Efforts to increase soybean production are accomplished through fertilizer application. The utilization of chemical fertilizers, however, can negatively impact the environment. One alternative to the application of fertilizer is to provide superior microbes that are beneficial to the plants. This study aimed to determine how the application of rhizobacteria and indigenous microorganism in cow rumen affects the growth of soybean plants. This study method included isolate reculture, identification, and selection for soybean plant application using one factor of a completely randomized design method consisting of five treatment levels. The results indicated that the superior isolates, AJ8, had the highest potential utilization as Indole Acetic Acid hormone producer, while MTA1 isolates were phosphate solvent isolates. The identification results using Microbact showed that AJ8 isolates had 99% similarity with Acinetobacter baumanii, while MTA1 isolates were identified as Propionibacterium granulosum. Application of Acinetobacter baumanii AJ8 and Propionibacterium granulosum MTA1 bacteria in single treatment has more potential to increase the plant height and root length compared to consortium treatment. The potential use of the superior bacteria discovered still needs further study until the biological fertilizer formulations formed can reduce the utilization of chemical fertilizers. This beach is consists of sand and coral substrate. Kemantren beach is one of the small coastal islands of Java that has already reclaimed with spot of high ecotourism potency and habitat for numerous types of invertebrate. Unfortunately, there were no previous records about invertebrate biodiversity in this area. The purpose of this research was to identify various invertebrate species inhabiting Kemantren beach, Lamongan by describing their morphological characteristics and habitat. Specimens were collected from intertidal and shallow subtidal zone using sweeping techniques along the coastal line. Morphological and habitat data were analysed descriptively. Results showed that there were seven invertebrates phyla inhabited Kemantren coastal water; Mollusca, Annelida, Porifera, Arthropoda, Echinodermata, Coelenterata, and Platyhelminthes. We had identified a total of 19 bivalves and 33 gastropods species distributed among 20 families. Invertebrate biodiversity in Kemantren coastal consisted of 100 species belonged to 79 genera, 45 families and 9 classes (Gastropoda, Bivalvia, Polychaeta, Demospongiae, Crustacea, Holothuroidea, Ophiuroidea, Anthozoa and Turbelaria). Identification of invertebrates is useful tool for biodiversity, management, conservation and development of science. The concept of LCM is to choose the least cost from the FTP table to be used as the base cell. If there is the same lowest cost, it is freely chosen. However, the free election will affect the value and optimal fuzzy solutions obtained. Therefore, the fuzzy LCM as new method is proposed by adding weights using Simple Additive Weighting or SAW technique and new total integral value so that there will be unequal least costs. To illustrate the new proposed method, the completion of numerical examples is given and the results are reviewed with the results of the existing method. The advantages of the new proposed method can improve the shortcomings of the existing methods, as well as relevant to solving fuzzy transport problems in real life for use by decision makers..","PeriodicalId":208205,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Mathematics, Informatics, Science, and Education International Conference (MISEIC 2019)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129982229","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These two activities are necessary for the process of recovery and closure of wounds, including in leprosy. Nanosilver can act as anti-bacterial material, including against leprosy bacteria Mycobacterium leprae. This study used a combination of nanogold and nanosilver to treat leprosy. The theoretical application was very suitable and promising optimal results. The question was whether the combination application of nanogold and nanosilver could be used to treat leprosy. The method used in this study was a clinical test applied a combination of nanogold and nanosilver in 30 leprosy patients who still consumed leprosy drugs as the treatment group. Results were compared to 30 other patients who only consumed leprosy drugs as a control group. Data was collected by medical experts every 2 weeks for 3 months as various medical indicators; wound recovery (width and pain), body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and skin surface softness. Results showed that patients with treatment using nanogold and nanosilver was healed significantly faster compared to patients in the control group. LKPD was developed with a 4-D research design namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The limited trials were conducted with 30 students. Then, the validity is reviewed from the results of the validation of the RPP and LKPD. The practicality here is reviewed from the implementation of lesson plans (RPP) and the constraints also the activities of students in learning process, and the effectiveness is viewed from the results of the pretest and posttest critical thinking skills and student questionnaire responses. The results of the lesson plans (RPP) category validity are very valid and the reliability is 93%, while the LKPD category validity is very valid and the reliability is 93%. The practicality is reviewed based on the implementation of learning in the excellent category and reliability of 98.8%, the student activity is very enthusiastic. Then, the effectiveness is reviewed from the results of the pretest and posttest which before learning process, none of the students achieved completeness, whereas after 30 trials were declared 22 was completed and 8 incomplete based on the N-Gain calculation the average yield was 0.94 with high criteria. The student responses showed an interest in LKPD of 92.68% in the very effective category. LKPD that has been developed is valid, practical, and effective.
