It is shown that the external boundary of the full set {Hs - Tm} is res-tricted with 7-side polygon. It allows to create closed microholders (microcuvettes) with developed nanostructured surface by soldering. Classical techniques as photolithography, electrochemical oxidation and metal deposition, etching and soldering was used. Properties of tracking and stabilizing multivariable controllers are treated. Generalized multivariable controllers are proposed for MIMO systems when the conditions of invertibility and internal stability hold. The internal stability analysis of the system is based on consideration of the normal canonical form.
