This is inseparable from the role and figure of women, whose work today cannot be ruled out, thus constructing gender equality, which means the claim that humans between men and women are created as creatures and that differences only lie in the quality and level of piety. There is no claim that men or women are special before God, so whoever wants to gain a high degree must be cautious. There is no reason for the difference between men and women in the capacity of humans as creatures. Both have the same potential and opportunities to become ideal beings. Thus, a comprehensive understanding of the conceptual gender and perceptions between gender and sex is very necessary and important to understand correctly. This library research is conducted through documentation study and qualitative analysis. The findings of the research result state that gender is a concept that examines the differences between men and women as a result of social construction which can take the form of differences in roles, functions, and responsibilities between men and women so that they can change according to different times. gender that has been outlined by nature. \u0000 Perkembangan dunia yang semakin maju membukakan kesempatan bagi setiap orang baik laki-laki maupun perempuan untuk berkiprah secara terbuka di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Hal tersebut tidak lepas dari peran dan sosok perempuan yang hari ini kiprahnya tak bisa dikesampingkan sehingga mengonstruksi kesetaraan gender yang berarti klaim bahwa manusia antara laki-laki dan perempuan sama-sama diciptakan sebagai makhluk dan perbedaan pun hanyalah terletak pada kualitas dan kadar ketakwaannya. Tak ada klaim laki-laki ataupun perempuan yang menjadi istimewa di hadapan Tuhan, maka barang siapa yang ingin memperoleh derajat yang tinggi maka hendaklah bertakwa. Tidak ada alasan perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam kapasitas manusia sebagai makhluk. Keduanya mempunyai potensi dan peluang yang sama untuk menjadi makhluk yang ideal. Dengan demikian pemahaman tentang konseptual gender dan persepsi antara gender dengan seks yang komprehensif sangat diperlukan dan penting untuk dipahami secara benar. Penelitian kepustakaan ini dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi dan analisis data kualitatif. The pros and cons of polygamy in Islam have strengthened since the spread of gender equality issues between men and women. With regard to the problem of polygamy which is still the pros and cons, in Jember which is predominantly Muslim and many Islamic boarding schools have been established in this area. This study aims to determine the views of the asatidz PP. Nurul Islam Jember about polygamy and fiqh review of the views of the asatidz PP. Nurul Islam Jember about polygamy. This research is field research, in which this research focuses more on the results of data collection from informants or respondents who have been determined. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. This research states that: 1) polygamy according to the view of Asatidz Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam Jember against polygamy is that polygamy can be practiced with several conditions, such as being financially capable, being able to do justice between wives, children, and their families. The Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School Asatidz chose not to practice polygamy because of their concerns in the field of livelihoods, their fear of not being able to do justice if they have more than one. Besides all of them have felt quite and happy with one wife, 2) In the fiqh review, the view of Asatidz Pondok Pesantren Nurul Islam Jember on Polygamy is in line with the views of the fiqh scholars. This is reflected in their opinion which states that polygamy can be practiced for anyone who meets the qualifications with the limit of four wives. \u0000 Poligami merupakan suatu kontroversi dikalangan para cendekiawan Muslim. Pro dan kontra tentang poligami dalam Islam menguat semenjak santernya isu-isu kesetaraan gender antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Berkenaan dengan masalah poligami yang masih menjadi pro dan kontra, di Jember yang mayoritas berpenduduk muslim serta banyak pondok pesantren yang didirikan di daerah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan para asatidz PP. Nurul Islam Jember tentang poligami dan Tinjauan fiqh terhadap pandangan para asatidz PP. Nurul Islam Jember tentang poligami. IAIN Jember is required to pay attention to the specific needs of men and women so that dominance does not occur, does not cause difficulties for certain sexes in the use of infrastructure. Indicators of gender responsive infrastructure include the provision of separate toilets, child care and nursing rooms, provision of closed ablution places, closed prayer rooms, ideal 17 cm staircase facilities, CCTV and adequate lighting. The management of gender responsive educational facilities is needed to realize gender justice and equality, support reproductive and cultural functions. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews and document study. Data analysis using interactive analysis. The validity of the data used source triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed that: the prayer room for employees tends to be open so there is no privacy, there are wheelchairs for students with disabilities, and there is no separate toilet for male and female employees. \u0000Pengelolaan sarana pendidikan responsif gender merupakan isu penting yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius karena pengelolaan prasarana tanggap gender dapat memberikan ruang untuk menjamin pemenuhan hak perempuan dan laki-laki berdasarkan kebutuhan spesifiknya sehingga tercipta rasa aman dan nyaman bagi setiap pengguna. IAIN Jember dituntut untuk memperhatikan kebutuhan khusus laki-laki dan perempuan agar tidak terjadi dominasi, tidak menyulitkan jenis kelamin tertentu dalam penggunaan infrastruktur. Indikator infrastruktur responsif gender antara lain penyediaan toilet terpisah, ruang penitipan anak dan menyusui, penyediaan tempat wudhu tertutup, mushola tertutup, fasilitas tangga ideal 17 cm, CCTV dan penerangan yang memadai. Pengelolaan fasilitas pendidikan responsif gender diperlukan untuk mewujudkan keadilan dan kesetaraan gender, mendukung fungsi reproduksi dan budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : mushollah untuk karyawan cenderung terbuka sehingga tidak ada privasi, terdapat kursi roda bagi mahasiswa difabel. Hijab and khimar explained clearly in Al Ahzab: 59 and An Nur: 31. The context of the descent of the verses is related to the social, cultural, economic and security of the Muslim community. The development of interpretations of religious, social and cultural texts bring diverse views about Hijab. Now, the hijab ,with all its dynamics, has an important position in Muslim life that deserves attention. \u0000 Hijab atau khimar yang diartikan sebagai penutup kepala bagi wanita muslimah menjadi tema yang menarik untuk dibahas. They use internet to find information, to connect with their friends and for entertainment. This is easy for gadget abuse. based on the survey conducted the National Commission for Child Protection about adolescent sexual behavior in 2007, there are 97% of teenagers in Indonesia have accessed pornography. The survey involved 4,726 respondents from middle and high school students among 13-17 years old in 12 major cities. This research aims to describe: (1) The form of gadget deviation as the impact of IT abuse for teenagers. (2) the reason of the deviation, (3) the effort of stake holder in managing the gadget deviation. By using a combination of quantitative and qualitative approache, the result of this research as follows: (1) Some gadget deviations that are often done by children such as: addicted to gadgets, accessing romantic nuances that lead to pornography and accessing violent shows. (2) The background of these deviations includes: the desire of children to be accepted in the community, efforts to build self-confidence, and efforts to find identity. (3) several attempts have made to overcome gadged abuse, both by parents, teachers and government. \u000080 persen dari semua pengguna internet termasuk anak-anak dan remaja berusia 15-19 tahun. Mereka menggunakan internet untuk mencari informasi, terhubung dengan teman-teman mereka dan untuk hiburan. Ini mudah untuk penyalahgunaan gadget. Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan Komnas Perlindungan Anak tentang perilaku seksual remaja tahun 2007, terdapat 97% remaja di Indonesia yang telah mengakses pornografi. Survei tersebut melibatkan 4.726 responden dari siswa sekolah menengah dan menengah berusia 13-17 tahun di 12 kota besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Bentuk penyimpangan gadget sebagai dampak penyalahgunaan TI pada remaja. (2) alasan penyimpangan, (3) upaya stake holder dalam mengelola penyimpangan gadget. Dengan menggunakan kombinasi pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Beberapa penyimpangan gadget yang sering dilakukan oleh anak-anak seperti: kecanduan gadget, mengakses nuansa romantis yang mengarah pada pornografi dan mengakses tayangan kekerasan. (2) Latar belakang penyimpangan tersebut meliputi: keinginan anak untuk diterima di masyarakat, upaya membangun rasa percaya diri, dan upaya menemukan jati diri. Teknologi mendukung segala macam kemampuan dalam mengelola informasi yang diperoleh siswa, seperti; pemahaman, analisis, dan pemikiran kritis. Women are not completely weak, they are also able to be a strong foundation in building organizations/ companies. \u0000Kesempatan menjadi pemimpin, terbuka bagi siapa saja, baik pria maupun wanita. Meski tidak bisa dipungkiri, budaya masih menganggap perempuan lemah, tidak konsisten dan hanya mementingkan perasaan daripada logika, sehingga tidak pantas menjadi pemimpin. Seiring perkembangan dunia, asumsinya adalah sedikit perubahan, yang memberi peluang bagi perempuan untuk menjadi pemimpin. Pada abad ke-21, kemajuan perempuan dalam dunia kerja meningkat drastis, karena kualitas perempuan terkadang lebih dari laki-laki. Mendapatkan pendidikan yang berkualitas dan tinggi, memberikan perempuan kesempatan untuk menjadi pemimpin dalam organisasi / perusahaan. Nama-nama seperti Susi Pudjiastuti, Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo, Grace Tahir, Veronika Linardi, Mary Barra, Gini Rometty, Marillyn Hewson, Sheryl Sandberg, Marissa Mayer adalah beberapa nama perempuan yang mampu memimpin perusahaan dan pengambil keputusan bisnis. Pengambilan keputusan kerja merupakan salah satu syarat untuk mengukur pemimpin, perempuan yang memiliki sifat feminin sehingga mampu mengambil keputusan bisnis dengan baik, dengan mempertimbangkan rasional, realistis, logis, dan pragmatis. Education is the main factor that determines the activeness of women as administrators of political parties, obstacle experienced by women in political parties, including through a number of issues such as; education, employment, justice and gender equality, domestic roles, patriarchal culture, religion and family relationship. Woman, who has the competence to lead the country, could be heads of state in the modern society context, because the modern government system is not same with monarchy system in classical times, where the head of state must control all state affairs. Whereas in the modern era, there are separate sections in shaping the performance of leader of state. \u0000Seorang perempuan memiliki potensi yang besar, demikian pula halnya dengan laki-laki, hal ini terlihat dari berbagai peran yang dibutuhkan perempuan dalam masyarakat, antara lain: peran reproduksi, ekonomi, sosial, politik dan kepemimpinan Islam. Namun dalam kepemimpinan Islam, sebagian besar perempuan hanya menjadi pengurus dalam organisasi kemasyarakatan, karena dianggap tidak memiliki sifat pemberani seperti laki-laki, kecuali organisasi kemasyarakatan yang semua anggotanya adalah perempuan. Hal ini dikarenakan kepentingan perempuan tidak terakomodir dalam berbagai keputusan politik. Pendidikan merupakan faktor utama yang menentukan keaktifan perempuan sebagai pengurus partai politik, kendala yang dialami perempuan di partai politik, diantaranya melalui sejumlah isu seperti; pendidikan, pekerjaan, keadilan dan kesetaraan gender, peran rumah tangga, budaya patriarki, agama dan hubungan keluarga. Perempuan yang memiliki kompetensi memimpin negara dapat menjadi kepala negara dalam konteks masyarakat modern, karena sistem pemerintahan modern tidak sama dengan sistem monarki pada zaman klasik, dimana kepala negara harus menguasai semua urusan kenegaraan.
