He makes an excursus into the early history of the perception of T. Shevchenko’s poems and considers the responses of such readers and critics as H. Kvitka-Osnovianenko, V. Belinskyi, M. Kostomarov, P. Kulish, M. Drahomanov. This allows him to trace how certain socio-cultural predispositions of critics determined the perception of T. Shevchenko’s poetry. He also notes that already in the early reception of T. Shevchenko’s poems, two leading tendencies are outlined. One draws attention to their «truthfulness» and the other to their poetics. «Truthfulness» should be understood as the fact that T. Shevchenko’s poetry creates a figurative world according to certain rules that nature gives it through the author. Figurative expressiveness, compositional accuracy, semantic depth are the signs of «truthfulness» of T. Shevchenko’s poetry. It is essential to emphasize the self-importance of T. Shevchenko’s poetry, which was not a reflection of the author’s reality, but in which the specific structures of existence «manifested» themselves in a specific figurative form. And already being «manifested» in the figurative text, these structures somehow appealed to the surrounding reality, expressing and clarifying its individual fragments or situations. There are two leading trends in the art of understanding. The first one is that the reader should reduce his subjective factor to the possible minimum and turn his attention to understanding the work in its cultural-historical and author-biographical contexts. Another one indicates the temporality of understanding the text; the reader cannot perceive the work from the standpoint of the author’s time or some «universal» time. His understanding is always determined by his own time, which presupposes his socio-cultural situation, the state of language, the reader’s life biography. The reader must balance these two tendencies in his own interpretation. There are two important tendencies in the variety of possible approaches to reading the «Kobzar»: to study the language of texts and the existential and ontological situations that arise in them.\u0000\u0000Keywords: poetry, reception, hermeneutics, poetics, aesthetics, existence.

Artymyshyn
The article is specifically concerned with the visions of Ukrainian socio-political opinion on the gas wars of 2006 and 2009 that had emerged between the Russian Federation (RF) and Ukraine. The author investigated the approaches of representatives of the political, media, expert circles to provide an overview of this issue, as well as the results of sociological monitoring, which generally reflect the estimates of the average population. It has been argued that starting with a seemingly purely economic proposal to raise gas prices for Ukraine to a market level, Russia actually had a political goal - to punish Kyiv for delaying negotiations on the creation of a consortium with the Russians for the development of the Ukrainian gas transportation system and the pro-European course launched by the «orange team» and to discredit the Ukrainian side as a transit country to attract the attention of Europeans to several Russian gas pipeline construction projects to bypass Ukraine, which would become an alternative or even a replacement for the Ukrainian one. The results of the study suggest that, although the gas wars of 2006 and 2009 demonstrated the readiness of the Russian Federation to use its energy resources to achieve geopolitical aims, in Ukraine, this crisis was partly considered in the context of internal political struggle. Despite the judgment of Russia's non-market actions and the beginning of diversification of the Ukrainian energy system, mostly public discussion was unfolded around criticism, foremost, of the Ukrainian authorities, whose ineffective efforts, they say, were used by Russian Federation. Paradoxically, even the average population was to blame for the fuel crisis, if not exclusively official Kyiv, then both sides, rarely - only Russia. Its purpose is to reveal the process during which (in the Transcarpathian region that became part of the Soviet Union in 1944) the new state power forced the Reformed communities to accept a radical structural transformation of their church organization. In addition, it presents the violent stages of the structural transformations, during which the Soviet bureaucracy gradually suppressed the former Reformed self-administration system which had been built according to the Synod-Presbyterian principle and was based on community autonomy.\u0000\u0000The research methodology is based on the analysis of little-known and unknown archival sources of the Archives and Museum of the Transcarpathian Reformed Church, the State Archive of the Transcarpathian Region, the State Archive of the Security Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathia Region, the Central State Archives of Supreme Bodies of Power and Government of Ukraine, the Synod Archives of the Reformed Church in Hungary, and the State Archive of the Russian Federation.\u0000\u0000The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the problem of the history of the Transcarpathian Reformed people after 1944 was carried out only as a partial mosaic-like study in the Ukrainian church history research along with other Protestant denominations, sometimes neglecting the chronological order and cause-and-effect relationship. Despite the fact that the history of the Protestants appears as a collective theme, or as the Protestant denomination with the largest organization, the history of the Baptists receives wide attention in the national church history writing. Our study is primarily not a factual narrative of historical chronology but rather focuses on thematic orientation. Following this point of view, it reflects on the issue (structural transformation) in the context of causality that is, when, why and how the organization of the Reformed church communities which had been based on traditional community autonomy was transferred to the hierarchical structural system.\u0000\u0000In conclusion, it can be said that the structural transformation through which the Reformed church organization underwent between February 1946 and December 1949, was a specific field for the manifestation of Sovietization. In the present study, the picture of the profound social changes that the Soviet occupation of Transcarpathia in 1944, initiated in the region clearly emerges. Based on its ideology, the openly atheistic imperial state believed that immediately after the annexation of the territory and sufficient transformations of the various denominations, it would be able to use them as ideological support in its interests.\u0000\u0000However, the Reformed church which had been built according to the council-presbyterian principle and based on the autonomy of parishes did not fit into the clearly hierarchical thinking system of t

An analysis of changes in the educational process structure, the creation and improvement of learning and material resources, and Ground Forces training is carried out. The author concludes that today the Hetman Petro Sahaidachny National Army Academy is one of the leading educational institutions in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine's military education system. It harmoniously combines the traditions of classical European and domestic military schools, creatively uses advanced countries' modern experience to train military specialists, maintains a high dynamics of development of its learning and material resources, and scientific and pedagogical potential. Providing the cadet with the necessary knowledge and skills with reducing the number of hours, forced the academy to change not only the content of education but also approaches, philosophy of teaching. It was achieved by reducing the time for lectures and increasing practice. The availability and condition of the academy's learning and material resources allow effective training of officers, sergeants, and soldiers - servicemen for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), taking into account today's requirements, new views on the use of military units and changes in a daily practice of forces. A comparison of the research level of three levels of Ukrainian private education, namely: preschool, secondary and higher is made. A systematic analysis of Ukrainian scientists' scientific works was conducted in order to highlight the specifics, common and distinctive features of private education in Ukraine. It is shown that scientific interest in the private sector of education appeared simultaneously with its formation. The analysis of scientific works devoted to preschool private education demonstrates that they treat private institutions of the first level of education not as a separate phenomenon, but mainly as a component of the state preschool system. As for scientific studies on private secondary education institutions, their analysis indicates a multifaceted consideration of them by researchers: starting from the educational process itself and borrowing foreign practices to the specifics of financing and functioning in modern conditions. As for the system of private higher education, specific examples demonstrate that researchers paid attention to the conceptual principles of the organization of education in private educational institutions, the features of their management systems, and the nature of the cognitive-educational and economic aspects of their functioning. A well-grounded approach to the study of private higher education as a social institution and a complex socio-cultural phenomenon made it possible not only to better understand the features of formation and development in the post-Soviet period but also to make predictions about the prospects for the development of private universities in Ukraine in the future.\u0000\u0000Based on the above facts, it was concluded that domestic researchers pay uneven attention to the formation of a network of private educational institutions of different levels today. The largest number of works in the field is devoted to the sector of private higher education in independent Ukraine, both in historical development and through the prism of pedagogy, philosophy, and other fields of science. Instead, there is a lack of scientific generalizations and comprehensive works on the first and second levels of privately owned institutions.

Attention is focused on the features of the formation of his worldview. V. Kokhan's expressive national and patriotic consciousness was based on family values and was laid down by educational and public institutions of Halychyna, which carried out active awareness-raising work among the Ukrainian people of the region. The politician's contribution to the activity of the Ukrainian Military Organization (UMO) is considered, his circle of like-minded people is singled out, among them - the future leaders of the national-state parties and national-cultural organizations of Halychyna. While in the UMO during the national liberation struggle, the Polish-Ukrainian war of 1918–1919, he made considerable efforts to protect the national, cultural, and socio-political rights of Ukrainians in Halychyna. In the mid-1920s, as a member of the Ukrainian Party of National Labor (UPNR), he was one of the active supporters of the Ukrainian National Democratic Alliance (UNDA). The well-known politician's organizational and political work is characterized; specific examples show the struggle of one of the Ukrainian national democracy leaders for raising the national consciousness of the Ukrainians of Halychyna. Through V. Kokhan's political biography's prism, the complex intertwining of political, social, and national aspects of the Ukrainian socio-political movement in the period is shown. The parliamentary work of V. Kokhan in the highest legislative body of Poland is outlined. Since 1928, party activity became secondary for one of the leaders of the National Democrats, comparing to parliamentary work.
