The implementation of SLP Layout is included, allocating an adequate distribution of spaces for the resources stored in the inventory. In addition, the Business Process Model and Notation is included allowing to focus the investigation on control flows and distinguish the activities of the personnel. Likewise, the BPA and the kraljick matrix contribute by creating a basis for the classification of inputs and identification of the frequency of use of each of these, which will later serve in inventory management.
