The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of flexible work arrangements on new generation of employees' willingness to stay. We used randomly distributed questionnaires to collect data, and used these data to verify the connection among flexible work arrangements, well-being, emotional intelligence, willingness to stay. SPSS 26.0 was used to explore the relationships among the proposed variables based on the hypothesized model.
