No entanto, apesar de criticar a subjetividade, não retira do humano sua excepcionalidade diante dos outros entes (como os animais e as pedras). Na verdade, apenas no humano a virada (o segundo começo) pode se dar. A ideia de que tal evento possa ocorrer apenas no humano me faz pensar em como as ideias de Heidegger, a revelia do que o próprio esperava, alimentam uma forma de exclusão do outro através do mesmo, muito semelhante à articulada pelo capitalismo (principalmente em sua forma tardia e contemporânea). Capitalismo e metafísica, portanto, seriam dois lados da mesma moeda. Comment entend-il la technique et sa façon de faire époque en étouffant la phusis? Comment penser le phénomène de la technique avec Heidegger? Ou bien, est-ce que son approche philosophique de ce phénomène est devenue insuffisante, en sorte que nous ferions mieux de penser la technique contre lui?D'ailleurs, nous trouvons-nous encore à la même époque technique que Heidegger? Sans aucun doute, notre époque est encore plus fortement marquée par la technique que la sienne, mais est-ce la même technique et la même époque? Est-ce que les changements techniques historiques qui nous ont menés de la seconde industrialisation, connue de Heidegger, à la troisième, caractérisée par le numérique, invitent aussi à des changements conceptuels, comme le pense par exemple Bernard Stiegler? Devrions-nous penser la technique avec ou après Heidegger?Dans cet article, je demanderai dans quelle mesure nous devons encore penser la technique avec Heidegger. Je vais aussi indiquer l'apport de la publication des Cahiers Noirs à ce dossier. Ils n'approfondissent pas la notion heideggérienne de la technique en tant que telle, cependant ils l'associent expressément à certaines figures, notamment le juif et le nazi, mais aussi le bolchévisme et l'américanisme. En général, dans les Cahiers Noirs, Heidegger rejette la technique vigoureusement. Il associe la technique au nihilisme de l'époque de la métaphysique parvenue à son terme, qui se manifeste dans le règne du calcul, dans le gigantisme, dans la domination et dans l'exploitation brutales, dans le planétarisme et le pouvoir total (des bolcheviks, des américains, des nazis et de la « Weltjudentum », tout ce qu'il rejette donc): la technique y empêche le « nouveau commencement ». La pensée heideggérienne dépasse cependant de loin le simple rejet lorsqu'il analyse son rôle dans la pensée de l'existence et de l'être. Je veux montrer comment non seulement son rôle est beaucoup plus originaire, mais aussi comment, partant de Heidegger, à savoir à la fois en prenant ses pensées comme point de départ et en les dépassant sur certains points, la pensée contemporaine de la technique continue à s'expliquer avec lui.Heidegger représente un moment incontournable dans la philosophie de la technique. Dans ce domaine particulier, sa pensée fait époque et, telle une pierre fondatrice, ne peut pas être supprimée sans faire basculer l'édifice toute entier. Cependant, il convient aussi de se demander si elle a été dépassée ou si, au contraire, notre explication avec lui reste encore à faire. Dans ce qui suit, je vais présenter le terrain où de telles batailles se mènent aujourd'hui.La question sera divisée en trois phases. Partindo de uma apresentação do conceito de phýsis, desenvolve-se o conceito de cosmotécnica, assim como apresentado pelo Yuk Hui. O termo cosmotécnica faz alusão aos dois conceitos centrais de natureza e de técnica, o que leva a uma tentativa de explicação que dê conta de um âmbito total do ente. No cerne, pretende-se também tecer críticas às abordagens de uma noção única de técnica e, portanto, uma distinção radical entre técnica e natureza. Se o dilema mundial do século XXI se apresenta como a crise ambiental e climática, na cosmopolítica (ou seja, de projeção cosmológica e global), é indispensável tratar do tema. Mesmo que indiretamente, projetos cosmopolíticos e configurações ontológicas partilham desse enfrentamento com a relação homem e natureza, em especial as que se propõem em questionar essa dicotomia moderna. Pensa-se aqui distintas propostas e possíveis encontros e similaridades entre as abordagens apresentadas, desde o perspectivismo ameríndio até as soluções micropolíticas de Félix Guattari em As Três Ecologias. {"title":"The pet-ification of Nature or the Idea of Physis in the Anthropocene","authors":"Agostino Cera","doi":"10.51359/2357-9986.2022.254490","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51359/2357-9986.2022.254490","url":null,"abstract":"My paper deals with the topic “Physis in a post-Heideggerianphilosophy of technology”, by interpreting it as two topics or questions. By doing so, I have the opportunity to present two related sides of my philosophical work. The first side consists in a several years historical and theoretical work on the philosophy of technology, whichculminates in the proposal of a Philosophy of Technology in the Nominative Case (TECNOM). The second side is more recent and has to do with the philosophical implications of the Anthropocene and culminates in its reinterpretation/redefinition as Technocene.The two topics/questions around which move these pages are the following: 1) whatis (whathasbecome) the post-Heideggerianphilosophy of technology? 2) whatis the peculiar interpretation of physis in ourage (the idea of nature) expressed by the Anthropocene? With reference to the first question, in the Part I (After Heidegger, Beyond Heidegger. The Empirical Turn in the Philosophy of Technology) I will sketch an overview on the most recent developments in this area of studies, or better, a critical historicization of the post-Heideggerianphilosophy of technology, starting from the so-called empirical turn. My thesis is that the empirical turn gradually turned in to an ontophobic turn, namely a rejection of Heidegger’s legacy, which has produced a philosophical lack/deficit in the philosophy of technology, namely its genetivization. Ascountermovement against this ontophobic turn (i.e. as first step for the establishment of a “philosophy of technology in the nominative case”) I suggest a Heidegger-renaissance in the philosophy of technology.Moving from Heidegger’s assumption according to which the technischesZeitalter establishes the death of physis/nature, that is its definitive trasformation in to an object (Gegenstand) or standing-reserve (Bestand), in the Part II (After Physis, Beyond Physis. The Pet-ification of Nature)I will highlight a new form of reification of nature. This is the Pet-ification of Nature, a trans-objectualreification of it which takes place in the Anthropocene. More than a new geological epoch, with “Anthropocene” I mean the entelechy of the age of technology and thisiswhy I propose to call it Techno-cene. In the pet-ification of nature I see the accomplishment of the “disenchantment of the world” (Weber) as goal of the whole modernity. The average form of the answer could be summed up in one key point: today we must, literally following the way of Heidegger, entrust the question of technology to the matter of thought, by default sharing the belief that this question has no technical solution.Along the way, we must accept the reference point of Heidegger’s thinking, which is a variation of the ontological difference (being is essentially different from a being, from beings) and which is that “the essence of technology is by no means anything technological.”1 This reference point implies the rejection of the instrumental and anthropological definition of technology and is a condition for the release of thought into the open, where only one can get the growth of the saving power (whichwill also, probably, not be anything technical).In other words, to be ‘after Heidegger,’ on average, means to follow his way, moving along it further into the free openness of the ontological relationship (of thought) to technology.However, the extreme form of the answer, to which Heidegger himself pushes us, would suggest something different.He begins manuscripts of the 1940s dealing with modern technology by asking: “[w]hy should the non-intermittent statements of opinion about ‘technology’ be increased by one more?”2 This question marks the task of talking about technology in a way that no one has ever talked about before.It is obvious that today the drama of this question is complicated precisely by the situation that has developed ‘after Heidegger,’ that is, in the conditions when ‘the non-intermittent statements of opinion’ about technologyare produced exactly in the order of following Heidegger’s way.In order to dramatically repeat and put this ‘why,’ today it would be necessary to rather go against Heidegger and talk about technology in a way that no one else, including Heidegger himself, has ever said.So there are two forms of how to be ‘after Heidegger.’The average form: to be on the side of Heidegger, to speak with his voice, to be possessed by Heidegger3; and the extreme form: to be against Heidegger, to force him to speak with a voice other than his own, to make him possessed. The averaged form opens up a space of safety (there is nothing safer for ‘after Heidegger’ thinking than to rant about the dangers of technology). Dado que a abordagem empedocliana dos seres vivos é ambivalente, por um lado tendendo à melancolia, o objeto em estudo se define na seleção e análise de contextos nos quais predominam signos benéficos da deusa ao redor dos seres organizados em seus habitat.
