El objetivo principal de la investigacion es analizar el comportamiento mecanico de un microaglomerado en caliente tipo MF-10, mediante la incorporacion de grano de caucho reciclado, caracterizar los materiales empleados como el GCR y el asfalto modificado tipo III, disenar microaglomerados con y sin adicion de grano de caucho reciclado en caliente tipo MF-10 mediante la metodologia Marshall con especificaciones IDU 2011 y determinar el porcentaje optimo de grano de caucho reciclado para un microaglomerado que presenta un mejor comportamiento mecanico. Para la investigacion se empleo la metodologia Marshall para realizar el diseno de las diferentes mezclas de microaglomerados con y sin adicion de GCR, los ensayos de verificacion de las mismas los cuales son: Adherencia, deformacion plastica, leyes fatiga, modulo resiliente, modulo dinamico y coeficiente de resistencia al deslizamiento. Con la adicion de grano de caucho reciclado- GCR se mejora el comportamiento mecanico de la mezcla asfaltica aumentando su vida util ademas de contribuir al medio ambiente al reciclar las llantas en desuso. Se obtiene un mejoramiento del comportamiento mecanico del microaglomerado en cuanto a: aumento de adherencia, disminucion del ahuellamiento, mayor resistencia a la fatiga, mejor modulo resiliente y aumento del coeficiente de resistencia al deslizamiento. Los resultados de la investigacion contribuyen significativamente al diseno y construccion de las carreteras de Colombia, siendo su principal uso la rehabilitacion de capas de rodaduras, teniendo como agente mejorador de la mezcla, al grano de caucho reciclado. However, molecular identification allows us to know the true identity of the genus and species. The molecular identification of 24 bacterial strains preserved in the Strain Bank of the University Francisco de Paula Santander, Campos Eliseos Experimental Center, identified under macroscopic and microscopic phenotypic criteria, was carried out. Initially, the strains preserved in saline solution were reactivated and characterized macro- and microscopically, then DNA extraction was performed and PCR was done to amplify the 16S rRNA region allowing access to the DNA sequence of interest; the samples were sent to be sequenced and through bioinformatic tools the identity of each bacterium was known. The strains: BLB003, BLB009, BLB011, BLB012, BLB014, BLB016, BLB018, BLB022, BLB023, BLB024, BLB033, were identified as Bacillus cereus; BLB010 as Bacillus thurigiensis; while BLB030, BLB031, BLB032, as Bacillus pumilus; BLB020 as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens; BLB001, BLB004, BLB007, and BLB037, formed the group of Bacillus subtilis; and it is possible that there are divergent ramifications between species of Bacillus in phylogenetic trees. Another grouping that was observed in the phylogenetic tree are the strains BLB019 and BLB029 that correspond to Achromobacter xylosoxidans and Alcaligenes faecalis respectively. Also another group BLB013 and BLB017, were identified as Stenotrophomonas maltophilia. It is important to take into account that sometimes 16S rRNA presents a low discrimination capacity for some genera and species due to recent divergences, it is necessary to complement the identification with the study of other genes.","PeriodicalId":20991,"journal":{"name":"Respuestas","volume":"73 1","pages":"127-137"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89813581","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the present investigation, through of saline chamber and potentiodynamic polarization tests, the influence of boron was studied in steels with bainitic microstructure against phenomena as corrosion by varying its percentage in each sample analyzed, which was developed from the measurement of parameters such as the percentage of corroded area and the current density. Although no significant influence of boron was observed in the saline chamber results, in potentiodynamic polarization, a greater reduction in current density was observed for steel with a higher boron content, which results in a better resistance to corrosion compared to other steels that had a lower percentage of this element.","PeriodicalId":20991,"journal":{"name":"Respuestas","volume":"1 1","pages":"78-88"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88614891","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

El presente estudio evaluo la aplicabilidad de uso de un agregado reciclado de concreto (RCA, por sus siglas en ingles) como sustituto de la totalidad del agregado petreo convencional (AC) de origen natural en una mezcla asfaltica drenante (MD). Inicialmente, se realizaron ensayos de caracterizacion fisica del RCA y se comparo con el AC. Luego se realizaron los disenos de dos mezclas MD utilizando un asfalto modificado con grano de caucho reciclado de llanta (GCR): una MD empleando como agregado AC (muestra de control) y otra donde se sustituyo la totalidad del AC por RCA. Sobre estas mezclas fueron realizados ensayos de laboratorio bajo carga monotonica (resistencia a la traccion indirecta - RTI) y pruebas de adherencia (susceptibilidad de la RTI en condiciones humedas y secas y desgaste a la abrasion Cantabro). Los resultados indican la necesidad de emplear un mayor contenido de asfalto en la MD con RCA con respecto a la mezcla de control. Empleando este mayor contenido de asfalto, se observa similitud en la resistencia a la traccion y aumento de adherencia en la MD con RCA con respecto a la muestra de control. Por tanto, se puede concluir que la aplicacion del RCA en MD de la forma propuesta es viable desde el punto de vista tecnico y ambiental. EnglishConcrete waste is considered an environmental liability with a negative impact. However, this type of waste presents a high potential to be used as an alternative building material. Therefore, the present study aims to evaluate the applicability of substituting the conventional natural stone aggregate (CA) of a draining asphalt mixture (MD) by a recycled concrete aggregate (RCA). Firstly, RCA was physically characterized to be compared with the AC. Then, two MD mixtures were design with rubberized asphalt concrete (GCR by its spanish acronym): one using the conventional aggregate (control sample) and one with the RCA substituting entirely the CA. Experimental tests under monotonic load (indirect tensile strength - RTI) were conducted over the mixtures, as well as adhesion tests (susceptibility of RTI in wet and dry conditions and abrasion wear Cantabro). The results indicate that for MD mixtures with RCA, a higher content of asphalt is required than with CA. Additionally, it wasfound that the presence of higher asphalt content in MD-RCA mixtures increases its adhesion when compared with the control sample. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use the RCA for MD mixtures, in the proposed way, is technically and environmentally viable.","PeriodicalId":20991,"journal":{"name":"Respuestas","volume":"22 1","pages":"12"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82759350","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
