The study aimed to determine the optimal maintenance process to enhance productivity. We proposed the implementation of tools, such as the work method, linear programing, and preventive maintenance, which helped efficiently standardize activities and optimize resources. We further implemented a linear programing approach to allocate properly employees and thus minimize downtime.
