Particular focus is made on the concept of telerehabilitation for this specific group of patients. Telerehabilitation has to be continuous and regular. It is also necessary to provide the possibility of conducting treatment/communication sessions asynchronously. The authors describe a new method of obtaining a mathematical model of the slow interference. This model is derived by using Yule-Walker linear prediction method of 8th order. Graphs are drawn for each stage of the algorithm: the plot of the signal in a rare time, the plot of the interpolated signal, linear prediction coefficients were found and the plot of the autocorrelation function of Yule-Walker linear prediction method were drawn. The experiment showed that this way of presenting the slow interference gives more accurate estimates of the autocorrelation function than previously used multivariate Gaussian distribution. A performance analysis of the three most popular open-source solutions - UDP-based File Transport Protocol, NACK-oriented Reliable Multicast and Pragmatic General Multicast in multi-gigabit IP-based networks has been performed in the 10Gigabit-WAN laboratory of the Future Internet Lab Anhalt of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. This evaluation has been performed under the real-world scenario of heavyweight content distribution in Wide Area Networks. Performance evaluation presented in this paper reveals bottlenecks and deficiencies in current approaches. Application of reference discontinuity in the form of iris positioned in the throat of the horn allowed implementing Fourier-holography principle and obtaining complex time-domain signal of reflection from the object by Fourier transform of data in frequency domain. The magnitude of reflection directly from the sphere is proportional to its diameter. The method of inverse aperture synthesis on the basis of the method generalized spatial inverse filtration is proposed. The peculiarity of inverse aperture synthesis implementation is application this approach to the time-domain signal. For the experimental data the spatial resolution was improved in 2 times by inverse aperture synthesis.
