This article proposes an adaptive approach to improve concordance readability. The approach, based on the observation that readability is relevant to both text and individual reader, incorporates into the concordance process two types of information: sentence Dale-chall Index and user's reading ability. The Dale-chall Index for each sentence in the corpus is computed with an adapted Dale-chall Index computation algorithm. The user's reading ability is measured by an adaptive reading assessment which is built within the framework of Item Response Theory. Particle swarm optimization is demonstrated as efficient global search method for complex surfaces, and in order to quick the convergence speed, an adaptive particle swarm optimization strategy was introduced. The proposed method formulates the nonlinear system identification as an optimization problem in parameter space, and then adaptive particle swarm optimization are used in the optimization process to find the estimation values of the parameters respectively. FRAID provides the three-level accessing mechanism and functional agents by clients, data servers, and object-based storage devices and the two-level storage allocation strategy of block and segment. Similar to other evolution algorithms, GEP also has the problem of premature convergence. Niching method is critical to keep diversity among the population and to use this diversity as resource for exploratory evolution. K-means clustering algorithm was used to cluster the near individuals and to build the niche. This model can make GEP jump out of the local optimization at a greater probability and find the global optimization. To support personalized learning on the Web requires the coordinated efforts from both teaching and learning. We design courseware based on SCORM for individual learners in creation of personally learning experiences by the teacher and the learner on the learning. In this paper we present how to design a learning course content supports to define domain knowledge in SCORM compatible environment. An architectural framework of a courseware to facilitate personalized learning on the Web is presented. After that the \"Java Programming\" as an example for personalized learning based on SCORM are analyzed.
