A major step that helps in such an assignment is to form clusters of projects, an issue that is scarcely addressed in the literature. This study attempts to bridge that gap by proposing the use of a modified form of factor analysis for the formation of clusters of projects. The input for this method is a matrix representing the dependency levels among the projects, which is implemented in three major steps: measuring the level of dependencies among the projects; assessing the clusterability of the projects; and forming the clusters. The last step is complemented with a binary integer programing model for imposing constraints, such as maximum number of projects to be assigned to each project manager. This research aims to explore how and why action learning influences team cohesion. The results of a questionnaire survey from seventy-two sales staff in a pharmaceutical enterprise, who were intervened in two groups (action learning vs. normal meeting) and conducted pre and post-tests, indicated that action learning significantly improved team cohesion. And the effect of action learning on team cohesion was mediated by power distance perception. Generating order delays of up to seven days, in a metalworking SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) that works by order. Faced by this problem, a supply and inventory management model is formulated that includes the implementation of SLP (Sistematic Layout Planning), BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), inventory management, diagnosed through the SCOR methodology (Supply Chain Operations Reference Model). In this model, a first diagnosis of the current situation is made through the SCOR questionnaire due to its practicality and flexibility to perform the analysis in diversed companies. The implementation of SLP Layout is included, allocating an adequate distribution of spaces for the resources stored in the inventory. In addition, the Business Process Model and Notation is included allowing to focus the investigation on control flows and distinguish the activities of the personnel. Likewise, the BPA and the kraljick matrix contribute by creating a basis for the classification of inputs and identification of the frequency of use of each of these, which will later serve in inventory management. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to develop a perfect and imperfect preventive maintenance model with a focus on reducing the intensity of failure and a spare parts inventory management model that allows maintaining the availability of spare parts for maintenance actions that require it. These two models will help us to optimize the costs incurred within the maintenance management and increase the availability of the fleet by reducing the intensity of failure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of flexible work arrangements on new generation of employees' willingness to stay. We used randomly distributed questionnaires to collect data, and used these data to verify the connection among flexible work arrangements, well-being, emotional intelligence, willingness to stay. SPSS 26.0 was used to explore the relationships among the proposed variables based on the hypothesized model. This sector represents 1.5% of GDP and encompasses more than 6.6 million users, so its consumption continues at a growth rate for the country's development. This growth depends on the response time that companies today provide users; many of them operate their logistics management manually and traditionally, which leads to delays in service and dissatisfaction of both the external and internal clients. Likewise, companies in the sector, by working traditionally, do not use technology as a point of competitiveness within the market, since 60% of companies use software for their operations. To do this, an agile logistics management model is proposed that will consist of reducing purchase order attention time by 50% and improving internal processes and procedures under the Lean Service methodology. Energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy (EDX or EDS) is one such method. EDX analysis of defects found during wafer inspection aids in performing their root cause analysis (RCA). However, due to large processing time of EDX, it is applied very judiciously on a few chosen defects only. A wafer can typically contain ~100s of defects. The defect coverage of EDX is ~1% [1] thereby resulting in considerable gap in proper diagnosis and RCA. To overcome this issue, we demonstrate a soft method to perform MS of defects. The method predicts accurate elemental compositions of defect and background (~80%F1) when compared with EDX predictions on the same defect. The method is fast and could increase defect coverage for MS to ~100%• This can significantly improve RCA and thus help in Yield Enhancement (YE). Computing exact YE is complex as it involves many hidden and un-trackable factors. In this research, a control is established for each moment of use, thus being more autonomous and efficient. The development of the project shows that the action of a reconnaissance camera with artificial intelligence before the disinfection chamber and mechanized pivoting arms at the outlet improves the autonomy of the machine. Also, a control panel was added that regulates the selection and control process in case of inconveniences; In addition, the type C UV disinfection chamber is covered with ABS polymer to prevent the rays from going outside.
