shale gas potential.","PeriodicalId":20991,"journal":{"name":"Respuestas","volume":"2 1","pages":"44-52"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88785066","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Se diseñó y aplicó un instrumento de investigación (cuestionario) el cual se desarrolló a partir de la sistematización y operacionalización de variables, para la validación del instrumentó se empleó el mecanismo de juicio de expertos y para establecer la confiabilidad del mismo se desarrolló una prueba piloto. El instrumento fue aplicado a una muestra de 120 pequeñas y medianas empresas ubicadas en la ciudad de Cúcuta, Colombia y zonas periféricas, los participantes establecieron que las habilidades más idóneas en la gerencia son las del factor motivacional, trabajo en equipo, toma de decisiones y el perfil del liderazgo estratégico transformacional.
