The objective of this study is to construct an approach based on balanced scorecard (BSC) and artificial neural network (ANN) for evaluating an IT department in the manufacturing industry. A novel hybrid particle swarm optimization (HPSO)-based learning method is utilized in the ANN. The reliability of the ANN model is tested by a practical example. The results show that the ANN model learned by HPSO algorithm has relative high accuracy and is better than the back propagation algorithm. The analysis results show that the network's evolutionary direction is related to the players' payoff matrix as well as to the network's initial state. So we exploit the preconditioned conjugate gradient (PCG) method. The key of this method is the construction of preconditioner. Consider SAOR iteration matrix method is not symmetric splitting, so we combine Alternating method with SAOR iteration method and present a class of preconditioned conjugate gradient method. The condition number for this method, which we refer to as SAOR-PCG, we develop a theoretical analysis that show that the better condition number is achieved. Recent research posits two popular methods for video tracking: background statistical modeling and image difference. The proposed algorithm called adaptive hybrid difference (AHD) algorithm is designed as an improvement of the methods. AHD algorithm uses a hybrid difference strategy to optimize the image building and runs within an adaptive threshold setting based on Gaussian distribution. This study investigates the performance of a hybrid case-based reasoning method that integrates a multi-layer BP neural network with case-based reasoning (CBR) algorithms for derivatives feature weights. This approach is applied to fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) system involves the examination of several criteria. The correct identification of the underlying mechanism of a fault is an important step in the entire fault analysis process. The trained BP neural network provides the basis to obtain attribute weights, whereas CBR serves as a classifier to identify the fault mechanism. Different parameters of the hybrid methods were varied to study their effect. The aim is to improve vehicle ride comfort and handling stability through integrated control vehicle chassis system. Then co-simulation model for vehicle semi-active suspension (SAS) and electric power steering (EPS) is present. AMESim is applied to build mechanical dynamics model for SAS and EPS. MATLAB/Simulink is used to build the integrated controller model of vehicle chassis system. Through build s-function to connect interface of AMESim and Simulink. Co-simulation results prove that in the case of integrated control, handling stability and ride comfort is better than solo SAS control or solo EPS control. This paper supposes that each component and LC is a black box which has been well tested. So Web applications can be regarded as a set of interactive components. It mainly concentrates on testing the interactions of components. An automaton is used to model each component, and compositions of automata are used to model the component interaction. For each component-test- sequence, a new automaton can be got by using composition of automata. Abstract test cases can be generated from the new automaton.
