The universal structure of a controllable PES not requiring additional regulating elements is proposed. The regulating characteristics are obtained and PES (PAM and PWM) transistor switches control algorthms are developed and illustrated by corresponding control matrices.","PeriodicalId":202524,"journal":{"name":"2014 12th International Conference on Actual Problems of Electronics Instrument Engineering (APEIE)","volume":"242 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117165690","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The description of the stand equipped by electrohydraulic drive is presented. Results of experimental researches of dynamical characteristics for the stand are shown and, as the result, the mathematical model of the given stand has been received by results of experimental tests. Proportional-integral (PI) controller is designed for force interaction via singular perturbation technique such that multi-time-scale motions are artificially induced in the closed-loop system. Multi-time-scale motions analysis allows getting analytical expressions for selection of controller parameters. Corrugation, phase, and amplitude components of the natural linewidth are taken into account. We have defined characteristic parameters describing the natural linewidth of DFB lasers and found their numerical values by solving an inverse problem, and then have simulated experimental measurements represented in the literature. This development brings the subject of understanding and capability of calculating laser parameters, as well as simulating the natural linewidth of semiconductor lasers to a qualitatively new level.","PeriodicalId":202524,"journal":{"name":"2014 12th International Conference on Actual Problems of Electronics Instrument Engineering (APEIE)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126037748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paradigm of a dataware of technological processes of an agricultural production is offered. Information models of machine-tractors aggregate and agrophytocenosis (parts and a plant as a whole, a phytosanitary condition - diseases, pests, weeds) are offered. Currently there was accurate clear-eyed enough understanding of subject and backbone branches of knowledge and their role in formation of a gross national product (GNP). Subject sciences define prospects of development of concrete branches and are the basic generators of their development and qualitative growth. Information technologies is in certain understanding system knowledge of the inter-branch character directed on creation of additional cost in branches, both on branch and on inter-branch levels. It shouldn`t identify information technology with technology (s) of informatics. The technology of informatics is only a part of information technologists [1] as the last is a branch of knowledge, and the first is a whole set of methods (including. computer programs) and means (devices, information-measuring systems, computers etc.). We divide approaches to agroinformatics and to agroinformation technologies by analogy. The branch character of agroinformatics in the general system of the informatics, connected with unity of objects of consideration in agrarian sphere, is underlined thereby. The earth, plants, animal, machinery, environment and society act as objects in the generalized view in agrarian sphere. The subject branch of knowledge of agrarian (agricultural) sciences study the processes proceeding in objects of agrarian sphere, and also processes of their interactions.","PeriodicalId":202524,"journal":{"name":"2014 12th International Conference on Actual Problems of Electronics Instrument Engineering (APEIE)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122208478","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is proved in the work that one of the important experimental realization conditions of the developed approach is when ellipsometric reflection systems parameters are Ψ = π/4 H Δ = π/2. It is proposed to choose Si-SiO2 -type structures (silicon dioxide or silicon nitride film on silicon surface), which are isotropic and homogeneous, as a reflection system. It is shown that the precision and sensitivity of this approach considerably depends on the presence of nanoinclusions in the media under study.","PeriodicalId":202524,"journal":{"name":"2014 12th International Conference on Actual Problems of Electronics Instrument Engineering (APEIE)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129484749","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It involves the partitioning of objects into groups based on the spatial concentration by k-means clustering. The developed algorithm was compared with known algorithms of k-nearest neighbors and kernel smoothing with a rectangular weight function (kernel). Its significant advantage in running time was shown. The obtained results of computational experiments revealed that the prediction accuracy using the new algorithm yields k-nearest neighbors algorithm but it is about the same as kernel smoothing.","PeriodicalId":202524,"journal":{"name":"2014 12th International Conference on Actual Problems of Electronics Instrument Engineering (APEIE)","volume":"240 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130358874","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
