At present, the commonly used horizontal fiber recovery machine has high energy consumption, which is not conducive to cost control and process layout optimization of production workshop. Therefore, this paper puts forward the vertical fiber recovery machine, which is superior to the horizontal fiber recovery machine in environmental protection and layout optimization, and analyzes and optimizes its key structure. Firstly, the cleaning principle and existing problems of typical fiber recovery machine were studied, and the optimal parameter setting obtained in the early test was applied to the vertical fiber recovery machine. Then practical application and observation were carried out on the vertical fiber recovery machine, and the internal wind field chaos was found out, and CFD simulation method was used to analyze the flow field and find out the reason of wind field chaos. Finally, the structure of the vertical fiber recovery machine was improved.
