Namun begitu, kajian emperikal telah membuktikan bahawa penggunaan Strategi Pembelajaran Bahasa (SPB) merupakan salah satu senjata yang berkesan untuk mengatasai masalah tersebut. Apabila kemahiran bertutur bahasa Arab dilihat sebagai suatu kemahiran bahasa yang paling sukar untuk dikuasai, maka penggunaan SPB yang sesuai harus dijanakan semaksima mungkin. Di antara aspek yang masih belum diterokai dengan lebih mendalam sebagai sebuah strategi pembelajaran bahasa untuk meningkatkan kemahiran bertutur ialah aspek penghayatan budaya. Kajian terdahulu hanya menyentuh mengenai kesan pembelajaran bahasa berasaskan pendekatan budaya, menyiasat sikap pelajar terhadap pembelajaran bahasa berasaskan budaya, mengenal pasti minat pelajar terhadap elemen budaya dan kesan bahan pembelajaran bahasa berasaskan budaya ke atas peningkatan linguistik pelajar. Namun begitu, kajian untuk meneroka aspek penghayatan budaya Arab sebagai satu strategi pembelajaran bahasa masih lagi belum dijalankan. Justeru, kertas ini bertujuan untuk (a) memerihalkan satu kajian awal untuk meneroka strategi baharu dalam menguasai kemahiran bertutur bahasa Arab yang dinamakan Strategi Penghayatan Budaya Arab (SPBA) dan; (b) mencadangkan beberapa strategi yang boleh dipraktikkan oleh pelajar untuk menguasai kemahiran bertutur bahasa Arab. Hasil penelitian mendapati bahawa strategi penghayatan budaya Arab dilihat mampu menyumbang ke arah peningkatan penguasaan kemahiran bertutur bahasa Arab melalui 3 aspek iaitu; (1) peningkatan motivasi, (2) ketepatan dan kefasihan sebutan ( segmental dan supra segmental ) dan; (3) penggunaan bahasa berdasarkan aspek sosiobudaya. Selain itu, terdapat 19 item SPBA yang boleh dipraktikkan oleh pelajar untuk menguasai kemahiran bertutur bahasa Arab. We wanted to balance some of the aesthetic terms: \"Artistic radiation\", \"Linguistic composition\" and \"Poem structure on the way of painting\" as the pillars of the approach: \"Art Vision\", and the three sciences of Arabic rhetoric: Stylistic, Figures of speech and Embellishments. As an attempt to root these terms, and increase their clarification and link them to the scientific heritage of the Arabs, to confirm the link between the authenticity of Arab rhetoric and contemporary criticism. One of the biggest indications of the difficulty in finding modern rhetoric is the difference of opinions about the nature of the literary word. The role of the writer is difficult in finding his own dictionary, and to the extent that he succeeds in the liquidation of the traditional heritage must succeed in giving the picture dimension to him, and it means that he enters the battle in two fields: One is to get rid of the old templates, and the other to get rid of the conventions of the intellectual age. In the meantime, the full development of the Arabic language along with its pre-eminent position would not have been possible had it not been for the parallel evolution of an extensive literature written in it. Arabic remained not only the instrument of religion, but developed into the language of state and that of culture. The present day Spain, known to be Andalus in medieval period, had witnessed an enormous amount of literary surge, mostly in prose writing and poetical composition in the Arab West of the medieval period. Is there any traces of originality in the poetical forms and language dictions of Andalusia literary poem of the medieval Arabic? If we notice positive answer to this question, what about the originality in its poetic style? Kajian ini menggunakan rekabentuk eksperimen satu kumpulan jenis ujian pra dan pos. Ia mengaplikasikan Teori Konstruktivisme. Sampel kajian adalah seramai 61 orang pelajar tingkatan 5 Sekolah Agama Menengah Hulu Langat, Selangor (SAMHL). Kajian ini menggunakan metodologi campuran iaitu kajian perpustakaan dan kajian lapangan serta mengaplikasikan pendekatan kuantatif dan kualitatif. Dapatan analisis menunjukkan bahawa masalah utama pelajar dalam nahu adalah berpunca daripada kekeliruan menghubungkaitkan antara tajuk – tajuk nahu yang dipelajari secara berasingan. Penggunaan kaedah 5SS yang diperkenalkan dalam MCN terbukti berkesan dengan tepat untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut di mana penurunan ketara pelajar gagal ujian pra (13.11%) kepada (0.00%) ujian pos. Begitu juga peningkatan bilangan pelajar yang mendapat A- ke atas meningkat dari (6 orang) pada ujian pra kepada (54 orang) pada ujian pos. Peningkatan ini juga disokong oleh data - data melalui instrumen lain seperti tinjauan dan temu bual. Kaedah i’rab 5SS dalam (MCN) terbukti sesuai dan berkesan untuk pelajar di peringkat sekolah menengah atas. We collected the data from some Malay undergraduates. The study finds that a person’s full name is mostly made up of two parts: The first name + the father`s name, with nickname inserted between them. It also finds that there are three types of the name structures, including: three-word names, two word-names and one-word name. The study reveals, the Bruneians have adopted the Arabic naming convention in terms of the meanings. Hence, names of the prophet Muhammad \"saw\", his family and companions are the most common, while the other names are taken from the names of Muslim scholars throughout the history. Names that refer to the animals and plants are rare. {"title":"Inverse Translation Quality","authors":"Muhamad Alif Haji Sismat","doi":"10.59202/jall.v1i2.363","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.59202/jall.v1i2.363","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 \u0000 \u0000This paper aims to analyse the quality of inverse translation and to see whether or not trainee translators, such as undergraduate language students, can produce translations between foreign languages, and whether or not post-editing machine translation and translation memories, have any effect on the Malay students’ performance. Through error analysis approach, this paper also aims to reveal the contributing factors to the mistakes the students did in their translations and uncover the nature of Google Translate by identifying the recurring types of errors in the MT outputs. Results revealed that the translation technologies, particularly in the post-editing modified translation memories and machine translation tasks, helped the students improved the quality of their translations, suggesting that non-native speakers can be highly skilled professional translators with years of experience and proper training. Based on the error analysis, syntactic and lexical errors seem to be problematic in Google Translate in both Arabic-English and English-Arabic translations, implying that proper guidelines are crucial in post-editing so that post-editors can be aware of the potential recurrent errors and not overlook them. {"title":"الخط العربي بين عدون","authors":"مصطفى محمد رزق السواحلي","doi":"10.59202/jall.v1i2.358","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.59202/jall.v1i2.358","url":null,"abstract":"لا يُنكرُ مُنصفٌ أنَّ هذا الخطَّ العربيَّ القرآنيَّ الفريد قد تعرَّض لمؤامراتٍ كثيرةٍ من عدوَّيْنِ: أوَّلهما خارجيٌّ، ويتمثَّل في قُوى الهَيْمَنَةِ الغربيَّة التي أقْصَتْ الخطَّ العربيَّ عن الاستخدام في أكثر من عشر لغاتٍ، ولم تصمدْ أمام مؤامرتهم إلا اللغتان الفارسيَّة والأورديَّة، فضالً عن الخط الجاويِّ المحْتَفَى به وبخاصَّةٍ في سلطنة بروناي دار السلام وإنْ لم يّعُدْ الخطَّ الرسميَّ للغة اليوم. وثانيهما داخليٌّ، ويتمثَّل في التقنيَّات الحديثة التي أثَّرتْ سلبًا على الخطِّ العربيِّ؛ حيث تآكلتْ مهنة الخطَّاط أمام الخطوط الرقميَّة المدوَّنة بالحاسب الآلي، وعَزَفَ كثيرُ من الناس عن الكتابة باليد، واستبدلوا بها الكتابة على الأجهزة الإلكترونيَّة، كما عمَّ بلاء الكتابة الهجين (الفرانكو آراب) التي يركن إليها كثيرمن الشباب اليوم تحت ستار دعاوى مختلفة. وهذا البحث يشير في تمهيده إلى جملةٍ من مآثر الخطِّ العربيٍّ التي اعترف بها الغريب قبل القريب. ويرصد في مبحثه الأول تاريخ المؤامرات الخارجيَّة على الخطِّ العربيِّ، والتي وصلت إلى حدِّ المطالبة بإلغائه في مصر، مع بيان اللغات التي نجح فيها الأعداءُ كُليًّا، واللغات التي نجحوا معها جزئيًّا، واللغات التي فشلوا في تحقيق مآربهم معها. ويرصد في مبحثه الثاني: صور الأخطار المتلاحقة التي تهدِّد الخطَّ العربيَّ يومًا بعد يوم، وبخاصة بسبب التقنيَّات الحديثة التي ملأتْ على الناس حياتهم، وصرفتهم عن كثير من مآثرحضارتهم. ويقترحُ في خاتمته جملةً من الحلول لمواجهة هذه الأخطار المتوالية. \u0000الكلمات المفتاحية: الخط العربيّ  ـ القوى الغربيّة  ـ التقنيات الحديثة - الفرانكو أراب.","PeriodicalId":205841,"journal":{"name":"JALL | Journal of Arabic Linguistics and Literature","volume":"134 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122131563","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
