Moreover, it is considered that Agile methods comply with the Emergent Strategy concept isomorphically, and follow that concept in a consistent manner. In that context, use of Strategic Planning in organization development is reduced significantly. Inasmuch as it remains, it takes on new, more flexible forms. The concept of Managed Self-organization, which Parametric Strategic Management essentially is, holds a special place in these trends. In a case study of a Russian teal supermarket chain «VkusVill» we will analyze, how such management can be practically applied. That particular case, as well as the exploration of necessary conditions and limits to the implementation of Managed self-organization indicate, that Parametric Management is relevant for the business practice. Overall, the author succeeds to: (1) trace the precursor of Agile methods within Emergent Strategies concept before even defining his own Parametric Strategic Management concept; (2) discuss Hybrid Management which combines Agile methods and Planning approaches, all the while considering benefits of both, as well as the requirements of business practice; (3) detect the signs of Parametric Strategic Management in the initial case of «VkusVill» company, where Agile Management methods underlie it's business growth. The following article is going to be of interest to all who conduct research in the modern Strategic Management field, as well as to business representatives in search of a conceptual verification of Agile Methods application in their business practice.","PeriodicalId":199569,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th International Conference on Industrial Technology and Management (ICITM)","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127003044","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At present, the commonly used horizontal fiber recovery machine has high energy consumption, which is not conducive to cost control and process layout optimization of production workshop. Therefore, this paper puts forward the vertical fiber recovery machine, which is superior to the horizontal fiber recovery machine in environmental protection and layout optimization, and analyzes and optimizes its key structure. Firstly, the cleaning principle and existing problems of typical fiber recovery machine were studied, and the optimal parameter setting obtained in the early test was applied to the vertical fiber recovery machine. Then practical application and observation were carried out on the vertical fiber recovery machine, and the internal wind field chaos was found out, and CFD simulation method was used to analyze the flow field and find out the reason of wind field chaos. Finally, the structure of the vertical fiber recovery machine was improved. After the test of the real machine, the phenomenon of cotton wool flying was greatly improved.","PeriodicalId":199569,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th International Conference on Industrial Technology and Management (ICITM)","volume":"383 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116365654","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between two types of external collaboration (firm-firm collaboration and firm-university & research institute collaboration) and innovation performance of SMEs in the Chinese context and how these relationships can be moderated by an important external environment factor-government institutional support. Survey data from 214 manufacturing SMEs in China were used to test the proposed model through hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that both firm-firm collaboration and firm-university & research institute collaboration are positively related to innovation performance of SMEs, and firm-university & research institute collaboration offers greater benefits than firm-firm collaboration. Furthermore, this study found that government institutional support positively moderates the relationships between two types of external collaboration (firm-firm collaboration and firm-university & research institute collaboration) and innovation performance of SMEs.","PeriodicalId":199569,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th International Conference on Industrial Technology and Management (ICITM)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129971217","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, at the same time, there are also a series of problems in information security, privacy, resource allocation, protocol setting and other aspects, resulting in resource waste, information leakage and other phenomena. These problems are huge obstacles to the sharing economy. To address these issues, it is based on the weakening of authentication barriers, decision centers, fidelity, and automatic contract execution. Firstly, the mechanism and approaches to solve these problems are discussed in theoretical details. Based on this, the viewpoint of this paper is proved by the practical examples of the application of block chain technology. Finally, from the whole process of the sharing economy operation, through the summary of the specific application scenarios and key links of the existing application cases, the specific methods and strategies of the application of block chain technology are given.","PeriodicalId":199569,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th International Conference on Industrial Technology and Management (ICITM)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132557448","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This concept is especially relevant for Commercial Aerospace Industry (CAI) OEMs, whose business models rely heavily on high-quality service delivery, and learning about the status of each individual product could translate to cost savings of the order of millions of dollars. However, while extensive debate has taken place about the specifications of a complete, idealized DT, there is comparatively little discussion about the process and key decisions necessary for implementing such concept. This makes it difficult for managers and executives to devise strategies for implementing their DTs, as well as understanding where improvement is needed or where a competitive advantage exists. This work seeks to alleviate that gap through the development of a 10-dimension maturity model for DT implementations in CAI OEMs. Using a design science research methodology, the dimensions and their corresponding maturity levels are derived systematically. A novel framework for the derivation of maturity dimensions is presented as well. The maturity model will be helpful to industry practitioners in CAI OEMs who are seeking to benchmark their own DTs or develop an implementation strategy. For academics, this maturity model advances discussions about contextual DT implementation processes. Finally, a contribution is made to the maturity model development literature through the proposed maturity dimension derivation framework.","PeriodicalId":199569,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th International Conference on Industrial Technology and Management (ICITM)","volume":"16 9-12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131527622","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Place identity, or people's identification of belonging to a certain place, is quite important for these cooperative behaviors. However, existing research studies have made inconsistent claims about whether there was an effect of place identity on local cooperative behaviors. In this study, we try to reconcile the ambivalent conclusions by taking organizational identity (i.e., the identity of subsociety closely linked to daily life) into consideration as a moderator. Based on interviews with 320 migrant workers from Dongguan in China, we found that place identity positively predicted local cooperative behaviors only when people had high organizational identity. This moderation effect of organizational identity provides new insights into understanding the relation between place identity and local cooperative behaviors, unearths the importance of subsociety identity, and offers a practical way to improve local cooperative behaviors.","PeriodicalId":199569,"journal":{"name":"2021 10th International Conference on Industrial Technology and Management (ICITM)","volume":"20 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132790801","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
